27/03/2024: The ambience is good. The service makes every effort to meet the requirements. The ordering system takes a bit of getting used to, but you quickly get the hang of it.
At the end they add the tip to the bill.
03/03/2024: For us the best all you can eat in Varese and surrounding areas. The sushi 🍣 is made the way we like it, the cost is very honest and the staff are kind and attentive and welcome you with a smile.
Last time we ate 2 adults + 2 children + water, coffee, 2 cokes + sashimi (which has a small supplement of €1) and spent €68

18/02/2024: Absolutely to avoid. On Valentine's Day we arrived at the restaurant at 7.40pm, until 9pm we were only served 5 small plates out of about twenty ordered (we will certainly have ordered others too, but waiting for those any longer would have been useless). Staff clearly understaffed, disorganized and not attentive. There was a chef's counter full of dishes to be delivered. Besides us, other tables also left eating little or nothing. And as the icing on the cake we were still asked to pay almost 27 euros (1 all you can eat menu plus drinks), but there was nothing all you can eat and what's even more serious is that no one ever even asked sorry for the huge and obvious disservice. Total lack of professionalism.

Il giorno di San Valentino siamo arrivati al ristorante alle 19.40, fino alle 21 ci vengono serviti solo 5 piattini su una ventina ordinati (sicuro ne avremo ordinato anche altri, ma aspettando ancora quelli sarebbe stato inutile). Staff palesemente sotto organico, disorganizzato e poco attento. C'era il bancone degli chef pieno di piatti da consegnare. Oltre a noi anche altri tavoli sono andati via mangiando poco o niente. E come ciliegina sulla torta ci viene comunque richiesto di pagare quasi 27 euro (1 menù all you can eat più le bevande), ma di all you can eat non c'è stato niente e cosa ancora più grave è che nessuno ha mai nemmeno chiesto scusa per l'enorme e palese disservizio.

19/03/2024: Chosen for a midweek lunch break with AYCE formula.
The menu is very limited in its offering of sashimi, good for sushi in general.
Small portions, which I like because it allows for more variety in the choice of the various dishes offered.
I didn't particularly like the product, I also tried the ramen but nothing stood out in the flavors as well as the Chinese fusion part with soy noodles.
The service is a bit confusing, dishes not served even after pointing it out to the dining room staff, staff bordering on rude, dirty apron, distraction in taking the order.
The location has nothing particular in the setting, a strong and permeating fried smell that remains on your clothes even after hours and if you go back to work or not directly home where you can change, it is not pleasant.
Parking in front of the restaurant shared with a gym is immediately full but there is also a car park marked with "flying signs" reachable via a ramp on the right, before the gate surrounding the property, which leads to an underground level.
I will not return to this restaurant, there are better offers qualitatively more similar to my tastes and environment in other places.

I start from the principle that there are reviews from people who have had bad experiences for almost all sushi. So I didn't give it any thought before coming. Leaving aside that the salmon was hot, disgusting and tasteless, the main problem materialized in the bathroom at home the next morning. Now I say to myself, why do you sweep the dust under the carpet by saying "you are the only one to whom something like this happened" under every review of people who have been sick? I vomited for HOURS because of your restaurant (don't start saying "he must have eaten something else, the problem isn't us"). Take matters into your own hands and accept that you are doing something wrong. I'm not the first, I'm not the only one and I won't be the last one who vomits my soul after eating with you. Ask yourself two questions before someone gets seriously ill. Not recommended. Among other things, the waiters constantly get the dishes wrong (and it's not their fault, they are overworked).

Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent price/quality ratio. In take away they are also very careful with the packaging.

07/04/2024: Excellent venue. Very friendly staff, good quality food at a very reasonable price. They accept electronic meal vouchers (Edenred). I get takeaway every now and then and I have to say that the portions are excellent.
02/04/2024: A friend recommended it to me and we organized a nice evening... yes, there's a bit of a wait but in any case the quantity and quality of the food pays off in the end... next time maybe I'll try the pizza. .
