16/01/2025: Quiero advertirle que evite hacer reservas en este restaurante e ingresar los datos de su tarjeta de crédito. Tuve una experiencia preocupante donde, a pesar de llamar al restaurante desde nuestro hotel para informarles que no podríamos hacer nuestra reserva debido al último ferry que salió antes de nuestra hora de reserva, todavía cobraron a mi tarjeta $ 166 por no presentarse. Afortunadamente, pagué con una tarjeta Amex, y me reembolsaron, pero aún así fue una experiencia muy inquietante. También traté de contactar al restaurante para hablar con el gerente, pero el responsable, Pietro, me dijo que la gerente, María Apatria, se negó a hablar conmigo. Tenga cuidado si decide hacer una reserva aquí.

29/09/2024: Nos alojamos en el Florence Hotel por 5 noches y terminamos utilizando el restaurante Florencia 3 veces porque el restaurante era muy bueno. La comida es fantástica! Y seleccionado de un menú bastante conciso. La calidad de los ingredientes es tan fresca y la cocina y la presentación es fácilmente lo que se encuentra en un restaurante de alta gama. El personal es amable, informado y muy profesional en ese trabajo dirigido por Marco el gerente que se enorgullece mucho de su trabajo. Muchas gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan agradable. 07/09/2024: Hermoso restaurante en Bellagio. Desafortunadamente estaba lloviendo durante nuestra reserva en este restaurante. El personal era brillante y nos trasladaron dentro en el comedor formal, que era hermoso. La comida era increíble y todo el personal era excepcional en este lugar - muy amable y profesional. Muy recomendable!

23/10/2024: We went for dinner at La Pergola for 2 nights out of the 4 that we stayed in Bellagio. We had the best service and dinner both times. The waiter was so friendly and welcoming and looked after us so well. The food was just wonderful too with a varied menu with lots to choose from. Their champagne is also delicious! Thank you to all and enjoy your well earned time off at the end of the season.

06/01/2025: The Metropole enjoys a very exclusive location directly on the lake. There's no more beautiful place than sipping a red wine on a lakeside balcony and enjoying the magnificent view. The rooms are small and were only partially renovated. A general renovation is currently underway, and we're excited to see the results. The restaurant was never worth mentioning. We rarely had breakfast there. Here, we hope for a more beautiful interior and, above all, a more appropriate dining concept... Current opening year: 2026...

10/01/2025: My sister and I loved staying here while visiting Lake Como. A wonderful location with an exceptional view. The staff was very helpful with recommendations for going out to eat, as well as getting around to the other towns on Lake Como. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and a wonderful view! Free parking and a lovely balcony view! The room was a little the smaller side but still very comfortable.

03/08/2024: We waited 35 minutes to receive the appetizers (including the invitation not to order the missoltini). After 35 minutes the starters arrive and after just 5 minutes the first courses too. By the time we finished the appetizers and first courses we ate them cold. Zero apologies or desire to solve the obvious problem. I will never return.

24/03/2025: A lesson in contempt in the heart of Bellagio. No welcome, no attention, just cold indifference. After begging for a menu five times, one of the waiters deigned to throw one at us, without a word, like trash. To order? A parade of waiters too busy running away from their customers. “My colleague,” said one, walking away without even slowing down. A sketch. We left without looking back. May this place live on its tourist location, because certainly not on its professionalism. An absolute shame.

25/03/2025: We stopped for a coffee while taking in the views. We expected it to be more expensive given the location, but the price was right. Good coffee, a very pleasant terrace, and very friendly staff.

24/03/2025: Great views of the lake. They don't charge a cover charge or a terrace fee! The drinks and dishes are reasonably priced: a small beer is 4 euros, a glass of house wine is 4 euros, and they also include an appetizer with the drink: chips, olives, and peanuts. They advertise on the menu that the food is pre-cooked, so no one should be disappointed. The prices are affordable: around 10 euros for pasta dishes, 12/13 euros for cheese and cold cuts. They also offer sandwiches, desserts, and breakfasts. A very good option if you're looking for views and reasonable prices. If you want home-style cooking, look elsewhere. The only downside is that there are some annoying pigeons, but that's not their fault.
