06/12/2025: After a 20-minute wait, I was forced to forgo my (paid for) coffee due to the clerks' complete inability to manage the large influx of people and respect the order of the receipts.
04/12/2025: The cutlet sandwich had a smoky taste, as if something had been burned on the grill beforehand... I would have liked something else, but it was very obvious that the other sandwiches weren't any better... the cold cuts weren't fresh, the dark color was definitely from the day before, the mozzarella was slightly dry and no longer bright white...
(After 18 years in the restaurant business, I can honestly say I can recognize a product made 1-2 hours earlier...)

09/12/2025: Even though the line is long, they don't take long to serve. I got takeout focaccia and croissants with coffee. They put a lot of mayonnaise on the focaccia, which isn't great. Otherwise, everything was very good.
22/11/2025: A truly shameful experience at the Motta Bar in the Malpensa boarding area. My family of five was having dinner at the Motta restaurant, while I and two other friends had purchased a simple sandwich at the Motta bar next door, intending to join the family for a dessert. I asked the
waitress if we could sit with the family so they could continue enjoying the dessert with the others. I was refused without any flexibility!
Only when we had almost finished our sandwiches did the very kind waiter "allow" us to enter, which I refused out of consistency. I understand the rules, but the difference is made by the people: the restaurant manager who answered me was unpleasant and unprofessional. The waiter (very nice and kind) was also embarrassed; he was visibly displeased but couldn't make any decisions!
I felt ghettoized, sitting alone while the restaurant was deserted. Luckily, another friend chose to share a sandwich with me, otherwise I would have dined completely alone.
Absurd and unacceptable treatment, especially at an airport.
I understand the rules very well, but when faced with organizational difficulties, I need to be a little more flexible.
Absolutely not recommended.

27/11/2025: I'm sorry to say this, but the sandwich I bought wasn't the best for the €10 price.
Besides the quality, there's no transparency. The sandwiches on display aren't labeled with the price, so you'll be disappointed or surprised to find out at the cashier when the price has already been entered. If I'd known that price, I wouldn't have bought the sandwich. The staff told me to read the price list. Yes, but where was it? And it's written in very small print. I'm sorry, but it's not fair to not display the prices.
24/11/2025: Before our flight we treated ourselves to an aperitif... compliments to Michela for the service and friendliness...

25/04/2025: Nella giornata di oggi 25 Aprile 2025, durante l’ora di cena, mi sono ritrovato ad assistere ad una scena che un cliente non avrebbe mai dovuto vedere. La responsabile del posto ( che di responsabile sembra abbia ben poco ) ha tirato su un teatrino con toni arroganti e immotivati per il contesto nei confronti di due dipendenti facendo sì che TUTTE le famiglie presenti si rendessero conto dell accaduto. Giustamente i due dipendenti non hanno potuto far nulla se non subire i modi accusatori della donna. Per quanto sia stato grave o no l’accaduto (siamo pur sempre in un fast food e non in un ambulatorio ) certi atteggiamenti non devono essere incentivati e certe figure non dovrebbero avere certi ruoli se non di loro competenza emotiva.

27/10/2025: The rudeness of the staff completely ruins the quality of the food and the atmosphere...
Being called "Chinese" when you're Italian/Thai isn't nice... I understand Italian very well, and you shouldn't behave like that... The lady at the pizza counter wasn't the only one... The only polite lady was the one at the cash register... Very kind, the star for service goes to her alone... 27/10/2025, 9:00 AM

25/06/2025: Good morning, first time here, passing through Malpensa. Very welcoming environment, the girls I spoke to are beautiful, friendly and as soon as they talk to you they make you feel at home, I had a coffee, a glass of sparkling water and a jam croissant, very good and full full of jam, few fill it like that. Remaining standing I could not use the service but they are certainly good at that too. If I were to pass by again I will definitely come back.

14/10/2025: I was disgusted with the lounge. No real food available. Potatoes and black rice where the only hot food items. Everything else just seemed to be a cheesy pastry fest. It was an insult to Italian food culture and cuisine. Overall I wouldn't enter this place again
13/10/2025: This is hands down the worst lounge I have ever experienced. No real food as such, extremely bright industrial lighting, it feels like an underground carpark. As a non drinker I would have a sparkling water or Coke Zero, they only had miniature sized cans of Coke Zero so my husband brought me two as it equates to the size of one can, the staff member stacking the fridge asked me for two back as he also had two! And said you could only have two? This is truly bizarre behaviour in an airport lounge. I was quite shocked and surprised on top of the bad lighting the bad atmosphere this staff member was rude, I saw people drink glass after glass of wine yet two small cola cans per person were not allowed? This is truly bizarre. PLEASE go to the other more luxurious lounge down the other end of the airport, it’s beautiful and relaxing, do not stay in this awful lounge.
