12/04/2026: We had lunch with friends today. The atmosphere was nice and well-kept. It could be much better if it were there; this is my recommendation: better management skills both in the kitchen and at the table. I asked for water three times before it was brought, and I asked for wine twice. They don't have a wine list, and I believe it's the owner who gives the wine recommendations verbally. This system can be intimidating for those who have to ask the price of the wine. A wine list would solve the problem. The food...: The giardiniera vegetables weren't crunchy at all...they tasted like vegetables cooked in vinegar. The pasta was good, al dente. Service...: The appetizer course was brought without the plates. The plates (advice!) shouldn't be passed around. After finishing the appetizer, we waited 45 minutes for the first course. Good wine, but (I recommend) opening the bottle in front of the customer and not at the cashier and then bringing it open to the table...no...no...no. The real gem is the coffee. We ask the waiter for coffee, and he passes it on to the waitress, who responds with a yes...and then continues talking to the customer who just paid, which is fine, but then she starts drying the glasses, and when she sees us get up to leave...she decides to make coffees.
