17/08/2024: Probably one of the worst restaurants of my life:
The quality is more than mediocre especially for the price.
We ordered a burger and we were served a simple well-cooked steak and told us "Yes, it's a burger, but with bread it's more expensive". You might have thought it was a hidden camera!
Dessert was a frozen tiramisu, inedible because it was still frozen.
Go on your way!
20/07/2024: The worst service, 2 people got food while 4 had to wait extra 40 minutes.... Don't go

11/08/2024: Tried to ordered a Oreo McFlurry, they did not have it and i switched to the Pistaccio ”McFlurry” below which that they did not care to mix. The only dip that they offer for nuggets is ketchup. Quite unbothered service on the borderline of rude. The restaurant has the ambience of a 1990’s hospital waiting room which honestly is its best quality.
11/08/2024: Phew! Difficult to evaluate. We had a 1 hour 30 layover between two flights. I went for focaccia or pizza. My son for home cooking from the brewery with the golden M. Why argue at the beginning of the holiday?! Six Chicken McNuggets, fries and a drink for €12.90. The pizza next door was available for €7.90. I'm just saying.

17/07/2024: 18.5 euros for two bottles of coke, a packet of crisps and a white focaccia.
The friendliness of the staff at 9.15pm to our question which sandwiches were left "were the ones that were left".
They couldn't wait to close (at 9.30pm) and they made it very clear to us. It's no surprise that this place already has such a low rating.
08/07/2024: AWFUL. They work at a cafe in the airport and they don’t know how to speak english!!!! They don’t even try to understand what you’re asking for, and just say to their colegue “no capito”. Both womans were very rude and mean.

02/01/2024: My family of 6 visited this establishment in 2022 and I put their calling card in my wallet intending to write this review... here we are in Jan 2024 and I see that they are temporarily closed. I do hope they open again to share their wonderful menu and charming environment with others. Of the many places we visited in our 10 day adventure of Italy, this is one that sticks in my memory 2 years later. We went for brunch and where met with wonderful food, delightful people, and a charming atmosphere. It was our last day in Milan and we where feeling rushed before arriving, but left relaxed and happy. I highly recommend.

02/01/2024: Abbiamo trovato posto all' ultimo momento per il veglione di Capodanno, nonostante il numero rilevante dei partecipanti, il personale ha fatto veramente quasi dei miracoli per soddisfare le richieste. Ci siamo molto divertiti.
17/10/2023: Domenica 15 Ottobre avevo prenotato per una cena di compleanno, arrivo sul posto con gli ospiti e troviamo chiuso, provo a chiamare ma mi attaccano il telefono per poi rispondere a una chiamata da un altro numero che avevano deciso di non effettuare apertura per quella sera. Almeno avvisare???

28/06/2024: After 30 minutes of waiting I asked for the menu, the table was still dirty. The waitress unkindly told me I had to wait. As they talked about stressful shifts. Absurd especially in such an inexpensive place. Evidently the staff is few and paid little.
28/06/2024: Volo in ritardo di un ora. La Cena a Roma salta.. mi abbandono alle bollicine Ferrari e ad un buon pane nero con salmone . Servizio celere e cortese

13/01/2024: I received a panettone with chocolate chips for Christmas, once opened the dough was grainy and had a very acidic (rancid) flavour, not leavened...I had to throw it away.
It is not an isolated case because speaking with 6/7 other colleagues I was able to verify that they had the same problem.
How is it possible that a pastry chef didn't notice this?
It was bad on Christmas Eve to take a whole panettone and throw it in the bin
One last thing, you could put a little more effort into the packaging of the panettone, a cardboard box or a nice paper Christmas bag would be enough.

27/12/2023: They gave me a panettone, it already didn't look at all inviting, it was heavy and it was clear that the leavening was missing...unfortunately when we opened it everything was confirmed...no flavour...indeed...not It's like me to throw away the food but this time I was forced to do so
