27/04/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant on a Saturday evening and had a great time. The service is noteworthy because the staff took care of us throughout the evening. The food was excellent, in addition to the portions which were not small at all. Particular note for the first courses, cooked to perfection and with a rich seasoning. We will be back!

20/05/2025: I have come to eat at this restaurant several times, and every time I have a great time! The staff takes care of you in every way and the meat is amazing! The prices are excellent for the quality-price ratio, I must say that I will definitely return, every time I come to Sanremo it is now a fixed stop. I highly recommend it to everyone

The quality-price ratio is good, considering the quality of the dishes and the service. I highly recommend it.

02/05/2025: Des amis résidents locales, nous ont amenés dans leur restaurant préféré. Toute sorte de plats du pays. Je suggère les raviolis du pays aux crémeux fromage, les pâtes type Tortelinni, les panizza fait avec la farine de pois chiches, le moelleux jarret de porc, la saucisson du pays et bien sûr le vin local blanc!

31/05/2025: Un accueil agréable, mais la suite laisse vraiment à désirer. Service très long, cher pour la quantité et la qualité . Arrivée 12h30 départ 14h45 pour seulement trois plats . Et, cerise sur le gâteau, la personne qui a encaissé, très froide . Cela manque de professionnalisme .

25/05/2025: Hello, The meal was perfect, it was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Very good advice on the wine. However, we wish the owner would learn to count before coming to attack us and telling us there was money missing from the bill. Furthermore, she openly told us that she preferred a single payment, either card or cash, and then left in a very haughty manner. The goal is to get paid, right??? For this inconvenience, we would have liked a complimentary digestif. However, as for the servers, nothing to complain about, they were great! Thanks to them. A word to the wise...

15/05/2025: Everything was delicious, I ordered all the starters and the rabbit, truly Ligurian dishes.

21/04/2025: We returned after a few years to this historic venue in the center of Imperia. A change of management has brought a nice menu with Ligurian recipes. Quality and balanced prices. Chef and staff attentive to customers. We will return with friends.

20/05/2025: What to write besides the fact that it is the best restaurant I have ever been to? Everything was perfect, food, atmosphere, service. A place where you feel good.

21/04/2025: Finally the restaurant takes off with chef Fabio...true Neapolitan...technique and taste combine in his dishes! The texture immediately jumps on the palate! I tried the Easter menu and didn't eat à la carte...but despite being against this format...I was pleasantly surprised! It's worth the trip!

The food is simply exceptional, with fresh, well-prepared ingredients and delicious flavors. Plus, the location is ideal, right across from the San Remo Casino. A place to remember and recommend without hesitation!

04/05/2025: A real revelation! It had been recommended to me for some time by a friend in the area and I finally got to try it... And it's an incredible restaurant! It's the first time I've eaten the wheels so I have no comparison but they were undoubtedly good. The Argentinian meat was, however, superb! Truly compliments for the quality and how it is cooked: everything grilled in full view! Desserts and wine are also delicious, combined with super friendly and attentive service. Furthermore, you will find super honest prices, especially considering the very high quality that is offered. Finally, the location is truly wonderful, especially on the terrace which has a truly incredible view.

04/05/2025: Getting a carnivore and a vegetarian to agree is not always easy... here we have found the right balance. Quality raw materials, kindness and courtesy come first. Well done guys!!!

Quintessenza Restaurant also boasts a large terrace, located on the seventh floor of the Best Western Hotel Nazionale Sanremo, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view

Exquisite service with attention to detail, Very, very beautiful location, very different from the Ligurian restaurant we are used to, with attention to every detail. Thanks again to the owner who took us to visit the summer location, having two rooms, one for winter, already beautiful but the summer one by the pool left us speechless.
