20/12/2025: A must-try gastronomic stop in Bormio. A refined restaurant steeped in local history and tradition. Every dish on the menu is worth a try! But the pizzoccheri are always a winner. We hope they remain a regular on the menu, as everyone should try them :) Especially ideal for an intimate dinner.

20/12/2025: Pizzoccheri are fabulous. The dessert is equally delicious, but the whipped salted butter as an entrée is truly sublime.

15/11/2025: An overnight stay is a wonderful experience. Right beneath a glacier with a phenomenal view. The rooms are excellent. The food is superb. It's physically demanding at high altitude, but definitely worth it. We were there in the summer on our way home from the Dolomites. It's a beautiful route (by car).

09/11/2025: We were here in first week of October. It.was.awesome. Spaghetti and pizzoccheri for lunch followed by strudel and coffee. Best view ever. Snow on the mountains. Wonderful staff. We were in (metaphorical) heaven. Couldnt fault it. Highly recommended.

07/01/2026: We booked 3 nights with breakfast included. There were 2 of us and 2 dogs, and we had a great time. Upon arrival, they left us some goodies in the room for both dogs, including space-saving bowls, bags, and canned food. The room was very clean. Relaxation service with a hot tub was included in the price. Breakfast offered a wide variety of products and plenty of it. Nothing to complain about; they were very kind and welcoming. The rooms were cleaned excellently every day, with towels and sheets changed.

01/01/2026: A great atmosphere for spending New Year's Eve in a relaxing and friendly environment. Very friendly and helpful staff, from reception to the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was generous and tasty, and the dinner was elegant and nutritious. Being vegan, I truly appreciated the kitchen team's attentiveness and helpfulness in offering me varied and delicious options every day, including New Year's Eve dinner. I loved the spa, where I pampered myself every day; the whirlpool, sauna, and Turkish bath were available. The rooms are welcoming, warm, and comfortable, with a minibar and meticulous daily housekeeping. A great location for walking to the town center, and a shuttle service is available for skiing. New Year's Eve dinner began at 7:00 PM with a delicious aperitif and ended at 3:00 AM, with lentils and dancing to a DJ set in the bar area. Thank you for these relaxing days, highly recommended! 🙏🏼🤍

02/01/2026: Pregnant woman ignored and insulted. I asked for a side of vegetables without bell peppers because I'm pregnant and it bothers me. The response: "Impossible," "We're too full for that," and that pregnant women aren't sick. Arrogance, rudeness, and zero professionalism. There are much better and, above all, more polite restaurants in Bormio.

10/09/2025: I really didn't expect to be able to eat here😎 Although it's fast food, simple, mostly more of a snack, the environment is beautiful in the middle of the bends on the Stelvio Pass. The service is extremely helpful and nice, although a bit slow, since one man did everything. There is a beautiful waterfall nearby, literally behind the cottage.

01/09/2025: Being celiac doesn't prevent you from eating a sausage as tradition dictates. Just order it on a plate, and you're good to go.

09/12/2025: Unfortunately, I didn't particularly like the food I ate, and the service was a bit pushy and insistent. I was asked five times in three minutes at the end of the meal if I wanted to order dessert. I'm sorry.

01/01/2026: We visited Ostello Alpino on several occasions, both in winter and during the summer months. We never stayed as guests in the hostel so my review is only based on the experience we had at the bar having coffee and drinks. The place is very original, colorful and refreshing. The staff is very kind, professional and friendly. I especially liked the colorful posters hanging on their walls and I plan on buying one of them for my apartment. The coffee and drinks were very good both enjoyed near the fireplace or in their spacious and relaxing summer garden. It’s a place I always look forward to returning whenever I come to Bormio.
