17/11/2025: It's a beautiful location, and that's the only good thing about this place. But the windows were full of flies (November). Sorry, but it's a place where you eat! The person serving us was indifferent and didn't even know which desserts were sold out. The dishes were simple; we definitely made the mistake of stopping there. We won't be returning.

21/11/2025: A charming place nestled in the hills near Pergola. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, with homemade pastries.
The staff is very friendly and courteous; the only drawback is the dirt road to get there.
Ample parking and comfortable rooms.

02/05/2026: The pizza was quite good, the service was courteous and attentive. The place has been there for years, but you can eat outside. It's a shame the building in the background is stuck in a traffic jam.
The owner is always friendly, even offering free spirits after the meal. Reasonable prices.
11/04/2026: I used to go there 30 years ago and it has always remained the same, family-run, excellent cuisine, genuine products and the same passion of the manager as it once was.

Only one criticism: it's hard to find, it's in a somewhat secluded spot, and there's no sign indicating it.

06/04/2026: We returned to Taverna della Rocca after 25 years... and it was like stepping back in time, in the best possible way.
The atmosphere has remained authentic, like it once was, without unnecessary upheavals.
The crescia is truly excellent, made properly, simple but with a flavor that's hard to find today.
It's one of those places that stands the test of time and does it well. If you're looking for true tradition, you're in luck.

11/12/2025: Kind and friendly staff! A remarkable selection of food (almost exclusively seafood), cooked and served in excellent takeout containers! Truly fair prices for the great quality and flavor! Pensalfini's experience, a great seafood restaurant in the past, obviously makes all the difference! I highly recommend them without a doubt, 100% guaranteed.
Today I ordered Christmas Eve lunch and received truly professional service with excellent customer recommendations! These are details that are greatly appreciated!

15/02/2026: We booked last minute for Valentine's Day for two. Seats were available, the rooms were full, and we had a table in a welcoming room. I must say... The staff were friendly and very professional, the food was delicious, especially the homemade tagliatelle, but above all, the portions were generous... They were truly excellent! We'll be back with friends.
18/12/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance, and I'll definitely be back. The food was excellent and truly generous. The service was very friendly, but I was sadly unable to finish it all, not because of a lack of quality, but simply because it was just too much.
Their courtesy also deserves a mention; I can only confirm the hospitality of the Marche region.

19/04/2026: The restaurant is located in the hills of Montellabate (PU). The bright dining room offers a beautiful view all the way to the sea. The dining room is large, but to avoid crowding when there are large groups, a sliding glass panel can be used to close the room. The menu features both fish and meat. The cuisine offers traditional dishes prepared with quality ingredients. Service is fast and professional. Good value for money. Recommended for both groups and families.

17/08/2025: First time I've been to this place and definitely the last. Honestly, I wasn't thrilled with it. The service was slow and there was little choice from starters to main courses. The mixed grill, for a mountain place, was lacking in just two tiny pieces of meat.

16/04/2026: I stopped in with my family on Easter Sunday evening on our way back from the Museo del Balí. This place was a pleasant discovery! Excellent pizza with a light, easily digestible dough, a non-chewy crust, and a fantastic selection of toppings! The atmosphere is lovely, with fast, helpful, and very friendly waiters. Prices are average. I highly recommend it!
