20/07/2025: We had a really fantastic lunch here. The service is impeccable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. This restaurant also has an excellent location with good views of the lake and after eating there is a lovely outside bar area you can relax with cocktails. A top class experience.

12/07/2025: Fine dining by the pool and breathtaking views of Lake Como. This 5 star dining experience is nestled in the Grand Hotel Villa — a lodging experience that is unmistakably luxurious. The food here is good, but the service could be smarter and more attentive. But overall, it remains a memorable brunch experience.

21/10/2025: The place is nice and rustic, with a lot of character, however the food was very salty and bland. Despite the pasta being home-made, the sauces were nothing special and we left feeling that we honestly make better pasta dishes at home (not how you want to feel whilst on holiday in Italy!). The staff began nice and friendly but towards closing time (9pm, quite early) were quite pushy to get us to leave. The tiramisu arrived in traditional moka coffee pots which was a nice touch but aside from that was nothing special either.

21/10/2025: Loved eating here. As an italian, the lasagna tasted homemade and just like from my nonna (in a very positive way). Pesto pasta was also delicious. You could taste the fresh ingredients and strong flavor of them which I haven‘t experienced anywhere else until now. The atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous. The music, the hand painted menu, everything just felt like you were in a romantic movie. The only downside for were that the pesto pasta was a bit too salty and the prices.. other than that perfect.

01/10/2025: I didn't check this place's reviews before we sat down or else I probably wouldn't have even gone here, but we were pleasantly surprised. We ended up going here the next day as well. The service isn't that great, but our salads were fresh and hit the spot. The portions were good, the lake view is optimal, and you can't beat this price. 11€ for a big fresh salad with protein and no coperto right on the lake is a win for me!

03/10/2025: Excellent food at a very good price. The lasagna is excellent.

02/10/2025: The penne arrabbiata and spaghetti carbonara were adequate, the grilled vegetables and bread were very good, and the house sparkling white wine was light and sweet. Excellent value for money. If you're not looking for the lakeside terrace, it's fine.

01/10/2025: We dined here for eight nights, due to the lovely food, friendly hosts. Tonight was our last night as we're flying home tomorrow. We are sad to leave our "go to" restaurant but we are grateful for the wonderful service and delicious food. When we return to Bellagio you will be the first to know!! Grazie Ian & Margaret

27/09/2025: We arrived at 2:30 p.m. and were rushed into our order. They gave us an open bottle of water when every table had a lid, so it was tap water. We ordered a grilled meat platter, and the waiter asked us what we wanted as a side dish, which they charged us separately. They charge for cutlery, which wouldn't bother me if the food was good quality; the lasagna didn't seem that way. One of the waiters just looked at us with a sour face. If he doesn't like his job, he should have studied.

09/09/2025: I must say that despite the less than stellar reviews, we ate well. Recommended by the staff, we had three delicious fish-based first courses (some fresh, some frozen), two fried calamari and shrimp dishes (frozen but good), well-fried, crispy, and not greasy, and a roast swordfish and shrimp. Three excellent, freshly made tiramisu concluded the meal. The wine was good, and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend it.

08/09/2025: For a few years now, we have been regularly frequenting this lovely place during our holidays in Salento. Good food, good service, and excellent value for money, both for a pizzeria and a restaurant. All of this is often accompanied by background music, which is always a plus. I highly recommend it!

29/09/2025: I’ve made better food at home. Food was bland and looked/tasted premade and reheated. They also charge you for bread that they bring to the table without asking. Would not go back. Do not recommend. Edit: the bread is in fine print on the menu that they give you AFTER it was already served at the table. Just another way they try to take an extra few euros. Overall overpriced and not good, do not get trapped here.

28/09/2025: Catastrophic... nothing was right Except the waiters who were friendly But it's a good tourist trap ☹️

10/10/2025: Disorganization at its worst. I waited at the counter to order. Three people were behind the counter, completely unorganized, each doing their own thing without ever checking in on the other customers. When someone finally noticed there were people waiting to order, they couldn't do so because someone else had to come to the table. During the entire time I was waiting, I observed that the order taker was only bringing drinks, not going to the new customers waiting. Other customers waiting at the tables outside were also annoyed by the service delay.

09/10/2025: The hotel is historic which I like, location was excellent, rooms and food were terrible. Service was good. They gave us a water kettle and tea bags when we asked for them.

08/10/2025: Friendly and keen to serve staff, fantastic location and a nice breakfast. Unfortunately our stay was spoiled by frequent cockroach visitations in the bathroom!! It would have been at least a 4 star....

08/09/2025: Shocking service, there was duck poop on the tablecloth and when asking the staff to change the tablecloth, it was like I asked her for her first born son. Then the food, tasteless and not fresh. The "home made" Lasagna had just come out of the microwave. For a beautiful location and island, the food and service was the complete opposite.

17/08/2025: Food is not bad but is far from good. Chocolate cake with vanila ice cream looked like grocery store bought choko muffin. Yes, terrace and lake view are nice but not worth it.
