24/07/2025: Truly excellent ice cream shop. The gelato is delicious, creamy, and made with great care. What makes this place even more special is the kindness and friendliness of the people who work there: they know how to welcome customers with a smile, a kind word, and always pleasant conversation. It's wonderful to enter a place where, in addition to the quality of the products, you can experience such a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

23/07/2025: Very good ice cream, they also have lactose-free. Friendly and attentive staff. I recommend it!

10/06/2025: the one who answers the phone is really rude, I was calling him to book a table and he started answering me very badly... I don't recommend him at all

24/05/2025: Toilet facilities obligation: Royal Decree no. 1265/1934 establishes the obligation for public catering establishments (bars, restaurants, pizzerias, etc.) to offer toilet facilities to customers. I go in, sit at the outside table, and while I wait to order I see the toilet and I start to go in, from afar, at the counter, a gentleman who I assume is the owner gets angry, "this is my house, don't you ask permission to go into the bathroom? I'm the one who cleans it" and this repeatedly in a loud voice despite a girl next to him asking him to stop. Conclusion I go away, he loses 4 lunches but gains a suggestion: get a T.S.O.

25/09/2025: Price-performance ratio is not right at all.

14/09/2025: I had lunch on Saturday at Ristorante Centrale, in a pleasant setting that conveys a sense of history and tradition. Unfortunately, however, my experience was disappointing in several respects, and the dishes offered did not live up to the (definitely excessive) asking price. The quality-price ratio, therefore, leaves much to be desired. A wasted opportunity; I won't be returning.

10/05/2025: We went to this place, we ordered two pizzas (a Margherita and a gorgonzola), a bottle of water and a corrected coffee and a sorbet, we went to the cashier and we were asked for €44 because there was a pizza menu that evening! Nowhere was it written a pizza menu of €20 per person, neither on the internet nor on site and they didn't even notify us, so by law we had to pay the same as the price on the menu, i.e. €26!!!! At the checkout they told us we were right that they hadn't indicated the fixed price anywhere but they did nothing to correct their mistake!!! This seems like incorrect behavior to me.

10/10/2025: We came in for two coffees and to use the bathroom, only my husband, and for that we paid the extra fee. I can honestly say I've never seen such a dirty bar in my life!!! When we arrived, there was a very elderly lady sitting outside touching her bare feet with her hands. I never would have thought she'd be the one serving us! 😏 Household cups and spoons rinsed under the faucet, and the lady with visibly dirty hands only cleaned hers after making us coffee! While I was waiting, I also noticed the used and rinsed plastic cups. We were looking for a toilet, and we found a toilet of a bar.

17/08/2025: The woman served us creamy coffee in a small plastic cup, then charged an exorbitant price. When we asked to pay by card, she told us it wasn't possible and that she had told us in advance (a lie). We also asked to use the restroom, but she said it was out of order. A terrible experience, not recommended.

22/10/2025: The staff is rude, abrupt, and impolite. The waitress is irritated and irritating, complaining to customers. A €1.90 macchiato and a glass of water cost €0.70... are you kidding? The croissants and brioches are delicious.

19/10/2025: Rude and unpleasant at the cash register, the bathroom was very very very dirty and even though it was pointed out she decided to leave it like that

17/08/2025: My first visit to Cremona. After being served at a wonderful place in the square, we went to Pierrot's ice cream shop for some delicious ice cream. The biggest disappointment I've ever received at a place like this. The person who greeted us seemed to have a mental problem, as they were incredibly stupid. They didn't put the ice cream I ordered in, and when I told her not to eat it, she started yelling. Even though I asked her to calm down, she became even more hysterical and simply kicked me, my daughter-in-law, and myself out of the place. I've never felt so humiliated.
