01/03/2025: the portions have greatly decreased, the quality of the fish has become poor and the price has increased - the use of an unidentified mix of spices in all the dishes gives the food an unpleasant taste - not considering the possible allergies of the customers, unfortunately these spices are not mentioned in the menu. We will not return again.

02/04/2025: Ok place, large, spacious, well-made and beautiful to look at. We went for dinner and I had a fillet. When ordering they don't ask me how cooked it is and I tell them rare, he replies that it comes with the griddle and everyone cooks it to their liking. The fillet arrives on top of a soapstone which is fried at full speed together with the potatoes and vegetables! The result was that everything around me was submerged in splashed oil including my clothes and shirt which will never be cleaned.... I moved the fillet on top of the vegetables to stop the cooking but too late.... everything was almost burnt. You don't serve meat that way! Please review the service. Medium-low level wine labels. I have nothing else to say.

06/04/2025: The hotel rooms were immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Had it not been for the surly waiter during our meal, I would have given five stars for the entire experience.

05/04/2025: All very well looked after with a beautiful view. We booked part of the room for a company lunch. Great menu and very friendly staff. As in the photos we tasted everything: from the appetizer to the dessert. I particularly appreciated the fish main course and the dessert.

12/04/2025: Exclusive venue on Lake Maggiore, it directly overlooks the lake, you can enjoy a wonderful view, excellent exposure, good food, tasty and plentiful, the aperitif designed for 2 people and up, for example an order of 1 Coca-Cola drink or tea or fruit juice, with a plate of mixed salami with cheese, olives and chips, pizza or crostini, for only €4.00. I recommend trying it immediately.

06/04/2025: Like other reviewers said, the location is good. We also liked the food, the sushi was decent, so were the linguini alle vongole. The prices are a bit on the high side compared to other restaurants in the area but not too much, I think everyone can afford to have lunch or dinner there once in a while. I confirm that there is separation between the tables available for dinner and for aperitivo. I 've had aperitivo there too and the food served to accompany the drinks wasn't something special. In fact it was the worst I ever had, just some prosciutto with cheese. The worst problem of this place however is the attitude of the employees, who are impolite I would say even rude. Saturday evening we went to book a table for 3 for next day to have a birthday lunch. The boy who worked there that time told my wife it is fine, but we should arrive a bit earlier. Next day, we followed the advice and we went 15 mins earlier. This time, a lady told us that they do not reserve tables close to the lake for 'logistic' purposes. No idea what that means. In any case, we got very annoyed and we left. I don't think they'll be seeing us again.

Really good raw materials and food, but.... some dishes on the menu were not there, we ate in batches because the dishes arrived at different times and last but not least when it was time to pay we were told that the ATM wasn't working. We had to make a bank transfer. Terrible service

16/03/2025: I recently visited this restaurant and, unfortunately, my experience was not the best. I ordered a wholemeal pizza with tomato sauce, basil and cherry tomatoes. The pizza, unfortunately, had a very hard and dry texture, almost cardboard-like, making it almost inedible. The base was not well cooked and lacked the softness expected from a good pizza. Furthermore, the tomato sauce had a decidedly acidic flavour, which did not harmonize at all with the other ingredients, and the quantity of cherry tomatoes and basil was very small. The lack of balance between the ingredients and the poor quality of the preparation compromised the overall taste. In addition, the prices were quite high in relation to the quality offered, which unfortunately did not live up to expectations. Considering the quality level of the pizza and the price, I would suggest an improvement in the preparation processes and selection of ingredients. I hope that the restaurant can take these aspects into consideration to improve its offer and guarantee a better experience for its customers, also given the excellent location in the center of Sesto Calende.
