24/05/2026: A small shop in the historic center of Ascoli Piceno, entirely run by women with a background and a strong passion for the art of baking. As mentioned, the bakery is very small, but at first glance, where they make their bread, it truly seems like a laboratory from another era. I was very sorry not to try their bread, in fact, the countless varieties, from chocolate to rye, whole wheat, etc., etc. After reading a bit and gathering some information, they use flours from ancient grains, the raw materials are not left to chance. Today I wanted to try two leavened sweets and two savory ones. For the leavened ones, you have to wait a bit: for the croissants and for the Venetian ones, you have to wait at least 9:30. As for the savory ones, I had a pizza with potatoes, asparagus, and pecorino cheese and a puff pastry with cod and zucchini. It's a shame the pizza was a little cold, but otherwise the dough was high-quality, well-leavened and hydrated. The quality is evident, there's nothing to complain about; they know how to do their job. The flours are high-quality—I think they use a blend of flours, including whole wheat or semi-whole wheat—which gives the dough a crispy texture, especially around the edges. The oil was very pleasant, even though it was a good amount, and it created a pleasant effect on the palate. The second savory dish was good, with a bold filling and a nice zucchini-cod combination. The pastry was cooked properly, buttery but not overly so. To be honest, I wasn't crazy about the desserts, aesthetically speaking. They didn't bake very evenly, and the croissant was small. I must say the dough was still a little moist inside because they had just been baked. I waited about 10 minutes because they needed to cool properly before being filled. The dough was halfway between French and Italian. I could taste the butter, but I think they also used eggs because the dough was a bit yellow. The cream was good; perhaps they added a little cream, although I preferred the Venetian one, albeit in a smaller amount. The Venetian one, too, isn't very Instagrammable, but it's definitely a good, soft dough, very similar to that of maritozzi. In conclusion, I spent €11, a good price. I thank the woman for giving me a small red pizza. A good bakery in my opinion, where the choice of grains and raw materials is a must. In fact, next time I'll try their bread.

11/10/2025: Excellent artisanal gelato. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable in suggesting flavor combinations. I tried the mango and coconut, and they were very good, not too sweet, and very full-bodied. The cream costs extra, but in my case, it wasn't necessary. They also provide a waffle cone with the gelato. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available. The place is bright and clean.

20/04/2026: Located on the Civitanova seafront, the restaurant presents itself as a casual pizzeria, yet without sacrificing tasteful decor. The space perhaps feels a bit claustrophobic. The menu offers a good variety of pizzas, appetizers, first courses, and second courses, at reasonable prices. The pizza can be a bit dry, with some minor inaccuracies and slightly disjointed flavors in the case of the pizza I chose, but it's still enjoyable. The fried foods are recommended, truly delicious. The service, however, was inattentive and at times unfriendly (also due to the fact that the restaurant was busy). Dishes were left at the table without being distributed, forcing us to serve ourselves, and the staff was at times impatient and rather brusque.

18/04/2026: I'm disappointed. They make German-style pizza here. This is Pflamkuchen, not pizza. The price is cheap, that's why.

19/07/2026: I had a delicious fresh tuna steak. Generous and carefully presented. Homemade bread accompanied the meal, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended; I'll be back to try the pizza, too.

08/06/2026: I'll start by saying that the wait staff are really nice. We had two menus. First course...side dish First course, side dish, second course. Water for both of us...wine for both of us...we paid 35 euros and there wasn't even a coffee. The Qcode gave different prices. We chose this place because the Regno dei Borboni is closed on Mondays.

02/06/2026: So, cured meats served freshly cut, no, many restaurants prepare them the day before and the ham is black!!! I opt for the carbonara amatrisciana. And then there's the queen: the Tagliata. And the bread is good too tho🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

20/04/2026: It's a delicious slop shop, the best kebab in Fabriano, Italy, and Mars. As for the service, the tongs are completely rusty, which adds flavor to the exquisite piadina, which is cooked in a sort of sarcophagus mixed with an oven mixed with a turntable mixed with air conditioning (aura). Plus, the balding man serving was very friendly and speaks Italian very well. He's also a multitasker, managing to cook and serve kebabs even while on a call with other balding men. As for the environment, it's clean, meeting the hygienic standards suitable for any street rat, creating an unforgettable experience (I think) [at least I hope]. Plus, the orange, in the specific shade of Bedouin toothpaste, envelops and perfectly captures the essence of this divine place.

Marco's famous Pinsa is the best, but I also tried various fish dishes and some meat dishes, I imagine, prepared by Mauro - The SuperSaiyan... Everything was truly delicious, and the price would rival even the suburban taverns... The quality/price ratio is truly unmatched in the area, perhaps even in the Marche region. 27/11/2025: Truly delicious pizza at great prices, with sandwiches also available. The staff is incredibly friendly and fast. Unfortunately, I feel compelled to remove a star due to the inexplicable winter hours, which prevent them from opening in the afternoon/evening. It's a real shame.
