02/09/2025: They only kept the name from the old Panis. After the change of management, everything got drastically worse. They kept the photos of the pizzas from the old management, but the dough has nothing to do with them. It's a real shame because the pizza was truly exceptional at the old place. I won't be returning.
23/05/2025: I went to eat at Panis after discovering it on Instagram. I had high expectations for their pizza, seeing how they make it, so I was a little worried they wouldn't live up to expectations. Instead, they far exceeded my expectations. The pizza was delicious: light, thin, and crispy. I tried the Nuvola dough, which was also delicious. My advice for the Nuvola is to split it, as it's better appreciated. The service was very fast and efficient. I only gave it 4 stars because I'm not crazy about the dim lighting, but despite that, I'm waiting for them to reopen so I can go back! Hands down, the best pizzeria in Crema.

19/01/2026: Frequented for excellent business lunches and dinners, good quality and reasonable prices. It's a family-run establishment that immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel at home. Service is fast, thanks to the staff, made up of well-organized young women, who are above all wonderful, friendly, and always ready to smile. This, in my opinion, is the most important thing when it comes to making a first impression on customers. If anyone needs to clear their head, head to the restroom. There's plenty of fresh water to refresh your mind and remind yourself that this is the right place to be and return to. Always.
28/12/2025: The business lunch is in line with the fixed-price menus. Unfortunately, the outdoor restrooms are beyond reasonable standards, both in terms of construction and maintenance, and are especially difficult for women.

05/02/2026: I organized an aperitif for my son's 18th birthday and I have to compliment the owner and staff. They are very friendly and attentive to their customers' needs. The value for money far exceeded our expectations. I've lived in Spino for over 10 years and only discovered this wonderful place a few years ago. The food is excellent, too! Highly recommended, and there's plenty of parking!
