03/06/2026: Highly disappointed: Paying guests shouldn't be sidelined for private eventsI recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the management of the common areas. Throughout my entire stay, a wedding was being held on-site. As a result, I was completely barred from enjoying the garden and the terrace—the very features that justify the premium rates of this hotel and its overall appeal.Paying for a charming boutique experience only to find the main amenities locked down or inaccessible is deeply disrespectful to paying guests. If the property chooses to host weddings and large events, they should sell out the entire venue exclusively, as many professional hoteliers do. Trying to run a regular hotel while hosting private events just creates an incompatible experience. Unfortunately, I would not return and cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

12/05/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant in the center of Brivio. The fish was excellent, and the menu was interesting. We also had a dish of the day, which was really good. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to every request. I don't understand how it only has a 4-star rating on Google. It definitely deserves much more. We'll be back. Recommended!

29/03/2026: We ate very delicious burgers here. And we were so impressed, so we even came back one month later and repeated the experience! Still delicious. Very pleasant waitress as well. Expensive, but they were working during the lunch time (2pm), when most Italian restaurants are closed because they hate customers lol. 10/10

22/03/2026: Its fortune is to be located in a tourist area, where it operates with the passage of people who come there only once because the second time they go elsewhere. Good food, elsewhere. Friendliness, elsewhere. Class in catering, elsewhere.

26/04/2026: The food and the view were truly amazing. We had ravioli and a mixed lake fish plate, and both were delicious and well-prepared. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing and overshadowed the entire experience. My wife and I simply asked for an extra plate to share our meals, which is a very normal request. However, the waiter refused to provide one, responded in a very rude manner, and even bad body language. What made the situation worse was her attitude—she started explaining how to divide the food as if I were a child, which felt very disrespectful and humiliating. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a place that otherwise offers such great food and a beautiful setting. It’s a real shame that such poor and unprofessional service can ruin what could have been a perfect experience.

04/07/2026: A beautiful place with a lovely terrace overlooking the lake. The food is excellent, the owner is very welcoming and makes an effort to speak French, as does the staff. I highly recommend it.

29/06/2026: Very disappointing experience for a restaurant that presents itself as fine dining. We specifically ordered chilled wine, but it was served warm. We politely asked the staff to replace it, explaining that it wasn’t cold enough, yet the second bottle arrived at exactly the same temperature. On top of that, there was no background music at all, and the air conditioning wasn’t working. The dining room was uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. Good food alone is not enough—service, atmosphere, and attention to detail are essential in fine dining. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed on all three.

07/06/2026: The food isn't tasty. The bread isn't fresh. It seems like they don't know what bruschetta looks like. The service is disappointing: the waiters are tired and irritated. The pizza plate never arrived.

04/06/2026: The food was very good! We ordered one of the daily specials, the chicken breast with salad, and a shrimp crepe with asparagus. Everything was delicious. The view is also very pleasant, overlooking the lake.

25/10/2025: It's impossible to get any closer to the water, and in the sun! Plus, the food is good and plentiful... provided you can find a table.

12/10/2025: We sat for a coffe and sweet desert. The view was wonderful at the afternoon. The cheesecake was horrible, stale. The spoon for the capuccino was dirty and reused. The cappuccino had something like crumbs . I woudnt recomend the place except for the view
