02/09/2025: They only kept the name from the old Panis. After the change of management, everything got drastically worse. They kept the photos of the pizzas from the old management, but the dough has nothing to do with them. It's a real shame because the pizza was truly exceptional at the old place. I won't be returning.
23/05/2025: I went to eat at Panis after discovering it on Instagram, I had high expectations about their pizza seeing their workmanship so I was a little scared they wouldn't live up to it.... instead they exceeded expectations and by far, the pizza was delicious, light, thin but also crunchy, I tried the cloud dough, also very good, my advice on the cloud is to divide it so you can appreciate it better, very fast and efficient service. I put 4 stars in the service only because I don't go crazy about the soft light but despite this I'm waiting for them to reopen to go back!!! best pizzeria in Crema hands down

31/08/2025: It's a nice place, with potential that's not yet fully exploited. Both the burgers and fries are good, as are the platters; the cocktails (spritz) are not only colorful, but also well-prepared. The appetizers offered with the cocktails could be improved; perhaps it's better to focus on something more traditional, like fries, bruschetta, pieces of focaccia, etc. The service could be improved, as even with just a few tables, it's not always prompt. Furthermore, the food served with the aperitivo should be commensurate with the number of people.

The menu is in digital format; it can only be viewed on a mobile phone.

12/10/2025: A local trattoria specializing in torta fritta (fried cake) served with cured meats, cheeses, and pickles.
The dough was very light and not at all heavy, and we also tried fried fish with polenta.
There's also the option, included in the price, to enjoy the torta fritta with Nutelline.
Excellent value for money.

13/10/2025: We ate at Al Sottopasso with a group and were completely satisfied! The pizza is highly recommended – nice and thin, crispy, and even the regular size is perfectly filling. Although we don't speak Italian, communication wasn't a problem – a friendly waitress spoke some English and was very helpful. The prices are fair and completely reasonable. Plus, there's plenty of parking right outside. A definite recommendation – we'll be back! 🍕🇮🇹
