17/07/2025: Madia Drogheria – Il silenzio buono del Sud C’è un posto all’EUR Torrino dove la cucina non cerca applausi. Non stupisce, non esagera. Convince. Madia è misura. È una cucina che lavora in sottrazione, non in scena. I piatti parlano piano, ma lasciano traccia. Il servizio è gentile, la sala discreta. Niente fronzoli, solo cose fatte bene. È il tipo di ristorante che ti fa pensare che la semplicità, se curata, è una forma di bellezza. Consigliatissimo

30/05/2025: Delizioso contesto, sia internamente che all'esterno..di gran gusto, stile shabby....poi si ordina un cocktail ..e scema ogni entusiasmo iniziale...sul sito c'è una foto con ogni ben di Dio come accompagnamento alle bevande scelte...ma in realtà c'e il NULLA X 4 PERSONE: 3 PATATINE MOSCE ,DUE (2) TARALLI IN 2 CIOTOLINE MINUSCOLE .. NEPPURE LE OLIVE CI SONO, RISPONDE BRUSCO IL RAGAZZETTO CHE PORTA IL TUTTO ,SENZA NEANCHE UN TOVAGLIOLINO! UNA SCIATTERIA CHE NON CI SI ASPETTA DA UN LUOGO TANTO GRADEVOLE..PER UN SUPERCONTO FINALE!! MAI +, ED È UN PECCATO!!!!!BASTAVA PIÙ ATTENZIONE PER IL CLIENTE !! 01/10/2025: The pasta was great, however the second course, which consisted of chicken and fries was frankly disgusting. No flavour whatsoever, completely dried out chicken. I had to wait for over 20 minutes between courses while there were no more than 10 guests there. It also took another 20 minutes between asking for the bill and actually receiving it.

27/07/2025: Mediocre coffee served in a glass and not a cup. Also an unfriendly staff. No smiles. And worst of all the toilet has no soap. When asked about it, staff rudely replied ‘it’s finished’

07/06/2025: We ordered two espresso tonic, they gave us 2 espresso, 2 tonics and 2 glasses with ice. When we wanted to paid, they charged us 24 euros, because it was cocktail in their eyes…cocktail that we have to make ourselves. We asked how much is espresso (1.2 €). I think the place was lovely but now I don’t want to come back, I feel cheated.

30/09/2025: I visited this trattoria on Sunday, and despite it being very crowded, the experience was truly positive. The food was excellent, with tasty and carefully crafted dishes that reflected the passion and quality of the cuisine. The staff was kind and welcoming, always available even amidst the rush of customers. The wait was a bit long, understandable given the crowd, but the quality of the dishes more than made up for it.

30/09/2025: I'd like to start by saying that I always like to book, both to avoid wasting time looking for a place to have lunch or dinner and, above all, to allow the restaurant owners to better organize their order. I arrive on Sunday at 2:00 PM, as booked. I wait for a table and in the meantime, I decide what to order. I order a grilled steak with porcini mushrooms and chicory for myself, while for my companion, I order grilled porcini mushrooms and tagliolini with fresh truffle. Shortly after, the waiter returns and informs me that the steak is out of stock. I then ask for lamb, but that too is unavailable. I settle for a mixed grill (all pork, which hadn't been specified). As a side, I order chicory, but it never arrives. The grilled meat and porcini mushrooms arrive, while the tagliolini arrive about 10 minutes later. Unfortunately, they're overcooked. The chicory, as mentioned, doesn't arrive. I don't feel like pushing it any further, so we end our sad lunch. When it came time for the bill, I pointed out that the chicory never arrived. I was told it was out and that there were broccoli, but they weren't served either. I'm specifying this so they don't end up on the bill. I forgot: the tagliolini were served after the next table, who had ordered after us, had already received them. They were probably ready, but they weren't delivered right away. The location is nice; we ate outside, and the staff seemed friendly. However, there's an obvious organizational problem. My suggestion: try to at least guarantee availability for those who took the time to book in advance.

11/10/2025: Great food - especially the fresh pasta - and great service from all of staff.

10/10/2025: Food was outstanding. Mussels, pasta, steak were all delicious. The minestrone soup is the soup by which all others shall henceforth be judged. Service was delightful. In particular there was a young man, whose name I sadly didn’t get, that was one of the best and most friendly servers we’ve had in Italy. We were very impressed by him. Anyway, highly recommend this restaurant and the outdoor seating is in a charming little street that just feels like you’re having a nice meal in one of the world’s oldest greatest cities.

17/08/2025: Had lunch at the beginning of August on a Monday because it was one of the few restaurants open in an area far from Frosinone. An appetizer and a first course with water and a little house wine cost €35 per person (there were two of us). The wait was incredibly long and there was almost no one in the restaurant. There were a maximum of 10 people, and they were served randomly compared to when they arrived. Two hours for an excessive lunch. Never, ever again.

26/04/2025: This review refers to the new management. The place was recommended by a friend who clearly didn't know about it. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience, especially considering it's under new management. I should have taken a photo of my plate of gricia, which left me speechless: the portion was ridiculously small. The lemon scallops were inedible, and it hadn't happened to me in a long time to not be able to eat anything. The grilled vegetables were bland. And then the baked potatoes, which were evidently sold out: they arrived too few, and to compensate, they filled the gap with French fries, without any explanation, without an apology that would have been at least a sign of goodwill. The coffee was undrinkable. The bread was dry. But the worst thing of all was seeing a mother—I assume the owner, to whom the new place has been dedicated, "Rea Silvia" (the restaurant's new name)—being mistreated by her son, who would yell at her among the tables and customers, perhaps thinking he was better than her. Of all the things, this was the worst and saddest. My sympathy goes to the lady who's the only redeeming feature of this place because she was so kind. Yet she also gets the bill wrong, and not just with us (other customers had complaints). We only found out the price of the dishes at the end because there was no menu, and, to top it all off, you could only pay in cash, which is truly unacceptable. €27 for nothing. €12 for a non-existent gricia. I hope these criticisms help you improve, since you're just starting out, because you can't treat customers like this and expect to be paid, and even that much.
