11/12/2024: A fishmonger with an adjoining restaurant. Excellent value for money, with €15-20 you can eat two courses but a fixed menu is also available for less. The portions are generous. Three stars for the location and service. Very simple place, spartan although friendly service, no table menu but only fixed menus or the waiter's suggestions. Spaghetti with clams and fried calamari are recommended.

24/11/2024: First of all we started badly; table booked for lunch time yesterday and confirmed by the presence of the cell phone memory of the phone call: the reservation and it can't be found! I insist and they reply that it was not possible that the reservation had been confirmed because at 1pm on Saturday all the tables were already booked. However, they can accommodate us outside and thank goodness the day, even in mid-November, allowed it... Let's get to the food: abundant and well-made spaghetti with clams; the rest (especially the fixed menu) is quite disappointing: the fried calamari is saved but not the fried mixed fish, practically only red mullet. The spaghetti alone would be worth 5 but I give it 3 considering the average of the other dishes. The bill (without tax document, of course) was free of surprises, also because they forgot to include a couple of dishes and water. We wake up disappointed with the treatment we received, despite having eaten an excellent spaghetti with clams.

05/11/2024: We stayed at the hotel, but didn't have a chance to eat dinner at the restaurant. We did however, have breakfast every morning at the restaurant and the food was fantastic. A chef will prepare any kind of omelet that you like.

19/10/2024: I asked for a Turkey salad, they literally put 4 slices of turkey cold cut on top of arugula salad and charged me $22 euros. How on the planet can a chef serve something like that Unfortunately I don't have photos.

15/12/2024: Very good place. Thought it was like a “tourist trap”, but I was happily mistaken. Good food, fair price, and local touch. Went there twice.

09/12/2024: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. One, or rather two (dinner and lunch to celebrate my birthday) very positive experiences. Six guests, we ate very well and were served excellently. 10/12/2024: Visited Italy in October. This was truly a hidden gem when I visited Naples. The food and service were hands down exquisite!!!! The wine suggestions paired with our food. We had a bit of everything and the cost was definitely budget friendly. The calamari was the best I’ve tasted in my entire life!

17/12/2024: Very welcoming, nice place and located in the center. Excellent food, from omelettes to picanha. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. I would stay here again.

03/09/2024: Pleasant evening in the historic part of Cava de Tirreni. Tables arranged both outside on the pavement and inside where unfortunately it was very hot (without air conditioning). Fortunately, having booked early, they let us sit outside. We ate courgette flowers stuffed with stracciata and dried tomatoes, fried very well. The first courses, plentiful, very good, both the spaghetti alla Nerano and the spaghetti "non è una carbonara". When we sat down we were offered some prosecco, chilled to perfection.

25/08/2024: Ogni anno da 8 anni il 25 agosto celebriamo l’anniversario di matrimonio con una cena presso il ristorante La terrazza di Lucullo. E’ un luogo magico con una vista mozzafiato e la cucina e’ superlativa. Se si è a Capri non si può non venire almeno una volta qui, ne vale davvero la pena. Oltre agli accostamenti mai banali, l’utilizzo dei prodotti dell’orto contribuisce a evocare sapori e aromi ormai dimenticati. Il Maitre Gaetano e’ di una professionalità senza paragoni e rende l’esperienza indimenticabile. 30 e lode per la cucina, il panorama, l’atmosfera, il servizio e la professionalità.

21/08/2024: Uma das melhores experiências gastronômicas que já tivemos. Local maravilhoso dentro do Hotel César Augustus. Um terraço ao ar livre com vista para o mar. Serviço excelente! Preço justo. Mas o melhor é a combinação de sabores dos pratos!

25/11/2024: I have been to this place several times (both in Pra and for dinner) during my two and a half day stay in Capua and I have always eaten excellent local dishes. Express and well prepared cuisine. Generous portions and good value for money. Welcoming, kind and approachable owner.

17/11/2024: Locanda tipica, un po’ nascosta. Il posto dall’esterno lascia un po’ a desiderare ma mangiarci vale la pena, ingredienti freschi e cucina buona, prezzi onesti e proprietario gioviale.

12/12/2024: Great food, arrogant service. Once we arrive at the pizzeria we ask not to stand in front of the door and a boy with a goatee replies rudely and arrogantly "the door is closed" when in fact it was a continuous coming and going to serve the people in the external part. Furthermore, after a few minutes they made other people sit where we had been told that it was not possible because it was too much trouble for them. Excellent pizza and fried food, really a shame.

06/11/2024: Situado en el paseo marítimo con vistas al mar y al puerto, se sentó fuera con buen ambiente y disfrutó de los mariscos a fondo, el personal era amable y educado.

03/11/2024: Non mi aspettavo che mangiare alle tre caravelle fosse così buono. Materia prima freschissima e cucinata al momento, personale gentile e attento, peccato che tra il primo ed il secondo abbiamo aspettato un po’. Forse per alcune cose i prezzi sono un po’ alti mentre per il resto va benissimo. Location molto carina. Da ritornarci.
