The property is immersed in the green countryside of Monteprandone, an enviable location offering peace and a wonderful view. Here's what we loved most: • Impeccable cleanliness: The space is meticulously maintained, extremely clean, and beautifully scented. • The welcome: The manager, Angela, was an exceptional host. Her kindness and helpfulness truly make the difference, making you feel at home from the first moment. • Atmosphere: A perfect place for those seeking relaxation and authentic beauty. We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday with a dinner with friends and family, even booking a superior room. The location was charming, and the food was quality, with table service. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The manager was attentive to our every need. Our guests were pleasantly surprised. We recommend it.

Beautiful property in an excellent location, both in terms of landscape and road connections (though I'm not sure if it's the right place for those who plan to travel by public transport: a car or motorbike is necessary). Extremely kind and helpful staff. Very nice and spotlessly clean rooms. Excellent quality of services offered. We would suggest improving the breakfast a little, in terms of the variety of pastries and the quality of baked goods.
