05/04/2024: My wife and I came to use a wonderbox that was about to expire, fortunately the owner accepted the voucher even though she was no longer included in the wonderbox program. We ate a platter of really excellent cold cuts with fantastic onions, the wine in the glass was very good Lambrusco, then we had two risottos alla pilota and... Fantastic! I was curious to try real pilot rice, coming from the typical creamed risotto of Verona, and I was surprised at how good it was. Finally we had two really good desserts (outside the wonderbox): Belgian chocolate pudding and Elvezia cake. Both amazing, we split them up to taste them and so we finished on a high note. As you have understood, the experience was more than positive, if we pass through Mantua again we will certainly return, because the rest of the menu was very interesting and the rustic and hospitable environment was very welcoming. I highly recommend everyone to go there if you are passing through, we will certainly be back.

02/04/2024: Unfortunately, the waitress didn't feel like serving us 1 hour before closing time, even though tables were free and other people were still at Primi Piatti. We were immediately given a business card from another restaurant, even though we were really looking forward to visiting the restaurant. Very unfortunate. Ps: Restaurant of the business card was closed

01/04/2024: A slightly run-down tavern. In my opinion, the cuisine is not up to the expected quality. The garnishes with tuna were a little salty, with a stringy tuna that didn't mix well with the rest of the sauce. The fettuccine with chicken ragù was equally savory. In the appetizer, poached egg with asparagus cream, the ingredients were paired without great skill. Dish to forget. The beef was accompanied by completely burnt roast potatoes. Prices normal. Quick and courteous service.

26/03/2024: Two couples arrived in Castel Goffredo to visit the 2 villas on the day of the FAI, we found a place to have lunch in this restaurant, with large glass-fronted rooms. Welcomed and served in a very kind and professional way, we were informed in detail about various dishes on the menu and above all about the "Tortelli bitters" that we wanted to taste. Indeed, they are truly tasty and special with St. Peter's wort added to the filling which gives a slight bitter taste to the dish. The desserts are excellent, both the Pavlova and the "St. Petersburg" ice cream. In addition, the music - volume and genre - in the background is also pleasant.

14/01/2024: The best ice cream in all of Mantua, in my opinion. Three Gambero Rosso cones and it's worth every one. The choice of ice creams is decidedly varied and they are all excellent and creamy. The place is small, I usually get the ice cream and eat it outside (in summer, for example, it's ideal).

03/04/2024: Posto curato pulito, caldo ed accogliente… personale sorridente e veloce, perfetto per un pranzo di lavoro… ho preso un hamburger tropico, con mozzarella di bufala e guacamole, veramente buono ed anche il pane era morbido e croccante… il tutto accompagnato da una porzione, piccola, di patate rustiche…. Prezzi onesti… da rivisitare
