02/12/2024: Very welcoming, slightly 80s atmosphere which I personally love. Friendly staff, fast service despite the place being full. The starter: the coratella was really good, 5 stars, cut into pieces that were a little too small in my opinion, but that's subjective and debatable. The starter was good...the buffalo mozzarella was excellent, very fresh and tasty. The first courses: good tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, the trio of first courses included two cannelloni mignon with meat, two with ricotta and a ravioli or panzerotto filled with the same sauce, I didn't like it much. The grill: the lamb was good, what we didn't really like was the pork... unfortunately the meat arrived at the table almost lukewarm, it wasn't cold but we didn't miss it... The general impression was that it was not cooked on the grill but in the oven... cooked initially and reheated just before serving it... We also found it very dehydrated... The desserts, the pistachio semifreddo, are good, I don't recommend the tozzetti, while the cooked wine is really good. The price is honest, the products served with the starter and the first courses are of quality, with the second courses we probably ended up on an unfavorable day. The dish of the day was a polenta lasagna which we didn't have but which looked really good.

30/11/2024: Other times from Mix but always more satisfying. This time Massimo has outdone himself (at least after my long absence!). I recommend "the weekly tasting menu", the one with St. Peter's as a choice. I found everything amazingly good. In particular: Tagliolini (Campofilone pasta) sautéed with chopped mantis shrimp and its broth with poached egg; obviously the slice of San Pietro with bagna cauda, ​​turnip tops and hazelnuts. I'll stop here but there was more, including the various types of bread, to be kept on another table, no matter how good they were. Also good was the Florentine Maurizio (and Giuditta on the music) and Massimo's Piero Angela.

23/08/2024: At lunch I tried a "smoke" tasting, after a few hours I still have the flavors of the excellent food and also the smell of the embers on my palate. Complete experience in taste and quantity. Consistent price for the quality of food and service.

25/11/2024: Very nice place, fast and attentive staff. I really liked the chef's proposal, who immediately intervened with his advice to facilitate orders given the large table we represented. I liked (personal opinion) the frankness of the manager and his no-frills cuisine, with quality raw materials and cooking of the meat as per tradition (no compromises accepted!). I will definitely come back!

02/11/2024: Olive ascolane dure come la pietra dove l'interno si staccava dalla panatura esterna, primi piatti assolutamente insufficienti nella preparazione tagliatelle scotte ed assolutamente insapori seppure presenti funghi. Unico piatto accettabile gnocchi al pecorino di fossa. Vino rosso passabile. Non è che la quantità servita può giustificare una mancanza di qualità.

26/08/2024: Today we visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was a pleasant surprise. The place is really welcoming and well looked after, decorated with objects that recall the peasant and culinary tradition. The ravioli with tomatoes and burrata are highly recommended: the flavors marry perfectly and the pasta is excellent. As a second course, we chose the house specialty, perfectly cooked pork ribs. The desserts are also noteworthy: we tried the "bomba" and the hot cannoli with custard, both really special. The bill, without wine or coffee, was just over 70 euros. Highly recommended!

A true point of reference for Marche hospitality! A portion of Marche that has yet to fully explode in its beauty. The Lands of Silence....the lands of my Ancestors!

22/08/2024: If I could I would live there, an elegant, well-kept location with a super fascinating and relaxing view. Fabiola and Maicol are very attentive owners and do their best to make you feel at ease. The staff fulfills every wish before you make it. The catering is refined and elegant, if you eat too much you can relax in the pool.

The staff was very kind, always attentive and ready to satisfy every request with a smile. The food? Simply exceptional! Each dish was prepared with fresh ingredients and presented with care. We started with the appetizer of cured meats and cheeses accompanied by crescia and piada, followed by very abundant first courses that won over all of us. If you are looking for a place to celebrate an important moment or simply enjoy an extraordinary meal in company, this restaurant is a perfect choice. I can't wait to go back!

05/09/2024: Historic place for carbonara... I honestly didn't find all this quality there... then finding ground meat inside the carbonara left me stunned! Large portions and still good, but not what I expected.
