El sarro con trufa negra, raviolis, tortellini con burrata e incluso solo la ensalada! Toda la comida y el vino era genial, el servicio era como el mejor y ambiente general! Recomiendo como restaurante de visita obligada en Bormio! ¡En realidad estamos regresando el sábado para disfrutar de nuestra última cena de los 5 días de vacaciones en Bormio! ¡Debo reservar con antelación!

04/02/2025: We booked for eight with four children during the skiing week and we were really happy! Very attentive service, really fair prices compared to the excellent quality of the dishes. Also commendable are the trattoria portions that we liked a lot :) Everything fresh and good, exquisite Strudel. Personally I had the polenta gnocchi with speck and onion, which I recommend because they are really tasty! I recommend it without hesitation for all tastes since they have a choice of both light dishes and meat and pasta.

04/01/2025: We came across this place by chance having read outside the sandwich shop looking at the reviews we decided to try it, it was now 3.30pm the place was packed both inside and on the large, spacious and panoramic terraces fortunately after 5 minutes a table became free we asked if it was it is possible to eat kindly they tell us that to eat it is not a problem but they tell us that we have to wait a little while seeing huge sandwiches, salads and piadinas coming out we decide to wait we sit down and after 5 minutes we are advised that the preparation is all done at the moment since it is all fresh stuff we are served immediately with the drinks thinking of waiting who knows how long but then after 20 minutes they arrive with our salads and our sandwiches which d I've never eaten sandwiches, salads so good and cared for, friendly and helpful staff, very kind owners, I forgot, they love animals and there is always water and biscuits for them. Customer centers but they make you feel like family, thanks for everything and I highly recommend it.

27/01/2025: Entrecote (Uruguayan barbecue) was very poorly presented and small compared to what we ordered at other restaurants in the area. The starter was delicious. The difference was the service from the waitress who, even though it was Sunday, made us feel very comfortable before the kitchen opened at 7:30 pm.

24/01/2025: Super recommended hotel, excellent location, well-furnished and comfortable rooms, they accept dogs, also offering our 4-legged friends a kennel with bowls and welcome kit, attentive and kind staff.......but the real highlight of all The highlight is the restaurant, in addition to the delicious breakfasts, the dinner menu varies every evening offering highly refined dishes with excellent raw materials and very interesting proposals for vegetarian/vegan customers. What can I say, we will definitely be back. Compliments.
