08/01/2025: I leave satisfied from a place managed with professionalism and friendliness. I only ate agnolotti and chicory but they were excellent. I also give the stars out of confidence on the dishes I saw being passed around and the cleanliness I noticed everywhere: from the dining room to the bathrooms. I highly recommend this beautiful temple of Italian cuisine where you can feel the dedication to work and to the customer.

12/01/2025: All very beautiful. The large and well-equipped rooms, the very beautiful structure surrounded by greenery, the very nice and essential spa. The even better point, however, is the service, the girl who welcomed us and served breakfast was splendid and we also really liked the dinner in the restaurant managed by them, a 5 minute drive away. Basically very highly recommended.

09/02/2025: We went to this restaurant for a birthday dinner with an extensive menu and we were very satisfied. The cuisine is authentic and well executed, with traditional Italian dishes prepared with quality ingredients. The risotto was excellent, creamy and well balanced in flavours. The polenta, although tasty, was slightly greasy, but overall everything was much appreciated. The portions are generous and the selection of local wines is well curated, perfect to accompany the dishes offered. Definitely a positive experience, so much so that we will gladly return!

02/02/2025: Pranzo in famiglia Da Ancona ci hanno consigliato questa trattoria specializzata in secondi di carne....gli antipasti fritti molto buoni perché caldi e croccanti.....tagliata con lardo ottima.....di sicuro ingredienti di qualità....il conto esagerato considerato che di quattro persone solo una ha preso un calice di vino.....ve lo consiglio se siete di passaggio e se abitate da quelle parti....

23/02/2025: Quality, quantity, price and service, all impeccable!!! The guys who work there are fabulous, attentive and present. The quality of the food is excellent and a good quantity, you certainly won't leave hungry. We had the IX delicious fish appetizer. Purple gnocchi with sea bass to lick your lips. And a trio of delicious desserts. The thing I loved most were the combinations of flavors. It was a last minute lunch in a place recommended by a friend where we will return again and again and again... Well done everyone!!!

19/02/2025: The phrase "have fun" uttered by the waiter when he took the order I understood it while I was tasting the dishes. The succession of flavors and colors were a real pleasure for the palate and the eyes. Excellent restaurant where you can discover that a scoop of sorbet goes perfectly with a pomegranate to make a delicious fish. High quality cuisine at a price accessible to all.

13/02/2025: Da tempo non andavo in questo ristorante…. ma sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito. l’unico appunto la cameriera gentile ma quella sera evidentemente scocciata di lavorare! Alla prossima!!

All’interno troviamo una scelta di materie prime di alta qualità e tagli di carne in vista pronti da essere scelti e serviti al meglio . 16/02/2025: Totally positively surprised by the culinary experience we had. Warm and reassuring location, 5-star staff but above all excellent quality of the dishes served. We will return as soon as possible to taste everything we have not yet tried in this restaurant/pizzeria which we recommend without any doubt.

02/02/2025: Excellent dinner, started with galantina appetizers and crostone with fondue and caramelized onions both excellent, then moving on to the first courses, mushroom and truffle tortelli and green tortelli with fondue, both exceptional, excellent value for money and a really busy location, we will be back highly recommended!!!

01/01/2025: On the seafront we came across this delightful restaurant, with internal spaces and along the pedestrian street. Convivial environment, good quality of food, quick service. There were some details for which I didn't give the fifth star, unfortunately they need to improve the service, I noticed some inelegant gestures that could be improved. Maybe it was the rush... overall highly recommended. Reservation is recommended

09/02/2025: Ristorante fantastico veramente molto bello e accogliente, personale non invadente ma attento. Del cibo… che dire … a dir poco eccezionale, abbondante e un sapore non descrivibile per non parlare ANCHE del pane… strepitoso !!! Qualità prezzo top!!! Ritorneremo sicuramente anche per assaggiare la carne visto che con il pesce è stata un esperienza unica. Complimenti!! Lo consiglio vivamente

Welcoming and discreet environment, chef Recanati is a master of culinary art, but above all empathetic and professional, you can see him among the tables talking about his passion and the strong load of responsibility of a 3 generation restaurant which he has certainly overturned, bringing it to a very high level. 10/02/2025: It was an adventure to find it because I'm not a local but then it was a pleasant surprise both for the eyes, enchanting place and location and for the service, really trained and professional guys and then top food. Oh I forgot the price was right.

19/02/2025: Excellent restaurant located in the center of Castelfidardo. Great choice of traditional dishes from the Marche and beyond elaborated with knowledge and awareness. Excellent portions and quality of food. Quiet and familiar environment but at the same time very nice and clean. Friendly and attentive staff, helpful and welcoming. Value food quality and very interesting cuisine. Highly recommended!! Experience to be repeated.

02/02/2025: Sehr lecker gegessen, trotz dass wir keine Reservierung hatten, sind wir einfach spontan hierher gekommen, und wir konnten noch ausnahmsweise einen Tisch für zwei bekommen. Bekommen haben wir ein tolles Essen, einfach, ehrlich und sehr gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.in dieser typischen, nicht touristisch geprägten Osteria.
