07/04/2024: In Chiara Luce Country House you can immediately grasp the brilliant and imperious external lights of the magnificent farmhouse and the glimpse of the pleasant lake below, where the "shimmer" of the moon shines on its still waters giving diners and guests an atmosphere unique, romantic and with an over-fantasy connotation! To welcome us into the room, with singular grace and kindness, Claudia, the owner, introduced herself, who after seeing us as a couple, made us sit in front of the lit and crackling logs of a "warm" fireplace, which she would certainly have embraced and wrapped our meal with joy. The very gracious Claudia then presented a rich and tempting menu, also full of interesting vegetarian and international alternatives... all studied and poetically prepared by her Chef and husband, Miguel. Savored excellent fried foods, first courses such as spaghetti with cheese and pepper with pistachio twist and "olive leaves", sausage, olives and pecorino... Amazing! The second course of fresh and tasty mushroom omelettes and great side dishes were also so wonderful. We are pleased to inform you that what has been described is all of 0 km origin. Complements Miguel..!! One of your namesake writers M.Cervantes wrote about Don Quixote who "fought against windmills" to rediscover his identity YOU stand out with your dishes by fighting against the standard and to whose dishes you give a well-defined identity... you think about what people want, for omnivores for whom you prepare deliciously tasty dishes, as you yourself mentioned in your greeting to the room, aimed at a vegetarian diner: << a vegetarian does not just eat salad or vegetables but a created dish, which honors his palate and his appreciation >> to eat well you need good dishes and excellent raw materials whatever it is . 14/01/2024: With a group of friends I had lunch in the restaurant of the Chiaraluce country house in Massignano and it was a pleasant surprise: first of all the place is quiet and enjoys a beautiful view and then the cuisine turned out to be of excellent quality. Tasty cured meats, fried olives and cremini; the Campofilone maccheroncini are unforgettable, the cuts are tender, plentiful and delicious. Finally, the excellent quality-price ratio is to be appreciated. We will definitely be back.

03/04/2024: A delicious Easter lunch that was served to us on time as if it were the most relaxed of midweeks; the recipes are truly inspired and highlight even the most particular ingredients, their prices are also well related to the quality of the food and the portions. If you love raw fish you absolutely must not give up tacos, which are perfect as an appetizer to be divided into two! We really enjoyed the spaghetti with pesto with pistachios and raw prawn which, despite it being the first time I had tasted it, did not invade the already rich taste of the sauce at all. Among the second courses I can only recommend the octopus served with potatoes, which retains the right consistency and fresh flavor thanks to perfect cooking; However, if your choice, like mine, falls on the tuna steak with chopped pistachios you will certainly be more than satisfied, the meat is tender and slightly raw in the centre, a truly exquisite dish! An honorable mention must be made to the dining room staff, courteous and impeccable, even in handling a bizarre unexpected event that occurred between the outside tables, who were always carefully followed.
01/04/2024: I had lunch with my husband on Easter day, free menu, what a beauty! Excellent quality fish with delicious appetizers such as Pan Bao, delicious pastas such as calamarata with prawn ragout and artichoke cream or the simplicity of a salmon carpaccio, all truly excellent. The sublime mascarpone, young staff who are not only Italian but really smart and helpful! They really deserve it!!

10/03/2024: Yesterday...absolutely by chance...and moreover almost at the end...my friend Marina and I landed among the smells of Zona Franca...what can I say...the waiter whose name we don't know with an open smile he didn't make us feel like "latecomers" which in fact we were... he immediately put us at ease by presenting us without haste with the dishes available.... I... I have no words to describe the "flavors" that have embraced us, taste, mind and emotions..no..it's not possible...I can only say that I "brought home" a mental laboratory and that this morning pushed me to elaborate on the lunch just now... We will definitely return...to the Zona Franca...but we will ask to meet the chef because...whoever prepares those "dishes" so expertly puts his whole heart into it..."cooking is an act of love" says the protagonist of a famous film...and we we want to see the face that belongs to someone who was able to surprise our taste buds and our emotions...thank you for everything and thanks to the young waiter who already knows how to do his job like a true professional
07/01/2024: Today for lunch I had this pleasant surprise, I was satisfied with the food, service and appearance of the dining room. The variety of dishes and wines is excellent. The service is very good, the prices are adequate for the quality of the food. They are not common dishes but with simple and genuine products the chef manages to create superior quality cuisine. If you are looking for typical Piceno dishes, for example the tray with loin, ham and salami, this is not where you should eat. Advised.

27/03/2024: Experience not to be repeated. The owner of the restaurant almost forced us to take all the appetizers. It seemed like a race against time, one dish after another without respite, to mask the scarcity of each individual course. We told the waitress that the portions were not for seven people, like we were, and in response we were told that the dishes were prepared in the kitchen regardless of the people sitting at the table! We still have hope then ordered two samples of first courses, one of which, due to the aforementioned rush, arrived while we were still eating the starters. Obviously we sent it back as we couldn't eat it cold and, listen, it came back to the table HEATED as specified by the chef, who joined us at the table to highlight his correctness in telling us this openly!!! The bill was made without a formal detailed receipt and therefore for an appetizer and two tastings of first courses (one of which was heated) we paid the modest sum of 70 euros. There is nothing else to add.

23/03/2024: Terrible experience!! Booked table not on the list.... We were seated at 8.00pm and 9.47pm and they brought us nothing, only drinks and a portion of Ascoli olives... ABSURD!!
22/03/2024: Pizza is always a guarantee! The place is welcoming and although it is always full there isn't too much confusion and there are plenty of spaces. Friendly and attentive staff, excellent value for money!

04/03/2024: Esperienza veramente speciale, piatti buonissimi, faccio fatica sinceremante a scegliere il mio preferito... sono stati tutti a loro modo memorabili. Personale gentilissimo che rende tutto più piacevole quasi "familiare", complimenti sinceri allo Chef e a tutto il personale. Nota di merito, sono stato con il mio labrador, non un cane propriamente piccolo, anche a lei è stato riservato un trattamento di tutto rispetto e tutto questo non è assolutamente scontato, complimenti ancora.
27/02/2024: 25/02/2024 a Pranzo Quando si va a mangiare in un ristorante stellato come Il Tiglio le aspettative sono molto alte...e, soprattutto, si è ancora più soddisfatti quando alzandocisi dalla poltrona si è coscienti che queste siano state ampiamente soddisfatte. Provare le prelibatezze del Percorso Transumanza (con abbinamento vini) è stato un vero e proprio viaggio mentale e gastronomico, un'altalena di sapori (anche molto forti e decisi ma pur sempre equilibrati e mai banali) che ci ha portato dai monti al mare con ritorno. Nel complesso, quindi, abbiamo potuto godere delle note qualità dello Chef, assaporandone la passione e percependone lo studio ed il tempo passati nella preparazione di ogni portata. Ahimè, però, proprio perchè ci si trova in un ristorante stellato ci si aspetta che tutto a 360° funzioni alla perfezione e che tutti gli ingranaggi siano ben oleati. Chiarisco subito che nelle seguenti righe non si discute le policy del ristorante, bensì il fatto di essere un ristorante stellato che, pertanto, deve comportarsi tale per garantire il pieno soddisfacimento delle aspettative dei propri visitatori. Premetto, anche, che le stesse osservazioni sono state rivolte al Direttore di sala e/o allo Chef in persona (nel classico giro di tavoli di fine pranzo) e che le medesime sono state accolte con garbo dagli stessi, che hanno rivolto le proprie scuse, ma soprattutto compreso che non si era davanti alla classica lamentela da bar quanto ad un mero suggerimento. Ovviamente, seppur non ne era il fine, un piccolo ma simbolico sconto sarebbe stato gradito. Nello specifico, se una prenotazione viene effettuata nel mese di Dicembre per fine Febbraio, e nel mezzo passano un periodo di chiusura del locale ed un aggiornamento/modifica del menù, bisogna necessariamente curare l'aggiornamento del sito. Soprattutto, se il locale decide di applicare una penale di 100euro in caso di mancata presentazione o cancellazione tardiva, entro le 24h. Soprattutto, se il giorno antecedente la Direzione invia un messaggio whatsapp per ricordare la prenotazione, chiedere di eventuali allergie/intolleranze e precisare che la scelta del Percorso/Menù Transumanza deve essere fatta in tale occasione. Altrimenti, succede che i piatti che un vostro visitatore pensava o si aspettava di provare in realtà non ci sono più o risultano modificati. Dal momento che, neanche sul sito è specificato in cosa consiste il Percorso/Menù Transumanza e la specifica del Menù che doveva essere inviata via whatsapp non è stata inviata (per dimenticanza?) come appurato dallo Chef stesso. In aggiunta, si suggerisce di migliorare la comunicazione nella fase dell'aperitivo. Mi spiego: appena seduti a tavola, prima dell'inizio del Percorso/Menù Transumanza, abbiamo ricevuto un menu di sole bevande che abbiamo deciso di bypassare per non alterare il gusto, consci che il menu scelto sarebbe stato più che impegnativo. In quella sede, forse, era il caso di spiegare che sarebbero seguite 3 entratine, già sfiziose a livello papillare, che costituivano l'aperitivo. Insomma, non si era davanti al classico omaggio dello Chef prima di iniziare. Infine, ultimo neo, ma in verità quello meno importante, in un paio di occasioni i piatti avevano delle piccole macchie sul bordo esterno, sicuro frutto della preparazione del piatto.
