08/11/2025: Upon entering, a very strong and terrible smell, terrible staff, we didn't even have time to put the coffees on the table and they didn't ask us to pay very politely, I will never go back there again
29/09/2025: The first time I went there, they brought me an expired juice. We brought it back inside, and the lady at the register couldn't believe it. Yesterday, we tried again and ordered three coffees and a tea. After 25 minutes of waiting (and there was practically no one there), the coffee arrived, missing.
They brought us the €10 bill. We asked for the receipt, but it didn't arrive, so we had to go inside and get it.
NEVER AGAIN.

10/05/2025: We went to this place and ordered two pizzas (a Margherita and a Gorgonzola), a bottle of water, a caffè corretto (a coffee with a touch of Italian) and a sorbet. We went to the cashier and were charged €44 because they had a pizza menu that evening! Nowhere did it say that the €20 pizza menu was available, neither online nor on-site, and they didn't even warn us, so by law we had to pay the same price as on the menu, which was €26! At the cashier, they told us we were right and hadn't listed the fixed price anywhere, but they didn't do anything to correct their mistake! I think this is improper behavior.

25/09/2025: Price-performance ratio is not right at all.
14/09/2025: I had lunch on Saturday at Ristorante Centrale, in a pleasant setting that conveys a sense of history and tradition. Unfortunately, however, my experience was disappointing in several respects, and the dishes offered did not live up to the (definitely excessive) asking price. The quality-price ratio, therefore, leaves much to be desired. A wasted opportunity; I won't be returning.

10/10/2025: We came in for two coffees and to use the bathroom, only my husband, and for that we paid the extra fee. I can honestly say I've never seen such a dirty bar in my life!!! When we arrived, there was a very elderly lady sitting outside touching her bare feet with her hands. I never would have thought she'd be the one serving us! 😏 Household cups and spoons rinsed under the faucet, and the lady with visibly dirty hands only cleaned hers after making us coffee!
While I was waiting, I also noticed the used and rinsed plastic cups.
We were looking for a toilet, and we found a toilet of a bar.
17/08/2025: The woman served us creamy coffee in a small plastic cup, then charged an exorbitant price. When we asked to pay by card, she told us it wasn't possible and that she had told us in advance (a lie). We also asked to use the restroom, but she said it was out of order.
A terrible experience, not recommended.

22/10/2025: The staff is rude, abrupt, and impolite. The waitress is irritated and irritating, complaining to customers. A €1.90 macchiato and a glass of water cost €0.70... are you kidding? The croissants and brioches are delicious.
19/10/2025: Rude and unpleasant at the cash register, the bathroom was very very very dirty and even though it was pointed out she decided to leave it like that

18/08/2025: Terrible experience! Rude owner! I can't even say the ice cream was good because they didn't sell it to me!
17/08/2025: My first visit to Cremona. After being served at a wonderful place in the square, we went to Pierrot's ice cream shop for some delicious ice cream.
The biggest disappointment I've ever received at a place like this.
The person who greeted us seemed to have a mental problem, as they were incredibly stupid. They didn't put the ice cream I ordered in, and when I told her not to eat it, she started yelling. Even though I asked her to calm down, she became even more hysterical and simply kicked me, my daughter-in-law, and myself out of the place. I've never felt so humiliated.
