29/11/2025: Unfortunately, we arrived to find the restaurant closed 😭 The area is so beautiful, and the walkways were like a story or a dream you never wanted to wake up from. You feel like even the pictures don't do justice to what you see. Glory be to the Creator.
30/10/2025: I wanted to like the food more, but overall I felt the experience and the food were overpriced. Bellagio is expensive, but there are better options with better food in town.

04/12/2025: Beautiful restaurant with excellent service. The food was mid. I got the fish ravioli with saffron sauce and I did not like it at all. I did try the mushroom steak and it was really good though. I also didn’t like the pizza that much. Overall it was a good experience, but not worth it to me.
04/12/2025: The most delicious pizza I've had in Italy! Light on the stomach, generously portioned, and so tasty you'll want to come back again and again ❤️

20/07/2025: We had a really fantastic lunch here. The service is impeccable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing.
This restaurant also has an excellent location with good views of the lake and after eating there is a lovely outside bar area you can relax with cocktails.
A top class experience.
12/07/2025: Fine dining by the pool and breathtaking views of Lake Como. This 5 star dining experience is nestled in the Grand Hotel Villa — a lodging experience that is unmistakably luxurious. The food here is good, but the service could be smarter and more attentive. But overall, it remains a memorable brunch experience.

02/10/2025: ㅎㅎㅎ The old man who makes coffee here is so cute. He showed me the author's name in the novel, explained the area using a map because he was born here, and even let me take a picture of him. ㅋ. Of course, the snacks tasted like supermarket products, but the coffee was really delicious. Since Bellagio has different prices, I paid 3 euros for a cappuccino and 2 euros for a snack. I thought they didn't accept credit cards, but they did😀
I gave him 2 euros first and he paid the rest by card.
I think I made some good memories at Bellagio thanks to him. Thank you.

09/09/2025: I must say that despite the less than stellar reviews, we ate well. Recommended by the staff, we had three delicious fish-based first courses (some fresh, some frozen), two fried calamari and shrimp dishes (frozen but good), well-fried, crispy, and not greasy, and a roast swordfish and shrimp. Three excellent, freshly made tiramisu concluded the meal. The wine was good, and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend it.
08/09/2025: For a few years now, we have been regularly frequenting this lovely place during our holidays in Salento. Good food, good service, and excellent value for money, both for a pizzeria and a restaurant. All of this is often accompanied by background music, which is always a plus. I highly recommend it!

14/11/2025: During our week-long stay around the lake, these were the best pizzas we ate during our trip.
12/11/2025: Unfortunately, we weren't able to eat here because ordering a pizza and two Aperols wasn't enough for the staff; each person had to order one dish. The waiter told us to leave, despite our request to change our order and order a second pizza, and asking about dessert and the wait time. I don't recommend it – the service was very rude, despite our friendly attitude and willingness to order. :)
The waiter simply refused to take our order, took the menu, and said bye-bye.

10/10/2025: Disorganization at its worst. I waited at the counter to order. Three people were behind the counter, completely unorganized, each doing their own thing without ever checking in on the other customers. When someone finally noticed there were people waiting to order, they couldn't do so because someone else had to come to the table. During the entire time I was waiting, I observed that the order taker was only bringing drinks, not going to the new customers waiting. Other customers waiting at the tables outside were also annoyed by the service delay.

09/10/2025: The hotel is historic which I like, location was excellent, rooms and food were terrible. Service was good. They gave us a water kettle and tea bags when we asked for them.
08/10/2025: Friendly and keen to serve staff, fantastic location and a nice breakfast.
Unfortunately our stay was spoiled by frequent cockroach visitations in the bathroom!! It would have been at least a 4 star....

The cleaning was awful; they refused to change the dirty cutlery for no reason.
The waiters were rude.
They added items to our bill that we didn't order.
The restaurant is filthy, and the staff are rude and add items to the bill that you didn't order. I don't recommend visiting it.
