20/08/2024: All the food is frozen or pre-cooked, they don't have a kitchen, you can see the frozen pizzas and how they heat them right away, it's shameful what they charge and how they deceive customers. In addition, the prices are expensive, it takes half an hour to serve you and there are 4 waitresses watching, while the “cook” heats up the frozen pizzas and lasagnas. I add photos of the frozen pizza and lasagna, there you have your “kitchen”, for those who don't believe it, and whoever goes, show them the wood oven 😂 I hope people stop going and don't cheat anymore.

15/08/2024: Great address! With a crowd of people and well they were willing to take us! We were on the small terrace behind, quiet. Very good dishes and at reasonable prices. It’s probably trays but it’s still good and not expensive! So it’s up to you to choose!! The staff is very friendly! Thanks everyone!

10/08/2024: I was genuinely looking forward to revisiting this restaurant, having had such a wonderful experience a year ago. This time, I brought my whole family, hoping to recreate those fond memories, but unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. The service was disappointingly poor, with the waitstaff displaying a rude demeanor that left us feeling unwelcome. To make matters worse, the man in white, who I assumed was the host, responded to our simple request to take our order with an unnecessarily snappy tone. It was disheartening to see such a decline in service quality, especially when we had anticipated an enjoyable evening together.

29/09/2024: Nos alojamos en el Florence Hotel por 5 noches y terminamos utilizando el restaurante Florencia 3 veces porque el restaurante era muy bueno. La comida es fantástica! Y seleccionado de un menú bastante conciso. La calidad de los ingredientes es tan fresca y la cocina y la presentación es fácilmente lo que se encuentra en un restaurante de alta gama. El personal es amable, informado y muy profesional en ese trabajo dirigido por Marco el gerente que se enorgullece mucho de su trabajo. Muchas gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan agradable. 07/09/2024: Hermoso restaurante en Bellagio. Desafortunadamente estaba lloviendo durante nuestra reserva en este restaurante. El personal era brillante y nos trasladaron dentro en el comedor formal, que era hermoso. La comida era increíble y todo el personal era excepcional en este lugar - muy amable y profesional. Muy recomendable!

27/08/2024: 50 minutes of waiting for 2 pizzas that never arrived! We decide to get up and leave, 14€ cashed for 1 coke and a carafe of water!! The boss tells me that it's normal to wait, there are people, except that all the tables that arrived after us were served before us! I do not recommend!

27/08/2024: We can't give 1 star and that's a shame. The 3 star rating clearly shows the low level of this restaurant chain to the owner who tries to set the mood by making his customers clap their hands but that is not enough to raise the level of the restaurant. 45 minutes of waiting, 37 customers served before us yet arrived after. 2 reminders to the waitress but she clearly didn't care. We leave asking to pay for the drink served and we are asked to pay 14€ after negotiation. You're not dreaming, the boss wanted to make us pay €50, the entire bill even though we didn't eat anything. In short, to flee. We understand better the low comments it has received to date, it is even for certain the worst restaurant of a 15-day vacation in Italy!

02/11/2024: Il posto é unico, proprio davanti al lago con l vino sta di Bellagio e di Tremezzo. Il livello della cucina è molto buono, con ingredienti freschi e cucinati al momento. É un po’ caro, ma in linea con il lago di Como. Io ci vado spessissimo e mi piace un sacco. Il personale è molto gentile e friendly

01/10/2024: Gente muy agradable y lugar idílico. La gente del bar literalmente fue más allá de lo que yo digo mi teléfono. Posibilidad de nadar y jugar con las piedras para los niños también

24/08/2024: La qualité des plats ne vaut pas le prix demander. Nous y sommes allé il y a quelques jours la cuisine est fade, le canard mal cuit et il restait encore des bouts de plume.... Bref, le ramage n'est pas à la hauteur du plumage... 😅

26/08/2024: I can’t comment on the food as we didn’t have any, it was early morning so atmosphere once again wasn’t great but I can’t negatively comment for that either. The pool was Dirty, they told me there was a party the night before with people drinking in the pool, however the dirt and grime build up made me think this wasn’t the sole contributor of the problem, none of the chairs sun visors stay up they need to be tightened with a certain key however the staff didn’t have this key, the women who worked there were lovely and issued me a refund for the entry I paid for the pool so I have to say the service was good as far as i am concerned it just seems like this place was opened and had minimal time effort and money put into it. Simply there to reap the rewards of a full summer of tourism in Bellagio.

04/08/2024: Prices for day beds and umbrellas are okay and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately the food is a disaster (especially the warm meals). We ordered two different pasta dishes. Both seemed like microwave meals and arrived cold at our table. The pictures online are totally misleading and in no way represent the actual dishes served. If you decide to come here I recommend to come here without ordering food.

10/08/2024: Positioned beautifully on the foreshore stretch of the main town, this restaurant appears to have charm and class however what was served on our plates tasted worse than what our local supermarket serves as microwave meals. Such a shame in such an idyllic location. Service was also very unfriendly and unprofessional.

06/12/2024: Me and my friend regret the choice of this restaurant..The food was bad,the young waiter seems a bit rude(i wasnt feeling welcome to his place)..The only good things were the nice view of the lake and the fast serve of the food..

05/12/2024: Place away from the tourist area. Good food, normal prices, not too disproportionate. We went for lunch on a working day and it was full of locals, meaning that it is difficult to find a place with better quality/price in Bellagio.

31/10/2024: El servicio increíblemente malo carecía de cualquier cálido sentido de hospitalidad, y la comida era deficiente. Además de la actitud menos importante del personal, me sirvieron un plato frío de pappardelle con ragut. Pregunté cuándo podría llamar la atención del camarero si podría ser un plato caliente de pasta. Supongo que calentaron el mismo plato y volvió algo caliente. ¡Qué demonios! ¿Qué restaurante en Italia hace esto? Sin mencionar que mi cheque era de $95. 00 para mí por nada en realidad. Un almuerzo memorable en Bellagio. Creo que esto se permite debido a los muchos turistas que siguen llegando. Independientemente de cómo sean tratados o servidos, seguirán llegando. ¿Por qué le importaría al personal o al restaurante? Tenga cuidado y decir algo en el momento 0f este tipo de trato de los clientes sucede.

01/11/2024: Stunning location, magnificent view, very helpful and polite staff, well looked after service, simply delicious and plentiful dishes thanks to Marta, the family and all the staff.

23/10/2024: We went for dinner at La Pergola for 2 nights out of the 4 that we stayed in Bellagio. We had the best service and dinner both times. The waiter was so friendly and welcoming and looked after us so well. The food was just wonderful too with a varied menu with lots to choose from. Their champagne is also delicious! Thank you to all and enjoy your well earned time off at the end of the season.

03/08/2024: We waited 35 minutes to receive the appetizers (including the invitation not to order the missoltini). After 35 minutes the starters arrive and after just 5 minutes the first courses too. By the time we finished the appetizers and first courses we ate them cold. Zero apologies or desire to solve the obvious problem. I will never return.

05/07/2024: I've never been served such a sad dish at restaurant.... My son of 12 can cook better. I'll let the picture speak for itself: dry fish ( had to be cod but was definitely not)with a crust around, which is much tastier from the freezer in the supermarket and some hot vegetables without any seasoning. Nothing of salt & pepper or olive oil as you had to ask for this separately.

04/09/2024: I’m afraid the poor reviews are right. Ok for an aperitif - they can’t ruin a cold drink and the Pimms was ok. But don’t go there for food or coffee. I could not believe Italians could make such terrible coffee.

30/08/2024: Bezocht in januari 2024. Een van de weinigen bar die open was waar je wat kon eten en drinken. Kwaliteit redelijk tot matig. Vrij prijzig.

23/09/2024: Permítanme empezar diciendo que la comida y el vino era genial. Ahora vamos a la espera. Había dos señoritas y las dos eran extremadamente impacientes y groseras. La única persona agradable era el tipo que nos sentó. Ambas hembras actuaron como si nos estuvieran haciendo un favor al llevar nuestra comida a la mesa. Hice una señal a una de las damas, para que pudiera pedir una segunda copa de vino y ella dijo ESPERA de tal manera que sentí como si me equivocara al preguntar. Entiendo que están inundados de turistas que vienen a través de tours, pero al final del día, nosotros los turistas ayudamos a estimular su economía🥟 y tenemos opciones.

07/09/2024: Abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile cenare alle 21:40 sapevamo fosse tardi ma il cameriere ci rispose che non era un problema e che potevano accomodarci dove volevamo, ci siamo accomodati dopo poco arriva la cameriera che ci chiede cosa volessimo bere e ci lascia il menù ci precisa che avrebbe mandato un altra cameriera a prendere l’ordine delle pizze, aspettiamo ma non arriva nessuno.. ci stavano palesemente evitando pensavo fossero solo impegnati solo poco dopo abbiamo capito fermando una cameriera che in realtà la cucina era chiusa erano le 22:02 e che la cucina chiudeva alle 22:00 ovviamente ci è stato detto in maniera molto arrogante eravamo scioccati come se quelli sbagliati fossimo noi, é stato così surreale. Abbiamo girato altri quattro ristoranti che giustamente erano già chiusi, ringraziamo la pizzeria per averci lasciato a digiuno e per averci fatto perdere mezz’ora!
