28/01/2025: We took the tasting menu (4 courses €48 per person): the courses were plentiful for a tasting menu but above all everything was delicious. I particularly recommend the tortelli with octopus amatriciana (spectacular!), the stuffed quail and the "babamisù". Even the wines that the chef proposed to us as pairings were perfect for the dishes. The chef is a wonderful person, available to explain the dishes and also to entertain the guests in conversation. Fantastic experience, we will definitely be back!

07/01/2025: I don't usually do reviews, but this time I can only give my super compliments to Debora for the beautiful dinner we had during the little holiday in Montefiascone with my partner... Everything was perfect, the food, the wine, the service and the cuddles received during the evening because those who cook with love transmit it onto the plate ❣️... thank you for everything!!

05/01/2025: Siamo stati a cena per ben due sere in questo splendido e intimo localino. Cibo ben curato e di ottima qualità. Servizio super efficiente e cortese, anche nei confronti di mio figlio. Antipasti eccezionali, abbiamo gradito molto anche la carne. Consigliatissimo.

27/02/2025: We ate: fishermen's risotto, fettuccine with whitefish, whitefish, fried and roast potatoes, millefeuille and truffles. Well made, exquisite dishes; nice staff, good value for money, fast service. Simple restaurant, on the lake, with panoramic windows, possibility of eating outside. Must try.

23/02/2025: We arrived and the place was very nice after about twenty minutes they still hadn't brought the menu and until now everything was ok. We ordered some fries to bring for the first course and some first courses to bring afterwards. The fries arrived after more or less 20 minutes, the first courses arrived after a 2 HOUR wait and we were about to leave. When the dishes arrived they were poor and we paid a lot. Apart from the view, I strongly advise against it.

10/02/2025: The Pancino restaurant is a real gem for lovers of good food. The raw materials used are excellent, very fresh and of the highest quality, and this is reflected in every dish served. The variety of the menu is remarkable, offering a wide choice that satisfies the most diverse tastes, without ever giving up attention to detail. The environment is welcoming and versatile, perfect both for an evening with friends and for a business lunch or a dinner alone, as often happens to me. The restaurant manages to combine simplicity and refinement, creating an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. In summary, Pancino is a place that absolutely deserves to be tried. Each visit is a gastronomic experience that never disappoints. Highly recommended!

26/01/2025: The best pizza in Modena and its province as well as the speed and unbeatable price! We come back almost every weekend very willingly and they are also very careful about lactose intolerance! Highly recommended! 😋
