The "carbolago" pasta is a must try. Appropriate pieces. We had a very good time

31/07/2024: Truly excellent pizzas, speed of service, good prices and a very beautiful location, in the center of Bolsena.
The only flaw was that, as soon as I ordered for dinner, I was brought the paper to clean up some kicks from the dog who had drunk and had spilled some water. (It had never happened to me. I would have asked anyway out of fairness).

29/08/2024: The pizzas are decent. Unfortunately the spicy oil was not, so thinking of an oversight by the waiter I realized that it had expired. Probably not a problem for a freshly opened bottle. If I were to return to the area and had more time I would ask for clarification. Overall recommended.

02/09/2024: It's a shame, otherwise I would have given it a 5 but the last time we were there exactly a few evenings ago, something hurt us and we were sick for a whole day, even two, definitely the kataifi prawns off the menu.
Beautiful, romantic and relaxing place.
Friendly staff.

18/08/2024: Booked at the last moment. Simple but well organized place. Kind service. Under the veranda it is cool and occasionally breezy
03/08/2024: Great food, lovingly prepared, good wines. Excellent service and (even without a direct lake view) very nice atmosphere - inside and outside! Highly recommended. There is also something for children and vegetarians.
Update 2020: Excellent again!
Went there again at the end of July 2024, just great! Food at its finest, good wine recommendations. Nice and very well maintained. I want to go again this season...

04/08/2024: Sono ritornato per una cena in famiglia e devo assolutamente confermare l'ottima qualità dei prodotti e l eccellente cucina mangiato crudi su ordinazione e sono rimasto piacevolmente stupito dagli abbinamenti dei piatti che lo sheff ci ha proposto senza parlare poi dei dolci buonissimi
17/07/2024: Locale carino, servizio impeccabile ma non ci tornerei perché i tavoli all'esterno si trovano in un posto "imprecisato" e troppo attufato dove, tra l'altro, non passa un po d'aria, considerate poi le temperature di questi giorni è improponibile. Il cibo non posso dire niente perché non ce l'ho fatta ad aspettare 40 minuti un primo piatto sopportando quel caldo anomalo e considerato poi che eravamo solo 6 utenti.
Questa è la mia esperienza che vorrei non ripetere alla luce dei fatti. Poi è arrivata una coppia dove la "Lei" guardava troppo mettendo in ridicolo il partner presente, una situazione troppo imbarazzante in una giornata bolsenese troppo calda per sopportare questa piccola disavventura.
