I suggest improving the cappuccino because it is a little watered down. I also didn't fill out the questionnaires because I have no intention of downloading the app.
01/04/2024: I ordered takeaway but the donuts didn't arrive, it wasn't the first time and the last time the macarons advised me not to order dessert if it had to be delivered.

Hotel located at Milan Malpensa airport, convenient for those who have to wait between flights. Obviously the cost is a bit high, let's say equal to a nearby hotel plus a car rental. The hotel is very large and elegant, everything is quite well looked after. In one of the two nights we had an upgrade to a larger room. Advised

01/04/2024: I'm not sure why the negative reviews, I just ate for lunch on Easter Monday and I feared much worse: the service was obviously a little slower, but everyone was very kind and the food was excellent and in adequate quantities.
24/03/2024: The staff was really friendly and the manager gave us a all you can eat BBQ ribs, which they were delicious.

01/04/2024: They are weekly customers (luckily for Legnano, excellent service).
Today we found ourselves in Busto Garolfo near the Coop and we stopped, never had it been worse.
After ordering more than €50 with two receipts, I was delivered the two horribly ordered ice creams, melted, two fingers of ice cream and 4 sneakers.
Having said that, we asked the girl who served you for explanations, and shortly after the manager showed up and started screaming in front of everyone, saying that the girl followed the procedure!!!
But what procedure? Treat customers badly??!!
My family ate the rest after 20 minutes, even though no one was there, everything arrived cold, sauces missing as it was finished, and I left the ice cream because it disgusted me to look at it... never happened!!!!
Having said that, I will definitely not come again, but I advise you to train the staff on how to respond and treat the customer.
Courtesy and education is the basis!!!

29/03/2024: Among my absolute favourites, perhaps in first place in my heart. Even more beautiful after the restyling.
24/03/2024: They are not Japanese but Chinese, Pakistani and Chinese waiters, they don't know Italian well, spent €54 for dishes that never arrived, at the table, first to arrive and last to serve.
What can I say about poor service, perhaps a pizza was better than that little and poor food. So pissed off... anyway we paid the bill, with the promise to ourselves: No more Asian, Chinese and whatever else. I'm a rip-off.
Italian cuisine is better from every point of view
