05/03/2025: We ate at this restaurant during a weekend on Lake Como. The waiter was very kind in finding us a table even though we hadn't booked. I got the octopus and it was very tender! As a first course, the orecchiette with lake ragù, with a pleasant but at the same time strong flavour.

02/03/2025: A lovely little restaurant in the lanes away from the lake front. We were looked after really well, seated quickly without a reservation. Staff very friendly and attentive

21/03/2025: It has been a year now since we stayed at the Royal Victoria, and it was the best place of our entire stay in Italy. Lovely staff. Incredible room with a magnificent view. The town of Varenna is a gem. I much preferred it over other areas of Lake Como. It's less busy, but still has plenty to see and do. Plus, it's an easy ferry or train ride to other areas in Lake Como. One note: There is a Royal Victoria Hotel print in the lobby. Do you sell those? Would love to get one to hang in our house to remind us our trip.

22/03/2025: We ate very delicious pasta and pizza dishes. We only had a short visit to Lecco and will gladly return to this restaurant. It was a recommendation from our vacation rental landlord. Lake Como is across the street and along the promenade.

27/03/2025: Stopped in for work on the recommendation of a local friend. Clean and well-kept location, 50m from the lake. Punctual, precise and discreet service, not excessive waiting, typical cuisine and business menu. I took Pizzoccheri, grilled vegetables, water (1 liter) and homemade amaretto semifreddo. Maybe the price is a little high (€30) but it's worth it. Advised.

09/02/2025: Baia di Parè is not only an excellent restaurant, but also a small hotel with beautiful rooms with attention to detail. The structure offers an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay overlooking the lake. The breakfast is very good, with quality options. As for the restaurant, it is in the AIC circuit, therefore perfect for those with gluten-free needs: the entire menu, from pizza to fish dishes, is available in a gluten-free version with great attention to safety. The prices are a little high, but the quality justifies the expense. A safe and recommended place both to dine and to stay!

20/01/2025: The girl who takes care of the hotel restaurant and breakfast room deserves a 10. 10 to all the staff for their availability. Hotel with very quiet and modern rooms. The delicious pizza!

14/01/2025: When we enter by chance we ask if there is room with a dog, they prepare the table for us then a waitress arrives and puts a sheet of menu in front of us. I got up to ask if they had an à la carte menu and was told no. Work lunch only. The food was inedible to say the least, and I would also add not very friendly staff. Never again. This is not catering!!!!! Even at lunch if you keep it open you have to keep an à la carte menu. Reading the various positive reviews, I find it a little strange that such a huge difference in quality is definitely not productive.

06/02/2025: Excellent option for celiacs. All pizzas are gluten-free. Spectacular service, reasonable prices and a nice place to go with the family. Super recommended.
