29/06/2026: I stumbled upon this simple restaurant by chance, but the food is truly tasty and prepared like a restaurant. The dining room is neat and clean, and the service is good. I recommend it for a simple lunch or dinner with an excellent quality/price ratio.

03/06/2026: After trekking to the Lost Waterfalls, we contacted the agriturismo, and even though it was late for lunch, they kindly replied that if we'd settled for grilled meat, without the first course (since it was already past 3 p.m., they'd already turned off the stove), they'd gladly welcome us. We ate outside, in a family-friendly, quiet, and pleasantly warm atmosphere, with friendly, helpful, courteous, and friendly service. Excellent food, from the appetizers to the side dishes, including a portion of vincisgrassi that was left over :-) Special praise for the ricotta: an explosion of flavor that I hadn't had in a long time!!! It's a shame we didn't try the desserts, which we chose to do, because the generous portions and the long drive home put us off! I recommend it without a doubt. And I'll definitely be back!!!!

17/08/2026: I'd like to start by saying that I've been frequenting this historic restaurant for years, thanks to the ambiance and the excellent quality of the pizzas. However, this evening I witnessed a truly disgraceful scene from a waitress, which deserves to be brought to the restaurant's attention. There were two of us; we ordered some pizzas and drinks, and since the restaurant is very popular on summer evenings, we sat inside. We began eating and, at a certain point, a waiter asked us if we wanted air conditioning. Since it was indeed a bit warm, we politely said yes, but a waitress immediately intervened, in front of us and the entire restaurant, creating an unheard-of scene with her colleague. She arrogantly shouted that it was perfectly fine in that spot, that we had only ordered mini pizzas (so, in her opinion, we weren't worthy of air conditioning for spending just 10 euros), and that, if we were hot, we could move outside, since a seat had become available, after we'd already started eating. Such low-level behavior from the staff, both towards customers and their colleagues, is unacceptable. Her colleague's gesture, however, was greatly appreciated: he turned on the air conditioning despite the hysterical scene.

13/08/2026: Years ago, I ate one of the best and most unique pizzas I've ever tasted here. However, recently, about a year ago, they changed the recipe to celebrate the pizzeria's 80th anniversary and eliminated this peculiarity for the large pizzas. Excellent service, the staff are very kind and helpful, the only problem is that they're a bit slow in serving the food, especially during busy periods like late July and August/August. Sometimes the pizza is ready in about twenty minutes, and sometimes in an hour or more. Another problem is that, starting this year, the large pizzas they serve seem to be raw or undercooked, burned on the bottom and soggy on top. However, the small pizzas are delicious and decently priced; I highly recommend them. I hope this is a temporary problem and that it's resolved quickly, also because the ingredients are exceptionally high-quality and other ingredients, like chips and olives, are also delicious. I recommend them for an aperitif or light lunch (with the small pizzas). I don't recommend the large pizza.

20/04/2026: It's a delicious slop shop, the best kebab in Fabriano, Italy, and Mars. As for the service, the tongs are completely rusty, which adds flavor to the exquisite piadina, which is cooked in a sort of sarcophagus mixed with an oven mixed with a turntable mixed with air conditioning (aura). Plus, the balding man serving was very friendly and speaks Italian very well. He's also a multitasker, managing to cook and serve kebabs even while on a call with other balding men. As for the environment, it's clean, meeting the hygienic standards suitable for any street rat, creating an unforgettable experience (I think) [at least I hope]. Plus, the orange, in the specific shade of Bedouin toothpaste, envelops and perfectly captures the essence of this divine place.

25/02/2026: A very positive experience. The temporary structure, post-earthquake, is nice and efficient. The food was excellent and the price was right. The owner was very friendly and made us feel at home right away in a very family-friendly atmosphere. The lamb grill was the best I've had in a long time, especially in terms of quantity. Very satisfied.

07/08/2026: We had lunch and dinner with excellent and plentiful dishes. Fair prices, a very nice place, and friendly service. The only thing missing was air conditioning, but everything else was perfect.

02/08/2026: I went there for dinner and I have to say the pizza was truly excellent: thin and crispy dough, but with generous toppings. We had the Chalet Mauro and the Napoli, both delicious and well-balanced in flavor. The place is a bit out of the way from Loreto, but for that very reason it has a huge, very convenient parking lot. The service? Super fast: we ordered, and in fifteen minutes we had our pizzas at our table. It was summer and the day had been very hot, but it turned out to be quite cool, perfect for sitting outside. Perhaps the tables are a bit too close together, slightly compromising privacy, but nothing serious. If you're looking for a good pizza without the hassle of parking and waiting, this is the place to go.

20/04/2026: BASIC place, paper tablecloths and no silverware, folks! But what you get on your plate is truly worthy of a Michelin-starred chef! Marco's famous Pinsa is the best, but I also tried various fish dishes and some meat dishes, I imagine, prepared by Mauro - The SuperSaiyan... Everything was truly delicious, and the price would rival even the suburban taverns... The quality/price ratio is truly unmatched in the area, perhaps even in the Marche region. Well done, guys, keep it up! 💪 PS: A special thanks also to the service, Lilly and Hajal, truly wonderful and very kind. 🫂

27/11/2025: Truly delicious pizza at great prices, with sandwiches also available. The staff is incredibly friendly and fast. Unfortunately, I feel compelled to remove a star due to the inexplicable winter hours, which prevent them from opening in the afternoon/evening. It's a real shame.

17/01/2026: This local coffee shop/ cafe is very unassuming from the front. Easy to miss but it's worth a stop. Drinks very well priced and coffee tasted great. I highly recommend.
