01/10/2024: Very good ice cream, prices now average and a friendly ice cream maker. In itself, the ice cream shop is very small (there is only space for 3/4 people to enter and order), but it is in a small square overlooking the lake where there is also a car park. Nice find.

27/02/2025: A lovely overnight stay in a cozy room with perfect bedding. Dinner at the restaurant in a beautiful vaulted room, impeccable service, delicious dishes, Italian wine paired at a reasonable price. Breakfast followed suit. Free parking on the property. Don't miss the nearby monastery church. A lovely surprise next to Lake Como.

10/02/2025: Today we went for lunch at the Marascia restaurant to use a gift voucher, we were pleasantly surprised and satisfied, excellent food, impeccable service and kindness, welcoming and clean place

18/03/2025: This is another Lecco gem. Authentic Indian food, lots of variety and everything is good. I'm particularly fond of their briyani rice and the chicken soup.

14/03/2025: Tasty typical food, nice and smiley staff, great portions and menu choice, good location front-lake. It is always THE choice when eating Indian food! Recommend!

23/02/2025: Weekend with snowshoeing, excellent organization, they are very good at all the management, courtesy, friendliness and joy of a refuge. Excellent quality and quantity of food. Clean and comfortable rooms for a retreat.

02/02/2025: Beautiful experience starting from the transfer from the valley to the refuge by jeep, finding lots of snow above, a breathtaking, peaceful and relaxing panorama. Very nice and well kept refuge, from the internal room while you have lunch you have a beautiful view towards the outside, characteristic food of the Lombardy valley, very good and substantial, excellent service!

02/12/2024: Small restaurant with a few tables in a remote village near Varenna. Extremely limited menu, but of very high quality. Perfect for a slow food experience, of almost starred quality, with overall reasonable prices. Reservation required. Highly recommended PS: the only dish that I didn't appreciate was the hot chocolate cake, good, but not special

16/02/2025: Super recommended! The quality of the ingredients and dishes offered is remarkable, the place is welcoming and carefully furnished. Positive note also for the service: impeccable, you are always asked if there are any allergies or intolerances and each course is described. Large variety of wines available for enthusiasts. Even the plating is in a workmanlike manner, cared for and well done. Large free parking within walking distance. 5 stars!

09/02/2025: Very good ! Ordered pizza here on February 8th, 2025 as part of our stay at Lake Como. The homepage was informative and simply structured. We decided on the pizzas "Goffee" (ham & porcini mushrooms) and "Naja" (according to the translation into German), which had French fries (!) as a topping. 😋 The order was confirmed by email and within the specified time frame we received another email announcing delivery of the delivery. Afterwards, a very friendly young woman who spoke excellent English appeared and gave us the order. The pizzas were of high quality and tasted excellent. Absolutely recommended! 👍

08/02/2025: Sehr gut ! Haben hier am 08.02.2025 im Rahmen unseres Comer See's Aufenthalts Pizza bestellt. Die Homepage war informativ und einfach strukturiert. Entschieden haben wir uns für die Pizzen "Goffee" (Schinken & Steinpilze) sowie "Naja" (laut Übersetzung ins Deutsche), welche Pommes Frites (!) als Belag hatten. 😋 Die Bestellung wurde per E-Mail bestätigt und im vorgegebenen Zeitfenster erhielten wir erneut eine E-Mail, welche die Zustellung der Lieferung ankündigte. Anschließend erschien eine exzellent Englisch sprechende, sehr freundliche, junge Frau, welche uns die Bestellung zu stellte. Die Pizzen waren qualitativ hochwertig und vorzüglich im Geschmack. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen ! 👍

25/02/2025: I have been staying and sometimes eating in this restaurant or hotel for some time, however you prefer to consider it, but I have never expressed an opinion (despite being a Google guide) on this place! Now I will do it, also because it's worth it. I am grateful to Giovanni, the owner, who in addition to being an excellent chef and recognized in the area and beyond, is a difficult person to meet these days. He managed to impress his philosophy of hospitality, kindness, availability, professionalism, etc. to all its staff. From the lady in charge of the rooms, not to mention the employees (including her daughter) and without mentioning names, everyone, absolutely everyone, has a mission! Make the customer feel at ease, as if they were at home. This is not common, I assure you! I travel all over our Italy but such a climate and availability and professionalism and kindness... I almost feel like saying you can find it here and in a few other places, I'm referring to the completeness of an offer in the sector, and you can truly find everything, which only a few manage to offer with such elegance. 27/02/2025: Certainly famous for good craft beers but it doesn't disdain good local wines either. Good food with always some changes to the menu so as not to bore the most regular visitors, and if you like burgers you will find a decent choice; But I prefer meat on a plate. This hot summer evening a fresh vitello tonnato with a glass of Vegia was perfect.
