The simple, natural food draws us into a crescendo that reaches orgasmic levels... There's no menu because you eat whatever the host decides. I can't say anything else because the photos speak for themselves. For connoisseurs.

There are culinary experiences that are remembered for the quality of the food, others for the atmosphere... and then there are those rare occasions when every element blends in perfect harmony. This is exactly what we experienced at Luigino's home restaurant, a true master of seafood flavors. From the first moment, we were welcomed with warmth and familiarity; but it was at the table that the magic came to life. Luigino took us on a true gastronomic journey among the waves, with simply extraordinary seafood dishes. Each course was a work of art for both the eyes and the palate. Luigino is not only an exceptional chef, he is a true host, capable of making every guest feel special. An experience that goes far beyond simply "eating well": it is an immersion in the love of cooking and true hospitality. 06/12/2023: "Centrato" con declinazione bivalente: sia per la sua posizione in pieno centro ascolano, ma anche perché è un buon posto dove concedersi una sfiziosa sosta di ristoro. Piccolo locale accogliente (bel soffitto arquato) e buon servizio. Menù senza troppi piatti tra cui perdersi in troppi inbarazzi selettivi, ma tra quei "pochi" certamente si può trovare qualcosa di gradevole. Non solo le celebri olive, ma, oltre al resto, ottime ad esempio anche le due varianti di pasta (amatriciana e gricia). Andando al sodo: si mangia bene, spendendo poco! Infatti il mitico rapporto prezzo/qualità è sicuramente molto apprezzabile. Un posto che consiglierei senza alcun dubbio, specie se si ha poco tempo e idee chiare su cosa scegliere.

06/11/2023: In visita ad Ascoli Piceno, nel pomeriggio, ci siamo fermati in questo locale per un piccolo stucchino. Abbiamo assaggiato un frittino misto a base di olive ascolane e delle verdure pastellate a base di salvia. Poi abbiamo continuato con due primi piatti tipici come ad esempio la gricia all’amatriciana e l’altro primo con guanciale e pecorino. Locale accessibile anche a disabili in sedia a rotelle. Abbiamo assaggiato poi il tipico liquore locale anisetta a base di anice. La proprietaria educata e gentile. Molto consigliato anche per rapporto qualità prezzo.
