McDonald's In Segrate

Mac's food quality, Mac's service, Mac's atmosphere... It's a McDonald's in an airport... I gave it 4 stars because the location and the franchise are well-maintained.

The staff is very friendly and kindly fixed a problem with my drink, which was missing syrup. A few more seats could be added, though...

While the food quality is fast food, I'd also like to point out the courtesy of the staff, who are never rushed but very efficient and courteous. The wait is short, but the organization is super efficient. The only drawback is that it doesn't have its own bathroom; you have to use the ones at the airport.

Everything is McDonald's standard. Clean place, fairly fast service. One downside: the last time I was there (April 2026), the employees were making the sandwiches with their bare hands, without gloves.

Best mcdonalds I've had in 2 years!!! I had to ask for the manager (Gaetano) to congratulate them because everything was perfect. There was another employee that even offered water to our dog without us asking (sadly I didnt catch his name but he was also SUPER nice)
