25/08/2025: Unfortunately, I absolutely must share our experience with lunch at Lido Bikini, which was disappointing. Yesterday, Sunday, August 24, 2025, my partner and I went to lunch there. We ate a peppered mussel dish and spaghetti with mussels and clams. The mussels and clams weren't fresh; they were overcooked and very salty, some almost dry. Toward evening, we began to feel unwell—stomach bloating and nausea. We then felt sick all night, and still do... without going into further detail.

18/05/2025: pleasantly surprised, given the old negative reviews. With the new management the place seems comfortable with a family atmosphere. the room is well kept, the meat is on display in the fridge in the room. the staff is extremely helpful (they, at my request, "invented" a table to accommodate me) good food for quality and price. discreet and politely engaging piano bar. outdoor tables. I recommend it for those who want to spend a carefree evening. small flaws, which I am sure will disappear with time.

21/08/2025: Absolutely avoid, breakfast with industrial products, terrible cleaning, we had to ask for the toilet ourselves. Rude owner, who asked us to leave, when we pointed out that there was no refrigerator, that the television only had four channels, change of towels on the third day. We paid more than 900 euros for four days.
03/06/2025: Beautiful experience managed by exceptional staff, new rooms, perfect hygiene, excellent location for those who don't want to use the car to go down to the beach, crystal clear sea... 10 minutes from Diamante centre where you can find all the splendor of the typical local restaurants!

07/09/2025: The research and selection of raw materials makes each dish a small masterpiece of flavor. What's most surprising is the respect for the ingredients and the apparent simplicity with which a classic dish becomes contemporary without forcing it or trying to impress at all costs.
The meat course proposed by the chef, enhanced by the paired wines, was an unforgettable experience!

I'd like to report an unpleasant incident at your establishment. This morning I stopped in for a coffee. When paying, I asked to use a card, but the staff reacted with obvious annoyance, as if paying such a small amount was a problem. Furthermore, the attitude was rude and unwelcoming, even though I was the only customer there. Finally, the coffee served was so poor that I couldn't finish it.
As a tourist, I would have expected a different welcome: I believe a establishment should value every customer, regardless of the amount spent or the payment method.
25/08/2025: A ham and melon cost 15 euros, not even on the French Riviera at these prices. Poor service.

18/08/2025: A well-stocked restaurant serving quality cuisine and fresh seafood, in a stunning seaside location, with very friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. A special mention goes to the fried scallops (or "surici"), truly delicious!
17/08/2025: The restaurant is located right by the sea, next to a small beach. It has a family atmosphere, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. Thank you for two wonderful evenings!

04/09/2025: ...my family and I met at this place. We waited 20 minutes to order. We asked for two starters and were only offered a starter of mussels and clams. At that point, we ordered swordfish, a mixed fried fish platter, and a tomato salad that had nothing to do with salad... one chopped tomato... poor dishes for what we paid.

19/07/2025: da cece , ristorante posizionato in una zona suggestiva di Tropea vicina al belvedere. Si mangia bene ; il proprietario gentile dalla dizione apolide, abbiamo mangiato bene le tante paste proposte preparate per bene il cerruzzo buono , un po’ costoso. Caponata di spada buona. Sufficiente la scelta dei vini. L’ombrellone protettivo dei tavoli limita la fantasia dei commensali e riduce la suggestione del posto. Il servizio lento . Nel complesso i proprietari ospitali , si può fare di più
19/07/2025: Ottimo cibo preparato con cura e dedizione valorizzando le materie prime di prima scelta. Gli spaghetti ai moscardini sono il punto di forza. La caponata di spada una delizia. Il cerruzzo è uno sfizio prelibato. Non c'è abbastanza tempo per descrivere tutto il resto. La cantina da ampia scelta per tutti i palati. Ma la vera forza è lo staff di sala e cucina. Fortemente raccomandato. Bravi tutti
