13/08/2025: We really enjoyed our time at this restaurant. The place is beautiful, with a well-kept and pleasant garden that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The welcome was excellent: the waiter was professional, kind, and very friendly, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The food? 5 stars is so good! You can tell they put a lot of attention into both the kitchen and the service. A place where you feel comfortable, the food is good, and you feel welcomed. We've already booked for a second evening 😉

12/08/2025: It's a pleasure to return to this agriturismo every year. The food is excellent, with typical Calabrian dishes prepared with excellent, authentic ingredients. The restaurant is well-kept and welcoming. The owner is always very professional and passionate: a real asset. Highly recommended!

In a cozy and simple atmosphere, the staff of Il Vecchio Mulino takes you through a fully unexpected culinary experience, respectful of traditions and, exactly for this reason, shocking to the newcomers... You get out of the restaurant in a state of trance, just like waking up happy from a beautiful dream that has already made your day! It was years ago the last time that I ate so well...

09/06/2025: A bit tricky to reach – but worth the effort! We were greeted with Prosecco and a welcome from the kitchen – we had arrived. The food was very good – including the wine recommendation. The highlight was the dessert: a fluffy pear-shaped cake topped with bergamot cream and then sprinkled with "octopus." It's a must-see!

04/08/2025: Wir waren während unseres Urlaubs mehrfach hier Essen und es war jedes Mal sehr gut, sehr frisch und einfach lecker. Auch das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis passt gut.

Il cibo ottimo.abbiamo preso un antipasto per tutti centrale e poi la pizza per tutti. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Bella esperienza e anche per l’attesa essendo sabato sera sono stati molto veloci. Tutto ok.

16/07/2025: Ci siamo accorti della bella posizione del ristorante mentre guardavamo il panorama e abbiamo deciso di prenotare per la cena. Siamo stati accolti dal personale di sala che fin dall'inizio si è mostrato molto attento e premuroso nel farci sentire a nostro agio. Abbiamo scelto un menù degustazione a base di pesce dove abbiamo assaporato la bravura, la creatività e la fantasia dello chef Bruno. Il nostro palato è stato pienamente appagato! Sicuramente sarà uno dei piacevoli ricordi che ci accompagnerà durante l'estate....

06/08/2025: A cozy, family-friendly atmosphere. The dinner was filled with traditional dishes, including the fake tripe and succulent goat meat. We drank excellent Palizzi wine and finished with a fine amaro made by Marcello. We'll definitely be back to try the lamb. Very reasonable prices.

02/08/2025: We chose this restaurant specifically to try and sample the local products, and I'd say we hit the nail on the head! The second appetizer on the menu includes all the dishes featuring local products, such as nduja, fried flowers and cheeses, lestopitta, beans with onions and fennel, a special frittata, ricotta... basically, everything and more. Then we opted for two first courses: homemade pasta with sausage and mushrooms and with lamb sauce, both very flavorful dishes made with excellent ingredients. We finished with the traditional bergamot dessert. The atmosphere is very unique and characteristic, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Saved as one of my favorites, also for its quality/price ratio. Highly recommended!

26/07/2025: Visited with my family. The food was okay, the pizza was acceptable. We agreed to sit inside as there were no outdoor tables available, but the basement had a noticeable mouldy smell, which wasn’t pleasant. After we paid and were leaving, a waiter stopped us and asked, “Avete pagato?”, implying we might have left without paying. This is offensive. Please improve internal communication among staff to avoid such awkward and disrespectful situations.

05/08/2025: Good food, nothing exceptional on the menu. The night we went, a Saturday in June, we couldn't order anything more delicious because it wasn't on the daily menu. Service was good, but the wait was a bit long. The quality/price ratio was a bit high. Some moderate live music would be nice; it would make the place more comfortable and relaxing and would also justify the price somewhat.

04/07/2025: A beautiful family-run restaurant with over 70 years of history! We had a wonderful experience at Scilla — it was our first time, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Giuseppe, the son of the family business, served us with such kindness and professionalism. Five-star service all the way! The restaurant is very kid-friendly, and everything on the menu is delicious, especially the filetto allo scoglio, which we highly recommend. Thank you for the amazing experience!

03/07/2025: Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The food was poorly seasoned, and the fish was completely dry. It was the worst meal we've had in two weeks in Calabria. We prefer al dente, but the pasta from the primo was almost raw and barely chewable. The service was friendly. However, my husband had barely put down his fork and I was still eating when the plate was taken away.

31/07/2025: The linguine with clams was excellent, and the cured meats appetizer was very nice and tasty. Good service and reasonable prices.
