22/10/2025: The service was shameful, with a waitress not only telling me to go to hell for no reason because our little girl was waiting near the bar, but she also slammed the door in the child's face. Table service took over an hour, and the food was paltry in quantity for the price. Stay away from these rude people.

14/08/2025: Poor quality raw materials and poorly treated in the kitchen. Pre-cooked pasta, even days old. They frequently use defrosted bread. Waitresses who, by clicking on social media, try to uplift the frequently empty restaurant. Dirty, inadequate storage and kitchen facilities. Lack of attention to food during preparation, resulting in low-quality dishes. I would not recommend this to anyone. A quality control and cleaning check would close the restaurant for a few days. The waitress is pushy and does everything: she cleans, serves, and even claims to know how to cook. Very disappointing.

10/03/2026: Despite the place being practically empty, I had to wait an interminable amount of time. The slow service was caused by the staff's total lack of professionalism: they spent their time chatting among themselves, deliberately ignoring the customer and displaying a complete lack of attention to their duties.

28/02/2026: A very negative experience. During my stay, I witnessed the manager (wearing a white shirt) making remarks to employees that I found unprofessional and inappropriate. He chuckled while speaking and made comments about how he could fire anyone he wanted. I find this attitude disrespectful toward workers and inconsistent with the image of professionalism that a company like McDonald's should project. It was unpleasant to witness this scene. I hope management takes action to ensure a more respectful work environment.

14/12/2025: I read a lot of bad reviews, but my experience was absolutely different. On Sunday ~16:00 food was good, table service was good, area is clean.

14/12/2025: It took 20 minutes or more because I wasn't satisfied with just two McMuffins and two coffees. We saw other orders come out sooner. I paid €14.80 for two coffees and two McMuffins, which I had to complain about because we would have wasted too much time. Incredible! At a McDonald's and an airport.

02/10/2025: If only it were possible to give it a "less than zero" review! Rude, dismissive staff, your flight is delayed, and an hour before closing they explicitly and repeatedly inform you that they are closing (they put up barriers that block access), that you are harassing them, even though you are willing to spend 17.50 for a glass of Franciacorta, which they recommend. I want to emphasize that I am a regular victim of this poorly trained staff because I travel weekly.! I was with my son, and we gave up on the second drink after being told how many times they were closing. Personally, since I travel so frequently, I resisted the second drink because I was made to feel bad, without any courtesy. Think about how much you are losing! No care, vulgar Italian stupidity! Change staff and only bring them back after they have learned the meaning of service and care!
