26/06/2026: I've been going to Lo Scoglio for years. The location is very charming, the food excellent. The owner, a culinary and seafood expert, is passionate about his work, and this shows in the quality of the food. I always order the raw fish with great confidence. I consider Lo Scoglio the best restaurant in the area.

11/09/2025: A beach bar in Marzocca, a hamlet of Senigallia. The fried fish is highly recommended, paired with a good Marche wine. The other dishes are also good, as are the breakfasts and aperitifs. A spritz at sunset is the perfect way to start the evening.

18/04/2026: The pizza dough was good, but the service could use some work. We were there on a particularly busy night, and the waiters were practically nonexistent. Five of us asked for paper napkins, but they only gave us three. I asked for cutlery, and they said they'd run out and were washing them, so they took my pizza away to cut it into slices themselves. Finally, the prices for drinks were ridiculous: a 33cl soda was €4, a bottle of Coke was €8. Insane. It's a shame because the pizzas are really good, but the service (with a full dining room) was truly poor.

27/10/2025: The aperitif was good, with good parmigiana and Ascoli olives. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The waitress, Sara, was kind and helpful. An excellent wine bar and restaurant experience.

31/05/2026: We were there on a Sunday, the beach wasn't too crowded and the sea was beautiful, but what really made the difference was the lunch... incredibly fresh fish, it left us speechless with the raw ingredients and the respect in the preparation! Highly recommended! The grilled fish was much better than half the restaurants in Fano!

09/06/2026: I've never seen such a poorly cooked cutlet at MEC before, dark and dry, truly overcooked. I had to leave the bread soaked in the sauce and put it all in one spot. The staff isn't very friendly, forgetting things at the table and missing napkins. It's a nice place, but if you operate like this, it's not worth the beauty and size of the place.
04/06/2026: Every time you order from the drive-thru, they forget something; yesterday they forgot two fries. If you order from inside, however, they're more attentive, but unfortunately, the staff leaves much to be desired in terms of professionalism and courtesy. In short, you pay little, and there's a reason.

11/07/2026: For the first time in our many visits to restaurants in Italy, we encountered unfriendly service.
Although all the websites listed opening hours as 6:30 pm, the waitress refused to serve us before 7 pm. She reluctantly brought the menu and didn't reappear until 7 pm.
The beer we ordered was opened at our table, foamed excessively, and flooded it. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem, but apparently, the remaining beer was poured into a glass, served again, and, of course, charged for.
The pizzas were okay, but nothing special.
Overall, disappointing.

As a very pleasant surprise, we were even treated to a delicious fried calamari dish, which was truly superb. The friendliness of the staff and their attention to customer service are paramount. 17/05/2026: I've been living in Loreto for a year and only now have I been there for the first time...what can I say? I'm from Bari and I haven't missed the food at the best restaurants in the city for a single second! And congratulations because even though it was packed, even at large tables, we didn't have to wait for our dishes. Plus, my one-and-a-half-year-old daughter had plenty of space to play outside... and she also really enjoyed the garganelli allo scoglio and the sauce to mop up the sauce with! 😂 A must-try place for good seafood near my house.
15/05/2026: We arrived after a long walk and just wanted to get a drink. Unfortunately, that's not possible here. We're a restaurant, we were told. Oh well, thanks for that.
