The food isn't very good, the quality is poor... the complete menu is priced at €12. In my humble opinion we need to increase the quality of the products, also increasing the cost of the fixed menu...

The perfect drinks. Only note: it would be nice if they included fixed vegan dishes in their aperitifs, however they are healthy and really tasty

25/04/2025: Elegant setting overlooking the beautiful city square (also has tables outside). Nice and tasty dishes, adequate quantities. Quick and very friendly service. The warm seafood salad with Taggiasca olives, braised beef cheeks, cutlet and apple strudel are excellent.

14/05/2025: Beautiful location, unfortunately poorly managed. We had booked a one-night stay with à la carte dinner and tasting. The rooms, as already expressed in many comments, are old and dilapidated, certainly not up to the asking price (135€ for a triple) The bathroom, let's forget it. The dinner was not bad, but nothing exceptional and in any case with rather small portions. But this is not what left us most dissatisfied: the tasting (paid €25 per person) was still very limited in quantity (coincidentally, our tour was actually wine-related, so we know well how a host who wants to treat you well behaves, even more so if you then put your hand in your wallet and buy a few hundred euros of wines...) But the pinnacle of the pinnacle of lice or rather, of disinterest in treating well the customers who come to make an almost complete package of their services (in the end, between one thing and another we left them almost a thousand euros in 24 hours) is the refilling of the bottles as soon as you leave the cellar: we took a bottle to drink as an aperitif before dinner, and the price had doubled. During dinner, the same bottles that we bought a few hours before, refilled by almost 100%. In short, I didn't bat an eyelid, I obviously paid for everything, but anyone who reads this review knows well that when the customer is not seen as a chicken to be plucked hit and run but you take care to make him go away happy to have spent what he spent, the attention, the care, and a little more leniency either in the doses or in the billing, even more so if you don't give an impeccable service and you brand yourself as a place of care for biodiversity, you have to have it. Otherwise even that slightly disturbing scene of the mother who at breakfast comes to give you the jams sipped with the measuring cup and poured onto the plate with a spoon/club goes from being a characteristic sketch to being yet another confirmation that you are a great structure but with a service full of ridiculous trivialities.

22/12/2024: Serata tra amici ristorante piacevole come ambiente ovviamente sabato c’era parecchia confusione l’unica nota positiva il personale di sala che cercava di sopperire con estremo imbarazzo agli errori del cuoco . Non basta atteggiarsi al ristorante di alto livello, quando manca assolutamente la sostanza Dimenticare un ingrediente fondamentale in un piatto si traduce in mancanza di attenzione verso il cliente. Porzioni risicate ai limiti del ridicolo. ci si potrebbe accontentare se la qualità fosse superlativa. Polipo insapore e crema di zucca liquida , si intuiva la presenza solo per il sapore dolciastro , un pezzettino di stinco servito con due foglie di valeriana su un letto di pure liquido ….le patate quelle vere non si sono palesate e dulcis in fundo l’elemento fondamentale che avrebbe dovuto dare il profumo al piatto, ovvero il fungo porcino non c’era…neppure l’ombra .. se ne erano dimenticati. I primi tutto sommato potevano andare, prezzi esagerati e soprattutto a mio parere un insulto per l arte culinaria. Non ci si improvvisa, chef stellati soltanto nella presentazione dei piatti dietro ci vuole tanto lavoro e tanta esperienza .Specchietto per le allodole per chi non ha conoscenze di cucina per gli altri, credo sia da dimenticare. Dimenticavo di dire che non è sicuro il posto per chi ha buon appetito ….

26/11/2024: Appena entrata sono stata rapita dalla Location ricercata e pulitissima e dalla gentilezza del personale. Cibo eccellente e ben presentato, vasta e prestigiosa cantina. Il Signor Roberto, titolare del locale, un eccellente Padrone di Casa, con il quale conversare è un grande piacere. Piatti di carne e pesce con alla base la "genuina semplicità" ma dal tocco Gourmand. Ci tengo a riportare questo dettaglio, da mia esperienza personale unico, il mio Papà ha richiesto il filetto scottato ulteriormente e glielo hanno sostituito con un altro taglio di carne. Ritornerermo, questa volta solo io e mio marito, per l'Immacolata per assaggiare altri piatti e rivivere quell'atmosfera. Grazie per questa esperienza! C o n s i g l i a t i s s i m o!
