11/02/2024: Ero titubante se andarci per via delle recensioni pessime, alla fine decido di andarci per vedere di persona com'è. Ne rimango piacevolmente sorpreso : il personale è gentilissimo, i piatti arrivano subito ed è tutto molto buono. In più si ordina tramite iPad, quindi è comodissimo sia per i clienti sia per il personale. ( Magari trovate anche il disegnetto che gli ho fatto lol) Ci tornerò di sicuro ✨

24/09/2023: Semplicemente ottimo! Cibo, sevizio e prezzo. La nuova gestione non ha fatto assolutamente rimpiangere la precedente. Top!

18/02/2024: Perché il cibo è buono e il ragazzo (presunto proprietario) è veramente disponibile, altrimenti se fosse per la persona che prende le comande e accoglie le persone avrebbe già chiuso. Essere trattati con sufficienza e antipatia non fa il cliente felice e non lo distende e predispone granché . Detto ciò, continuiamo a venire sempre, perchè la vista, la musica e il cibo compensano tutto il resto!

03/02/2024: Ho festeggiato il mio compleanno al rifugio Ratti Cassin, non potevo scegliere posto migliore. Vista mozzafiato, buon cibo e il miglior servizio possibile. Grazie team Ratti Cassin per avermi regalato un week end indimenticabile!

16/03/2024: A pranzo con amici per mangiare la cassoeula . Buon servizio, veloce , sala molto affollata e rumorosa per poter conversare , prezzo leggermente alto rispetto al costo del cibo servito.Parcheggio ampio e comodo

22/04/2024: I would not recommend this place to the tourists mostly because of the staff - the blond old lady was pretty rude to us, but the food was nice. We came there to have a lunch. The blond old lady took our order- we ordered two latte macchiato and one pizza prosciutto. We got latte very quickly, but for the pizza we had to wait pretty long time. We couldn’t understand why, as people who came after us were eating their food already. Table next to us, two Italian men came after us like 20 minutes later and the blond old lady waitress brought them pizza in 5 minutes. After a while we asked another waitress (short dark hair lady) about our order. She said that our pizza has already been served by her colleague (the blond old lady), and then the short dark hair lady waitress found out that our pizza was on the table next to us exactly where those two Italian men were sitting. She ( short dark hair waitress) didn’t even apologized and didn’t offer to bring us a fresh made pizza, as that one was already cold beeing for 10 minutes on other table. She just put the cold pizza on our table and said this is your order. Than we asked for the cutleries, and the short dark hair waitress was ignoring us. I went and took the cutleries and napkins by myself. When it comes to pay the bill, we asked to exclude capperta (service charge), the blond old lady waitress came and asked us why. We told her that it was actually her who put our pizza to different table, she even didn’t realize that and started to argue with us, only after explanation of her colleague she understood. But she didn’t want to exclude the service charge from our bill, saying it was not for service but for table. We told her that the service was bad and it was her fault. She said that she is not going to change the bill and I said we will leave the review accordingly. After that she barely apologized but still we paid the full price for service that was awful. So I don’t recognize this place at all.
