02/05/2026: Terrible experience with the staff's behavior. I ordered a takeout pizza and had to wait 25 minutes. While I was waiting, two girls asked me how long I'd been there, and when I answered, the waitress arrogantly butted in, saying, "Does 25 minutes on a Saturday night seem like a long time to you?" I replied that, given that it was takeout, the wait seemed a bit excessive, and the response was even more rude: "And you think you're walking past people who've had reservations for a month?" Such behavior is unacceptable: I was simply answering a question from the girls and didn't expect to be treated so rudely. These places thrive on weekend tourists; we locals will be careful. There's simply no respect for the customer anymore!

18/03/2026: This hotel was amazing! We were not supposed to stay in Lake Como and we booked last minute and ended up staying 2 nights since it was so good! The views from the room were amazing, the location is perfect, the breakfast was the best we had in Europe with plenty of Gluten Free options. We spent some time in the sauna which was so fun. We had a delicious drink at the bar and they gave us ao many complementary delicious snacks. We dined at the hotel restaurant one night and it was delicious. Can't believe we paid so little for such a complete experience!

02/03/2026: Great location of the hotel. Very close to the lake. Very quiet and peaceful place. Delicious cuisine.
