08/01/2025: I leave satisfied from a place managed with professionalism and friendliness. I only ate agnolotti and chicory but they were excellent. I also give the stars out of confidence on the dishes I saw being passed around and the cleanliness I noticed everywhere: from the dining room to the bathrooms. I highly recommend this beautiful temple of Italian cuisine where you can feel the dedication to work and to the customer.

12/01/2025: All very beautiful. The large and well-equipped rooms, the very beautiful structure surrounded by greenery, the very nice and essential spa. The even better point, however, is the service, the girl who welcomed us and served breakfast was splendid and we also really liked the dinner in the restaurant managed by them, a 5 minute drive away. Basically very highly recommended.

05/01/2025: Excellent experience from the welcoming venue to the excellent and fast service to the delicious dishes. The polenta, the goose and the hot, hot Maritozzo are exceptional. Well done.

02/01/2025: Nice environment, a little noisy, the bathrooms were not heated, but apart from these details the service is very good and the dishes are excellent. The GLUTEN-FREE service is also excellent, with homemade pasta. For those who go shopping at UnionModa it is an excellent choice for a quality lunch.

12/01/2025: Today I went to eat here with my family, I hadn't been to eat for 8 years, they have improved the place and also the menu, we had the tasting for 2 people, excellent choice, portions sufficient for two. Optimal. Friendly and fast service even though the place is full.

14/01/2025: Located on the seafront of Senigallia with a 10 star view. Nice, clean place. Super friendly staff and great chef. We had a quick lunch, we tried two first courses, both excellent and presented really well. 10 stars for the plating. Excellent raw materials Adequate account. Advised.

28/12/2024: 10 of us, including two little girls, had lunch in this restaurant during the Christmas holidays. The location is very beautiful and well kept, the service excellent and the food delicious, both the meat but above all the fish, very fresh and well cooked. Even the girls were satisfied! The quality-price ratio is truly excellent. We will be happy to return!

04/01/2025: Last Sunday during our holiday in the area we had dinner at this nice osteria located in Castelfidardo. It offers very tasty traditional Marche cuisine with generous portions. Not a very wide choice of local wines, we chose a Rosso Piceno Superiore from the Cocci Grifoni company of moderate value, which however did not particularly impress us. The food, however, was all excellent: gnocchi and strozzapreti with sausage and pecorino di fossa, grilled lamb with fried potatoes and pork steak with Ascoli olives, grandmother's cake and trifle. A water and two coffees for a final bill of 80 Euros for two including a small and very welcome discount, to be considered truly honest. In short, certainly not a starred restaurant, but one of substance, with an excellent quality-price ratio and therefore absolutely recommended.

26/01/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant with divine dishes. Tagliatelle with chopped venison are, in my opinion, among the best dishes, with a strong, full flavour. Wonderful carpaccio! Excellent service.

19/12/2024: The food was normal I expected more, I had risotto with saffron and meat sauce, that sauce ruined the taste of risotto, service really perfect, they should dedicate a place for hanging dresses specifically in winter, stuff really kind and friendly.

19/12/2024: C'è poco da dire, "il chiostro dell'AVIS" è sempre una certezza. I sapori sono quelli autentici della cucina marchigiana e la qualità del cibo è sempre molto alta. Conosco questo posto da anni e non mi ha mai deluso. I primi sono davvero buoni: consiglio le tagliatelle ai ceci, la gramigna e la polenta (che però non è sempre disponibile). La carne è di ottima qualità e i dolci danno una perfetta conclusione alla cena (suggeriti i dolci stagionali).

We chose "smoke" on the menu and we really appreciated when, between one course and another, they brought us in front of the grill and Chef Recanati explained to us some "secrets" of his cuisine. We will definitely be back.
