Excellent dough, very kind and welcoming staff.
Unfortunately I only tried the pizza, which was excellent, but I promised myself I would return to try the cuisine because the dishes were very interesting.
Fried pizza made to perfection, not greasy at all.
Congratulations!

19/06/2025: Nice pizzeria, there is little to say about the pizza, it is good, excellent quality of ingredients, the dough is not bad, perhaps a greater leavening would raise the overall goodness. However, you can breathe the air of a pizzeria chain, always packed with people it becomes a bit chaotic, service is not always impeccable, prices are a bit high which unfortunately depend on the name and not on the quality actually offered.

17/06/2025: I voted this restaurant 5 stars a few years ago, having been deeply amazed by the quality of the food and the beautiful environment.
Unfortunately, I now find myself having to change my mind and revise my rating.
The ordering system has been changed from paper to digital, with the following problems:
- they do not provide a tablet to order, so everything must be done from your own devices
- the elderly are obviously excluded from the system
- there is no data network inside and the wifi connection is slow.
Once this problem, which I would not underestimate, has been overcome, the best part comes: times, instead of being improved with this digital "revolution", have worsened and more pieces are being lost than before.
I have also noticed a decline in the quality of the food.
In short, they also want to be modern, and do not realize that they are going back to the stone age, with poor service and poor organization.
Put a nice waiter to take orders, and you will only gain customers!
12/06/2025: We were on 7/6/25 to celebrate my wife Cinzia's birthday and with my son Francesco. Very nice place, excellent service, great food, price in line with another similar restaurant already frequented in Buguggiate. We will be happy to return.

For breakfast, not very good brioche, little choice, in the end I could only choose cream, jam and cocoa from the kiosk, this at 9 in the morning. 15 minute wait to receive 2 cappuccinos and 2 brioche, too much! Lunch and dinner same situation with long waits for the type of place and the number of people who work there because the pace is the same regardless of the number of customers, which is unusual

17/06/2025: I was really impressed by this all you can eat sushi restaurant. The location is elegant, with attention to detail and perfectly clean, creating a pleasant and refined atmosphere in which to enjoy your meal.
The food is exceptional, with particular attention to the quality and freshness of the fish. I really appreciated the variety of the offer: salmon, tuna, amberjack, sea bass, shrimp and even the prized red shrimp from Mazara. All prepared with great care.
Another plus is the perfect balance of the rice: well-measured and really tasty, it accompanies the fish without overpowering it, enhancing its flavor.
In short, an experience to absolutely repeat. Excellent for those looking for quality and refinement even in an all you can eat formula.
08/06/2025: Kisen has always been an excellence for the city as sushi "a la carte*, knowing that they also did "all you can eat" in my opinion made the quality of the dishes lose.
Even asking for the à la carte menu, we were not promoted by the waitresses who actually did not know the real difference between the two formulas, why push one type over the other.
Chosen the "all you can eat" menu and ordered the dishes, they all arrived together without explanations or differences between the uramaki brought, leaving us at the mercy of dishes that, not respecting the photo of the menu, we did not understand whose they were.
The young waiter tried to accommodate us but by now we were disoriented and some dishes in my opinion did not arrive.

14/05/2025: The hotel is nice. The bathroom feels more like a hospital. The rooms facing the highway are extremely noisy. The air conditioning doesn't work. The lighting in the room is very difficult to understand. Breakfast was quite reasonable for the price. The hotel's location is quite nice, if you're away from the highway.

10/06/2025: I was one of those present the night (about two months ago) when mice appeared in the room. Horrible show and the justification was "there's a river nearby!" It's no coincidence that all three of us were sick all night. Avoid this place instead of giving them (a lot of) money!
