26/08/2025: We waited over an hour for two sandwiches, even though there were few people. The waitress was rude and annoyed. The sandwich was good overall, but it wasn't as good as the photos or worth the price.
The price was excessively high for the service we received.

15/11/2025: We went for lunch and ordered four sandwiches: unfortunately, three were cold, with the bread probably not being fresh, one was burnt, and the chicken inside was frozen.
The service was decent: the lady at the counter was kind when we asked to reheat them, but the bread was still not very good, and the overall experience was disappointing; we hadn't expected it to be this good.
We also noticed a woman in the kitchen with her hair down and smoking a vape—behavior we consider inappropriate in a food-preparing environment.
I'm sorry, but I don't recommend it at all. Receipt available upon request.
23/08/2025: €10 for a ham and mozzarella sandwich, where there were probably 20 grams of the first and 30 grams of the second. A steal. Toast with a third of the filling promised on the menu, for €9. At that price, I eat more at the service station, and that says it all. The sandwich was truly half-empty…

24/11/2025: I stopped for a break during a trip and to feed my dog. I bought her two hamburgers. One of the staff members (with Nordic features: light brown, blonde hair, medium length with a hint of a beard) was like all shop assistants should be: sunny, super competent and very kind! He asked me if I would like it, to bring me some water for my dog! This shows attention and knowing how to take excellent care of customers, as well as making the restaurant he works for look good! If I were the owner of the place, I would reward him with a "merit token" and I would take him as an example for staff training! Congratulations! 👍🏻

03/12/2025: It was probably a gem when it opened, but it's currently in a truly pitiful state. Just look at the restrooms; I've seen better ones in some train stations. It needs a complete overhaul.

Quiet aperitif in Piazza Garibaldi, on a sunny afternoon under large umbrellas. Quiet and friendly management. Waiting times proportionate to the staff present at the time. Good feelings

26/10/2025: We were two couples (2 + 2 = 4), and they delivered 3 pizzas after an hour or so. I had to wait another 20 minutes for the fourth! Terrible pizza; the frozen one at Eurospin was a luxury in comparison. We had to tell them three times about the included coffees, resulting in biblical wait times. Absolutely not recommended for eating, and the room was freezing. Absolutely avoid. As for the dance halls, however, they're generally good.

11/12/2025: Beautiful hotel 5 minutes from Urbino, friendly staff, nice and clean rooms. I recommend booking in the newer part of the hotel, though, as the other part is a bit dated and the smell of cooking wafts into the hallway. Breakfast is plentiful and good. 👍🏻
09/12/2025: We stayed just one night. Ample parking. There's a pool and restaurant. The rooms are large and clean, but a bit dated. TV, safe, and air conditioning are in the room. The sweet and savory breakfast was good and plentiful. All the staff were friendly.

03/10/2025: A €1 coffee is a rarity, one of the very few bars that still offer excellent service for excellent food.
13/09/2025: The only bar in Italy where coffee is priced like gasoline, that is, it costs exactly €1.475. By chance, the cash register gets stuck, I pay with a €20 note and get €17.05 in change. Wow, incredible!!! In any case, the coffee is very good.

14/10/2025: What a terrible awakening! I hadn't been here for a few months, and I always gladly return when I can, but this time I found a real mess! Dirty tables; to clear your table, you practically have to chase the two waitresses who won't even look at you if you set yourself on fire. The food, too, used to be excellent; today I ate extremely salty cod! A terrible step backwards!
01/09/2025: Good food, excellent value. Very kind and knowledgeable waiters (considering the time and crowds). The best place to eat in this mall.
Too bad I didn't take photos...I didn't have time, I swiped it all in a flash.
