26/10/2024: Although we had language barriers the service was very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and we really enjoyed the atmosphere here lots of families enjoying their Sunday meal.

27/08/2024: It has good views, as long as they offer you a table for it, which was not the case although the premises at that time were half empty. The food in this case (fried squid and shrimp, tagliatelle with mushroom and amalfi pizza) was not good. No flavor, poor preparation. We ordered two glasses of red wine which were not served on the table for some reason. I asked what the wine was and they told me it was local wine, but I suspected it had come from some cardboard in the refrigerator, it was really bad.

26/08/2024: This place was great! I've been finding it hard to review the places I've eaten at in Italy so far but this place I just had to, just to recommend it to other people. The risotto I had I felt was the best dish I've had in Italy so far, that might not mean much since so far we've been to some very common places but all in all it was absolutely delicious! The portions we've had seemed to have been designed with us in mind, with that being said we're both completely satisfied. (Ordered tagliatelle with mushrooms, sea food risotto, mussels with pepper and fried shrimp + calamari) As a digestivo we had the grappa and limoncello, the limoncello in this case was wonderful! Absolutely one of the best either of us have ever had! All in all with the friendly staff, great location and exquisite food i highly recommend you try to take your way up the mountain path to have a lovely evening at this restaurant.

10/11/2024: 01.11.2024 - For you who are looking for an emotion, not just food, here is the right place. Located in the center of bewitching Sorrento, in an alley made special by the presence of this "Restaurant", which in reality is a destination for those who have already had the pleasure of sitting at the tables. Ivan, son of a father whose father was limping but still in love with his activity, played football in these alleys; now he serves tables very well and every customer is like an old friend. Thank you, because in a very short stay, guardian of an important date, you have given us an emotion forever. The food? Nothing to say; it was a sublime side dish in a corner of Paradise. See you soon.

17/09/2024: We went on Saturday evening, Mrs. Ersilia was a special person, the gentleman who took the orders advised us on the various courses, describing them with passion. The real tavern of the past, perfect hospitality and food, enchanting place. Must try!

26/12/2024: Yesterday, on Christmas day, you gave me a dream... thank you 👑. A sphere of sun came out which illuminated my table and warmed me for the entire duration of lunch... a place full of history and mysticism ❤️ a great restaurant!

25/12/2024: Very expensive restaurant with food not up to the price (a mediocre mozzarella €12 and a caprese €14). I took a mixed fried dish with salad and the salad was full of dirt, the waiter apologised, but didn't even apply a €1 discount (which seemed right to me, taking into account the price of the dish and the fact that I didn't it was possible to eat the salad). The only positive note is the view of the castle

25/11/2024: Excellent pizzas (digestible dough) variety of pizzas offered beyond the classic ones also gourmet. The only flaw is the acoustics of the room (especially when it is full of unpleasant "booming"). As a restaurant it is of the highest quality; starters, first courses (sea and land), second courses, side dishes and even desserts and liqueurs are preparations served with care and professionalism. Highly recommended.

19/12/2024: Au retour de Capri, nous avons pris le repas du soir a ce charmant restaurant. Tous les plats que nous avons dégustés étaient à la hauteur de nos attentes (Salade mista, cannelloni, tagliatelle alla bolognese ainsi que la pizza). De plus, nous étions installés sur la terrasse pour nous permettre de relaxer avant de reprendre la route vers notre hôtel.

30/10/2024: Unfortunately, this was the worst food I had in Italy so far. I ordered to take away, the food was literally with me in less than 6 minutes (I had a smoke and before I finish it, the food was already in my hands). The staff were lovely but the food was a disaster. I arrived in my hotel in the next 5 minutes, the food was already cold (I assume it was remade), the pasta was all stack together but the worse is that this was not a carbonara in any way, extreme amount of meat that was not guanciale ans was not cooked properly. I also ordered the octopus, although the portion was huge it was the worst octopus ever, it was cold and burnt on the outside, the juices had run onto the mash potato resulting in the mash to taste burnt. Very disappointing experience and so much food wasted. I hope you improve the quality, big portions doesn't mean value for money :(

IL SAUTÉ SERVITO IN UNA PADELLA PICCOLA AD UN COSTO DI 28,00 E QUATTRO GAMBERI A 20,00. LOCATION, ACCOGLIENTE.
