I have nothing to say except compliments from myself and my guests for the service, with friendly and helpful waiters, excellent food, and a perfect location... a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, everything perfect and precise, as agreed upon in advance, where I found the service very helpful and understanding. I absolutely recommend it.

08/07/2026: Excellent restaurant for value, prompt service even when the place was full. We went for lunch, chosen by chance, slightly outside the center of Fossombrone. The meat and the rest were excellent, I highly recommend it!

01/05/2026: The staff is incredibly friendly, it feels like home, the atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, and not too big (just enough to be able to talk, in my opinion). A word of advice... It's worth stopping for a meal.

30/12/2025: Let's start with the positives: the staff is extremely kind and courteous, and they take celiac care seriously. They're knowledgeable and know how to recommend food. The place is very popular, and the view from the outside is spectacular. It's a shame the fish we ate wasn't up to par, the fried food was poorly mixed, and the appetizers were so-so... and the price was fair.

02/06/2026: I was there for Cantine Aperte 2026. The location is nice, but unfortunately the wines on offer weren't to my taste. The woman in charge of the tastings was spontaneous and friendly; it would probably have been nice to have an expert explain them instead of reading the characteristics from a printed sheet.

01/06/2026: Lunch on vacation with my wife. The restaurant was recommended to us by friends who had already dined here. The food was delicious, exquisitely flavored, and generous in portions. We had a wonderful time on the veranda with the windows open. The staff was helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money. Congratulations. Highly recommended.

31/05/2026: Total disorganization, terrible service, and lousy food We visited this restaurant last night (Saturday) and the experience was nothing short of disastrous. The place is huge, but despite being half-empty at the start, we were left sitting for half an hour without even being brought water, despite constant reminders. The service is in complete chaos: there's only one waiter taking orders by hand for the entire room (an absurd choice for such a large establishment) and then typing them into the computer. This system created chaos: he reversed the table order, and the dishes arrived at completely staggered times. My companion and I ate our second courses 15 minutes apart. The tension among the staff was palpable, so much so that we even witnessed one of the waitresses throw a tantrum in the dining room: she had a real public tantrum, loudly complaining about yet another kitchen call for paellas that a table had been asking for forever. The quality of the food, unfortunately, is in line with the service: * **Appetizer:** At 6, it was meager, and tasted like a supermarket takeout tray (the seafood salad was visibly "whitened"). * **First Course:** Spaghetti with clams (which the menu specified were lupini beans) literally covered in garlic. * **Second Course:** The "caught" baked fish looked every inch like a low-quality frozen fillet from the beach, almost inedible. The atmosphere in the dining room was awkward, with everyone complaining. The table next to ours is emblematic: after an hour and a half of waiting for a fried food, the owner responded arrogantly and rudely to the customers ("It's Saturday, it's busy, you've already eaten your appetizer so you can wait"), prompting them to get up and leave. When the bill came, a distracted "Is everything okay?" There was such confusion that we could have just gotten up and left without paying and no one would have noticed. Absolutely no value for money, highly discouraged.

12/07/2026: A lovely atmosphere in a scenic spot above Monte Cerignone. Good beer and excellent, plentiful food. Run by young, friendly people who truly care about their work.

11/09/2025: I've been to this Chiantineria and I have to say it was one of the best culinary experiences I've had so far. The first courses were truly exceptional, and the meat, including the special hamburger, was simply perfect: authentic flavors, top-quality ingredients, and meticulous attention to detail. The wine was also excellent, pairing perfectly with the dishes. The location is unique and evocative, with an atmosphere that makes the place unique. Furthermore, the prices are fair for the quality, which is not a given these days. The only downside: upon our arrival, the welcome wasn't the best, with the owner making an unpleasant comment even though we were on time. It was an unpleasant experience, but the quality of the cuisine and the overall experience were so high that I have no doubts: I would definitely return, because it's a place where the food is truly excellent and deserves to be experienced again.

24/08/2025: Really enjoyed this place! The food was very good – I had pasta with ragu and it was delicious, and the meat was also excellent. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed, and our waiter was very friendly. Definitely a restaurant worth coming back to.

04/12/2025: After reading the many positive reviews of this place, I decided to try the much-vaunted dishes at ANburger. We're not there, not at all. After more than ten days, both my wife and I still have clothes smelling of fried food and kitchen fumes. The place is very cramped, packed together; you have to push people up to get through. I'm not a burger fan, and neither is my wife, but we wanted to try it. House fries (that's what they call them... well...), a pile of greasy potatoes, like the ones from a packet. A sandwich with spare ribs, which arrived with cold spare ribs, not at all warm as is customary, with an unsavory sauce and two lettuce leaves. Horrible. My wife had a veggie burger, with two ounces of mayonnaise and somewhat questionable flavors. The only good thing was a noteworthy amber draft beer. No, we're not there. Prices are a bit high for mediocre quality products. Perhaps in the summer, having outdoor seating makes things different. It's certainly more livable, but the food remains the same. I'm sorry, we had good feelings, but it was an evening to forget. We entered at 8:15 PM, and at 8:40 PM we left in despair. P.S.: I don't understand the rave reviews on Tripadvisor; perhaps many are fake or written by someone who eats bread and water every day.

22/11/2025: The beer selection is the envy of many pubs, and I can say that the one I chose was truly good (I also appreciated the gluten-free option) and served with crispy, perfectly salty artisanal chips. The sandwich I chose was very good; you can sense the chefs' research into the pairings. It might seem expensive, but the ingredients are high-quality, and quality comes at a price. For just over €20 per person, you can enjoy a good sandwich and an excellent beer. Special mention goes to the owner, who stayed to chat with us and another customer, making everything feel more "familiar."
