07/11/2025: I ordered three Menu A dishes, two of which had spicy chicken... one had nonexistent chicken, just bamboo shoots and vegetables, the other just three pieces of chicken. The steamed shrimp ravioli were inedible, nothing like the classic ravioli you get at a restaurant or anywhere else. €31 wasted. NEVER AGAIN
When I called them to tell them the chicken wasn't available, they didn't even apologize.
02/11/2025: discreet, the prawns were missing from the spaghetti, the sweet and sour chicken and the vegetable rolls saved the dinner a bit, high price for what we got

01/12/2025: Rude and uninterested staff. After heating up my pizzas, the very nice woman with glasses (not the girl, the older one working at the oven) threw the box onto the counter, huffing and puffing, without saying anything. The worst service I've ever received. I held back from replying, but preferred to take the pizza and leave.
I won't talk about the food and the low-quality products. I'd rather not. I've said enough about the service.

04/10/2025: I came back today for lunch... I was disappointed... there was the work menu... I asked for something else and they seemed annoyed... some dishes were not available... the staff were not very friendly... the place is not bad, it needs a revamp, especially the outside is abandoned...

12/12/2025: Horrible place to say the least, rude staff, and a dirty bar. Learn to treat your customers decently, the bar is already empty, only 70+ people can fit in.
11/12/2025: A place that has retained the flavor of the '90s, in a good way. The food is good, and the staff is very friendly, welcoming, and sweet. Highly recommended for a business lunch or a nostalgic cocktail.

08/10/2025: Self-service, all-you-can-eat: a staff member brings you to your table, then you help yourself from the display cases containing hot, cold, or ready-to-eat foods.
Well-stocked for a quick or business lunch, it's fine. It's not a luxurious place, comparable to a tavern. I would recommend warming up the dishes better, as they should be hot but are barely warm.

13/12/2025: The crepe isn't good, it's full of eggs and they don't use real Nutella, but otherwise the place is nice and right in the center of Crema.
31/10/2025: I went with my 10 year old daughter to go trick or treating. The staff was very rude and didn't want to give her candy and told her she was too old to do that. My daughter started crying because a man in his 50s yelled in her face and said things that shouldn't be said to children.

10/05/2025: We went to this place and ordered two pizzas (a Margherita and a Gorgonzola), a bottle of water, a caffè corretto (a coffee with a touch of Italian) and a sorbet. We went to the cashier and were charged €44 because they had a pizza menu that evening! Nowhere did it say that the €20 pizza menu was available, neither online nor on-site, and they didn't even warn us, so by law we had to pay the same price as on the menu, which was €26! At the cashier, they told us we were right and hadn't listed the fixed price anywhere, but they didn't do anything to correct their mistake! I think this is improper behavior.

16/02/2026: Downtown venue. Huge potential, but dirty atmosphere, disorganized and unsympathetic staff, endless waits, terrible drinks served in the wrong glasses, and poor quality.

17/08/2025: My first visit to Cremona. After being served at a wonderful place in the square, we went to Pierrot's ice cream shop for some delicious ice cream.
The biggest disappointment I've ever received at a place like this.
The person who greeted us seemed to have a mental problem, as they were incredibly stupid. They didn't put the ice cream I ordered in, and when I told her not to eat it, she started yelling. Even though I asked her to calm down, she became even more hysterical and simply kicked me, my daughter-in-law, and myself out of the place. I've never felt so humiliated.
