24/03/2026: Rude very rude if you talk to staff when they are putting order together they will yell at you in a very rude manner.
Order and don't say anything if you don't want yelled at...
Or just avoid all together!!
26/12/2025: My mom went there one morning with a friend (who also happens to be a barista) and bought a croissant for €3, which, upon first bite, she realized was stale. When she asked for an explanation, she was told that the croissants were made that morning, and that's it—no exchanges or refunds. Personally, I've had bad experiences with the Briciole bar in Terminal 1. I worked at Malpensa for nine years, so what happened doesn't surprise me.

10/05/2026: Actually, we wanted to order the lasagna, but it wasn’t available, so we decided to try something new instead. Unfortunately, the seafood spaghetti was very bland, and the carbonara pasta was too hard. Overall, the food was not enjoyable. ):
But dessert is test good
