23/12/2025: Horrible evening, small location for the people hosting, poor food, unhelpful staff, and the speaker... hateful and rude.

12/12/2025: I've had the opportunity to dine twice at the Embassy in Rimini, a historic venue that hosted some of the biggest names in Italian pop music in the 1960s and 1970s. A charming setting, enhanced in the summer by an elegant outdoor seating area and a truly pleasant open bar. Unfortunately, the first experience didn't live up to expectations. The chef's appetizer, consisting of five small tastings, seemed a bit improvised and poorly balanced. The first course, tagliolini with garlic, oil, chili pepper, and shrimp tartare, was excessively al dente; after I reported this, they kindly replaced it with pacchero with swordfish, which tasted good but was slightly overcooked. When it came time to pay the bill, the owner, a delightful and very attentive person, willingly listened to my comments, offering a generous discount and inviting me to return to give the restaurant a second chance. Twenty days later, I decided to keep my promise, and I must say that this time the experience was completely different. I started with grilled octopus accompanied by various sauces, all well-balanced and tasty, then returned to the tagliolini, which this time were perfect: impeccably cooked and harmonious flavors. Special praise goes to the all-female wait staff, knowledgeable, smiling, and always attentive to the customer's needs. The owner, when saying goodbye, thanked me for my trust and for keeping my promise—a gesture of courtesy that captures the spirit of the restaurant. In conclusion, the Embassy has fully redeemed itself: a second visit that confirmed its seriousness, professionalism, and desire to improve. A historic establishment that today demonstrates it still has much to tell.

13/12/2025: Attentive and friendly staff, nice place. The appetizer was delicious and freshly flavored. The fish soup was nothing special, soulless. I make it better at home. Judging by the other customers' dishes, I probably didn't know how to choose. The lasagna was good, very scenic, but it was barely warm on the outside and cold in the center. I would go back, though. The quality of the ingredients is there. We'll definitely be luckier.

03/11/2025: I've been here with my family; we've had a pretty good time in the past, but this time I have a few comments... The dishes have slightly deteriorated in taste compared to before. But the prices have gone up quite a bit! The biggest problem was the older waitress, who was rude to say the least and unfriendly to customers. I'm surprised the owners, being veterans in the industry, hire unsuitable staff.

22/11/2025: We went back: the tikka marsala was once again delicious (spicy), as were the veggie tagine and the feta and spinach puff pastry, accompanied by an amazing mango and almond compote! There wasn't enough dessert, but I would have been curious to try it! The place is truly charming.

21/09/2025: We ordered spaghetti with clams (not real, but tasty), mixed grill (the best dish and a good value) with a side of roast potatoes, and two pizzas (average). One minus was the wait for the grilled food, which was a bit excessive. Another minus was the bench seating, which became uncomfortable after a long wait. Gianni's remains a must-visit for anyone passing by on Viale Dante.

01/01/2026: What can I say? We stopped here on our way back from Prague for lunch. We couldn't have asked for better. Impeccable service, excellent food, beyond our expectations. The waiters were friendly and attentive, and above all, attentive to the needs of their guests. The owners were exceptionally kind, and the price was good. I highly recommend it.

19/12/2025: Company dinner on Tuesday, December 16th. Excellent service, welcoming atmosphere, Excellent food. We'll definitely be back.

26/09/2025: The welcome glass was much appreciated. The atmosphere is spacious and airy, and both the owner and the waiter were friendly and quick to take orders and serve drinks. The pizza was excellent, crispy and soft, and made with good ingredients. The complimentary limoncello was also good. And the bathroom was imaginative, spacious, and clean. I'll try the fish. Highly recommended.

07/01/2026: Centrally located hotel, super welcoming, very friendly receptionists, as well as the breakfast lady and the room manager. The property is very pleasant and well-equipped. Lovely owners: Marianna, Santiago, Neera, and Noa.

16/06/2025: We were surprised by this environment, I would also add intimate, well-kept and particular for its location. The meats ordered, as well as the salad and the other side dishes, all very good and abundant. Perhaps the grilled vegetable one should be reviewed, slightly scarce and with corn perhaps to be avoided... 😊 Fast service without long waits. A round of applause to the lady who served us, very attentive in making sure everything was fine. We will definitely return next time. Thank you.

09/06/2025: A seaside restaurant with a beautiful view of the beach and nice furnishings. Almost the entire menu is available gluten-free and the owner pays great attention. The tagliolini aglio olio peperoncino with burrata and prawns are excellent.

I myself liked the pizza, her pizza, the wine... before going here, I read all the bad reviews, none of them were true.. pay less attention to the bad reviews.. everything is great here.. All in all!!!

18/01/2026: Everything is FAIRLY good, but it's a shame they charge €3 for three slices of bread and a verbal list of desserts where you don't know the prices or anything, a pizza with Nutella costs €12. It's crazy, a shame, I won't be back.

04/08/2025: Tornati in questo locale dopo tanto tempo, cambiamento abbastanza radicale ora si tratta di cucina Gourmet a tutti gli effetti, siamo stati bene, chiaramente prezzo e ricercatezza dei piatti sono diversi dalla pèrecedente gestione, personale cordiale, servizio curato e cucina appunto con portate un po' fuori dal comune, da provare ogni tanto sicuramente, prezzo alto ma in linea con le portate molto ricercate come anche il servizio, sulla location nulla da dire da una parte colline e montagne dall'altra il mare un vero spettacolo.
