Very well-seasoned, with just the right proportions of ingredients and crust.
The dough was good, but a little chewy, if you ask me, if I could find a small flaw.
Overall, very satisfied.

15/06/2026: I finally ate chicory that tasted like chicory. Excellent service, two young men serving quickly and kindly; quiet atmosphere, considering there were a lot of workers at the tables today. Very fair price. House platter with brushette, seafood first course (excellent considering you're in Sarnano), main course with side dish, and then wine, water, and coffee. Total €42. My husband and I were there. The dishes were generous.
Thanks and compliments to all the staff, especially the two young men in the dining room.

22/06/2026: I prefer the 15-minute drive from Fabriano to the pub in Castelraimondo, where the food is always high-quality and sophisticated for a pub, raising the bar a bit. Plus, the owners are always incredibly helpful, and in the summer, the outdoor seating is wonderful.

I ordered a delicious cheese pizza, perfectly leavened, and excellent.
The wait was very short; my pizza was ready in 5 minutes, even though there were other people eating.

01/02/2026: Excellent ingredients, meticulous cuisine, and a wide selection on the menu, always including classics and more imaginative seasonal options. The fresh pasta is excellent, the seafood dishes are exquisite, and the homemade desserts (tiramisu, apple pie) are a must-try.
The kindness and professionalism of Massimo and his staff are truly above average for the area. A place where you can eat excellently and feel welcomed and pampered in a lovely, convivial atmosphere. Definitely one of the best restaurants for lunch in Tolentino and the surrounding area. Maximum attention is paid to accommodating guests with disabilities.

13/07/2026: I wandered in by chance with my daughter and was struck by the very inviting aroma of food. I promised myself I'd return, and so I did. Excellent food and very kind and friendly staff. A truly welcoming place for a delightful stop.
It's going to be one of our favorite places from now on.

11/07/2026: Friendly staff and good bread and pastries. Unfortunately, I have to make one complaint: I went for breakfast this morning as soon as the doors opened at 7:02 a.m., and I'm disappointed to find the restrooms unclean.

The girls are eager, welcoming, hardworking, and competent, ready to satisfy their customers' sweet tooth. Bravo! I returned with my elderly mother, who has grown fond of the smiles of the counter staff and the calm, relaxing atmosphere. The food selection is vast and delicious, whether for a snack or a sweet treat. The fresh produce is plentiful and well-stocked. Worth a visit. Highly recommended.
