06/01/2026: My stay in beautiful Ravenna was largely spoiled by coming to this restaurant. Based on the reviews of the food and the offer it offers, we chose to have dinner here. We ordered two pizzas, one of which is €7.50 and the other €13. We also ordered half a liter of red wine, on tap, and half a liter of Pepsi, also on tap. The waiter DID NOT PUT the bill on the table. So you don't know what they're going to charge you and how much. When you leave, they don't show you the bill either, but ask you for a certain amount of money. Since I paid with a bank card, I didn't pay attention to the amount, because I had already calculated that it was €30-35. Only then did I get the bill, which I didn't even look at, but out of habit, put in my pocket. When I received a message from the bank about the money spent, I was already on the street and didn't hear the message on my phone. When I arrived at the accommodation, I was unpleasantly surprised to be charged 2 cakes X €6.00, which WE DID NOT order and NOT eat. So that's why the guest doesn't know in advance what the waiter has charged for some table. You managed to steal €12 from me and many before me, apparently because you "worked out the system". As a tourist who has traveled around Europe, and who comes to Italy often and has left reviews of many restaurants, hotels, tourist attractions, etc., people often ask me for advice: Where to eat, what to see, etc. One of my recommendations would be: BE SURE to bypass your restaurant - due to the vile theft of guests.

01/01/2026: I see positive reviews and I understand that only friends and relatives have given them, I ate there with my girlfriend and another couple, we all complained, the food was really poor quality and cooked worse, the service was appalling, I even finished the second course and my girlfriend had yet to receive the first course, the place is poorly maintained and not to mention the hygiene, the services are disgusting, avoid this bad experience

18/01/2026: Dolomites themed evening… two themed menus plus one à la carte… never to return… appetizer of cold cuts, speck and salami plus two pieces of cheese, a small coconut for two, 😱 followed by spatzele that I liked very salty… then 8 gnocchi in a cross with a typical commercial cream cheese (Conad)… skier's dish… a piece of Teneroni-flavored meat with a potato flan (the polenta was finished (but no one warned us… inedible… followed by the famous apple strudel… A mix of ingredients… Slices of dried apple with an egg cream and puff pastry (embarrassing) it was inedible… à la carte… the shank was not bad.

30/12/2025: Very nice restaurant, it feels like entering a real farmhouse. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent food. A special mention goes to the Sangiovese-flavored shank, which was truly excellent and plentiful.

14/01/2026: Yesterday evening, January 11, 2026, at the Baya restaurant, we unfortunately ate a dinner made with poor-quality and fresh ingredients (five people, several courses). I regret having chosen a restaurant that I can now consider unreliable, where last night only the mussels au gratin and mascarpone cream were good—the rest should not be offered to the customer! The maître d''s excuses, justifying the "imperfections" by the restaurant's closure for vacation the following day, are unacceptable!

19/11/2025: We arrived Sunday evening at 9 pm without a reservation, and the lady found a way to seat us and make sure we had a truly enjoyable evening. The kind of place where you only get up when you realize you're the last one left. The food was truly good... just like grandma used to make it...

10/11/2025: Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent value for money. I recommend booking as there aren't many tables. Wheelchair accessible, but space is a bit cramped inside.

19/01/2026: Gourmet pizzas, including Neapolitan-style ones, are delicious, made with authentic, select ingredients. Reservations are always required, as the place is always packed.

The service was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and happy to offer recommendations. The menu features great local dishes, all well prepared and full of authentic flavour. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy the setting, and savour the food at a comfortable pace. I’d definitely recommend making a reservation, as the restaurant is popular and fills up quickly.

01/02/2026: A very nice place, practically in the heart of Ravenna: a very warm and relaxed atmosphere. Professional staff. The food was good, although there were a few issues (the scallops—both the lemon ones and the ones with porcini mushrooms—were made from pork, not veal, as per Italian culinary tradition, and the zuppa inglese had a tough consistency and, indeed, not a creamy consistency). Given the above, the prices are, in my opinion, a bit high.

23/01/2026: All that's left of the trattoria now is the sign outside. They wanted to make a "gourmet" version, which is really cool. Portions and prices like those of a high-end restaurant. A casual place, but managed with a lot of showmanship. I'm sorry, guys, but in a trattoria, bottles and boxes of sausages shouldn't be displayed IN PLAIN VIEW. The real innkeepers, the ones who are no longer with us, would be rolling over in their graves.

04/01/2026: I tried this AIC-certified restaurant and the overall experience was very good. They have a completely gluten-free menu, with numerous options; the prices are in line with those of traditional restaurants, which I appreciated. The portions are adequate. The service is kind and attentive, without being intrusive. Among the desserts, the gluten-free tiramisu really deserves a mention: well-made and very enjoyable. Overall, good value and a reliable option for those seeking food safety without sacrificing taste.

04/01/2026: The fish was old and smelled bad. Chipped plates and glasses that smelled of something I'm not sure of. A disappointing and unpleasant experience. We had to cancel the main course, fearing something even worse would come. One star seems like too much. You should be ashamed for even charging us for the crap you served us.
