06/07/2026: We ate really well, particularly enjoying the lake fish appetizers and the char for the main course. The place is well-maintained, charming, and peaceful, offering shade and fresh air on hot days. The staff was exceptionally kind, bringing us boiling water and breadcrumbs to add to our 8-month-old's food and even offering to wash her plate (brought from home) after the meal. Highly recommended!

08/07/2026: A pleasant lunch for four including two kids. We shared a platter while the kids had sandwiches, which were delightful although we thought we had ordered panini when we actually got wraps. The Indian Pacific Ale was delightful. Good service and grateful for the tolerance of my terrible Italian.

07/07/2026: Okay for a drink. A rip-off for lunch or dinner. €16 for a plate with clover instead of salad, half a diced tomato, walnuts and red peppers, with canned mushrooms... €16... And what about the lasagna at €17? The sauce was incredibly sour... Tasteless, the cheese must have been at the bottom of the lake... They even charged me for a bottle of tap water... The presence of the lake absolutely does not justify this outdated price-quality ratio... especially for Italy, which should be offering something different. And to top it all off, the parking fees are €2.50 per hour...

14/06/2026: Had a terrorific vibes, there was no service at all to clean the room, and the air conditioning and the refrigerator doesn’t work well and the refrigerator has a disgusting smell

28/12/2025: Good service and a very cozy place. It’s definitely in a touristy area, so expect tourist prices; quite high compared to nearby areas with less tourist traffic.

28/12/2025: A small, charming shop that should definitely stay just the way it is! Authentic, genuine, affordable, and Italian... All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

07/08/2026: Highly recommend for a delicious pizza or calzone. We ordered both, both were fantastically done. The servings appear large, but the crust is thin, so would recommend 1 pizza per adult. Prices were very good, a margarita pizza for 11 euro. We sat on the upper terrace, which was nice. Service was normal! It’s a busy place.

05/08/2026: I told the waiter to take away the previous things of the people who left or waited 30 minutes still no waiter came to take away or asked again and he told me wait after 10 minutes or asked and he told me I'm not from this section and then he told me to wait after waiting a little more no one came just because I was Muslim?

16/05/2026: The service was very friendly, but the prices were exorbitant for such small portions. Basic pasta dishes cost €22! And they had no qualms about serving a cold espresso with no crema for €3. I asked for another one, which was barely any better. Clearly a tourist trap.

09/06/2026: This review is for the outdoor restaurant. The margarita pizza is delicious! If I were to visit Bellagio again and crave pizza, I'd definitely go there! Without hesitation!

04/06/2026: Just got here and having spent some time at a lovely hotel in Garda this was disappointing. So many issues that if they addressed them this might be a decent hotel. Issues included No fridge/ mini bar Tepid water in the tiny shower Cheap plastic shower cubicle Curtains that don't fully close When we walked up the steep incline to the pool there was dog faeces on the grass Tiny lift Air-conditioning unit that is too noisy No hand towels Stupid little packets of shampoo but no conditioner Wardrobe space inadequate I could go on but if I just say it's a tired old hotel needing an upgrade you will get the picture FURTHER TO THIS Having just got of the lake ferry we have been moved to a much nicer room which has been brought into the 21st century and we are much happier. So, apart from a minor issue and one very surly waiter who was rude to my wife yesterday things look much better today. The staff have been very helpful today.

08/08/2026: ⭐ 1/5 — Overrated and Very Disappointing Experience Last night, my wife, our three children, and I had dinner at Ristorante Bilacus in Bellagio. We had made a reservation in advance and were genuinely excited to dine here, especially given the restaurant’s reputation and beautiful location. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, we found the staff to be unfriendly, inattentive, and lacking the professionalism and knowledge we expected from a restaurant with this reputation. We ordered several dishes based specifically on recommendations from our waiter and other staff members, expecting something special. I even ordered the meat dish that was presented to me as one of their best and most notable selections. Unfortunately, neither that dish nor the overall meal lived up to the expectations that had been created. The menu also felt quite limited, and overall we found the food to be nothing particularly special or memorable. The location and setting are certainly attractive, and the ambiance itself is nice. However, a beautiful setting alone does not create a great dining experience. The restaurant lacked the warm, welcoming, positive energy and hospitality that we have experienced at many other restaurants throughout Italy. When you combine the disappointing food, limited menu, inattentive service, and unfriendly attitude of the staff, the restaurant simply felt very overrated to us. Unfortunately, despite the nice Bellagio location, we left disappointed and would not recommend Ristorante Bilacus based on our family’s experience. I kept it firm but factual and based on your personal experience, which generally makes a negative review more credible and effective.

19/07/2026: Aside from the girl's embarrassing kindness and the fast service (but you have to eat everything quickly, single-flavor fried foods that all taste like fish, and the pizza). We weren't happy with the dough, which was rubbery; when we booked, we asked to watch the World Cup final, but the TV wouldn't connect (we ended up watching it on our cell phone), and despite the outdoor seating, it was scorching hot. Furthermore, after we handed over our written order, they forgot one pizza.

23/05/2026: If you are a foreign don't stop here for drink and food. We have ordered 4 drinks and one appetitive and ended to pay 53.50€ Food was absolutely awful. Very rude personal and at the end charged us 12€ for tabe extra Avoid this local if you are foreign

14/06/2026: Very disappointing experience. Don’t go here. It’s a prime location, but the service and atmosphere were poor. We left before ordering, so I can’t comment on the food. Leaving was already awkward, but staff reacted aggressively, which made the situation genuinely uncomfortable.

10/10/2025: Disorganization at its worst. I waited at the counter to order. Three people were behind the counter, completely unorganized, each doing their own thing without ever checking in on the other customers. When someone finally noticed there were people waiting to order, they couldn't do so because someone else had to come to the table. During the entire time I was waiting, I observed that the order taker was only bringing drinks, not going to the new customers waiting. Other customers waiting at the tables outside were also annoyed by the service delay.

04/05/2026: A very slick operation at the Rossi. Visited twice to have a drink and watch the world go by. Moderate prices.

04/05/2026: We came here for drinks the view was amazing and the service was exceptional. We had crisps and olives come to our table after every drink ordered. I recommend the Hugo spritz it was delicious.
