20/06/2025: We stopped here to try the take-out food, since we didn't have time to buy groceries. The place is very simple and modest, and I think eating on the spot should only be considered "in an emergency". The welcome at the counter is not too warm, and since everything is freshly prepared I think ordering a little in advance is advisable. However, the food ordered is not bad at all, in fact (and my partner is Japanese), and the cost is definitely reasonable. That's fair enough!

02/06/2025: If I could I would give zero stars. I called to order a dish, and I kindly asked if it contained some ingredients that I can't eat and I was very rudely told that "he didn't understand anything", then I asked if he knew what gluten was and he answered me NO dry, to which I apologized and cancelled the order and he hung up the phone without even letting me finish speaking. Absurd rudeness and indisposition. Too bad, we have been served there for years with the old management and we have always had a great time. A piece of advice, if you don't care about customers (also given the other reviews) close down and change jobs. And for the record, when you go to work in contact with the public in another country, at least learn the language, so you "understand something" when the locals speak to you.

20/06/2025: Great view, authentic staff with nice smiles, bellini with fresh blended peach, big spritzes, big ice cubes, large selection of NA drinks. Snacks slightly stale but they were also free. Not cheap, not fast, but quite lovely.

15/06/2025: Very expensive bar, unfortunately we didn't get the list, we will never return to this place.

07/06/2025: Very rude, doesn't listen properly when ordering - the cappuccino is an insult, any fully automatic machine can do better... What a pity

28/05/2025: Extremely rude, moreover, when you enter, if they say hello, they say hello to anyone; personally when I don't know a person (of any age) I use the formal "lei"; this type of rudeness is a "fashion" especially Italian. Place to absolutely avoid.

12/02/2025: If you are looking for the perfect pizza, this is the right place! The dough is simply sublime: fragrant, light and with the right crunchiness on the outside, while on the inside it remains soft and well leavened. I tried Gorgonzola, prawns and spicy salami… mmmh 👌

24/05/2025: Toilet facilities obligation: Royal Decree no. 1265/1934 establishes the obligation for public catering establishments (bars, restaurants, pizzerias, etc.) to offer toilet facilities to customers. I go in, sit at the outside table, and while I wait to order I see the toilet and I start to go in, from afar, at the counter, a gentleman who I assume is the owner gets angry, "this is my house, don't you ask permission to go into the bathroom? I'm the one who cleans it" and this repeatedly in a loud voice despite a girl next to him asking him to stop. Conclusion I go away, he loses 4 lunches but gains a suggestion: get a T.S.O.

15/05/2025: The service was kind and helpful. But dear Locanda dei Cordai, to be honest, how sad the fried frozen cutlet is. How sad the salad in a hard bag with rotten leaves. 1 kg of bread. Why? I don't want to be mortifying but for the owner I would just like to suggest something fresher and homemade. We have recipes at a very low cost and all it would take is a little love of culinary homeland. Terrible experience. I'm sorry
