12/08/2025: The food was average, and they paid more attention to regulars than the general public. The price was completely unjustified for what we ate. It wasn't what we expected; we were looking for a grill restaurant, not a star-less restaurant. Never mind.

20/08/2025: I have been eating at Luigi's, excellently assisted by his son Francesco, for at least 10 years. This belated review arises from the observation that in all these years, rather than being satisfied with maintaining the already remarkable quality of their cuisine and their service, they have instead wanted and been able to constantly improve. They stubbornly seek excellence in cured meats, cheeses and above all in cuts of meat. Few times in legendary Tuscany have I tasted better. The first courses and desserts are enriched with a certain frequency by experimentation and ideas that arise from their forays into even non-Italian cuisines. And what about the cellar. Over 900 labels of wines and spirits with authentic rarities, chosen and preserved with obsessive attention. Quick but attentive, courteous, professional service. A great desire to pamper the customer. A true excellence

24/08/2025: The staff seemed friendly, the appetizers were average, the first course very salty, and the main course was tuna that wasn't really tuna, or a type I've never eaten. The seared one looked like it was boiled (also very salty), and the cutlet looked like something from McDonald's. The wine was the highlight. PS: 50 cents off for your forgiveness.

The quality of the ingredients, the creative pairings, and the impeccable presentation make each course a small masterpiece. You can sense the chef's passion and love for cooking, as well as the attentive, professional, and friendly service that makes you feel pampered from start to finish. 09/08/2025: SIGI, the owner and mastermind behind this culinary adventure, has created a place where guests can truly explore local flavors and traditions while comfortably seated in a beautiful setting or, weather permitting, outdoors on a quaint street. The menu is limited in choice, as it varies greatly based on availability and the chef's flair. The dining room staff is top-notch, attentive but not intrusive, and the food—well, you have to try it. The only way to improve your dinner would be to have Sigi at your table and hear how this or that dish, or that particular wine, came about. Always a pleasure to return. P.S. Always ask him for recommendations, even for dishes you would NEVER have chosen.

12/08/2025: Wide variety of choices from appetizers to desserts, exceptional raw seafood. Well-stocked wine list, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The wait between courses is a bit long, but that's understandable for express dishes at this level. Excellent value. Recommended.

26/08/2025: Seafood restaurant located in one of the most panoramic spots in the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park. Fantastic view, and to fully enjoy it, I recommend going just before sunset, or at least when it's not completely dark. Quality food, well-cooked, excellent options. The cold spaghetti with raw seafood is fantastic. The marinated mackerel is also delicious. The grilled meat is generous, and the mixed seafood is excellent in both quantity and quality. Attentive and precise service. If you arrive early, there are no delays in delivery. Other tables near ours had to wait a few minutes too long to get their dinner. Recommended in any case.

21/08/2025: A machine whose gears work perfectly. High-level staff demonstrates all their professionalism and dedication. The mixed seafood appetizers are very good, the first courses are delicious and unique (try the cold spaghetti), and the fried fish is enormous and of excellent quality. We'll definitely be back.

24/08/2025: A very nice, clean hotel with a wonderful view of the Marche hills. The suite was beautiful: very spacious, bright, airy, and with a stunning view. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed dinner at the on-site restaurant. The pool is small and shallow, but it's fine for a cool dip in the summer. Breakfast is decent: the homemade cakes are very good, but the variety could be increased. The hotel's location, high up, with a splendid view, is a bit inconvenient for reaching the region's attractions.

They also have a blackboard with the daily specials, including various fish options. The prices are fair, and in the summer, being surrounded by greenery, it's always a pleasant place to be.
