22/05/2025: Very rude staff! We wanted to eat here but the waiter, Stefano(he told me it’s his real name but I doubt it was real), was extremely rude and impolite. We politely asked for a table, he looked us up and down,and told us it was break time. I asked why, since I’ve traveled to many countries and have never encountered restaurant breaks like this,especially with 3–4 staff members standing around and nearly every single table taken. He replied, “Maybe in the streets where you eat, there are no breaks.” I later returned to ask for his name, and he continued being rude and laughed in my face... I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior,completely unacceptable. I understand if he said that politely,but he literally laughed at us. And to be honest,he was such an unpleasant person,I would not recommend going there,trust me even if the food ‘was good’ You leave this place with a bitter taste in your mouth bc the waiters literally make fun of you :) And as I’ve seen the restaurant’s replying to 1 star reviews is also rude and sarcastic) Avoid this place ! :)

03/04/2025: Lo que notamos después de venir en tren desde Suiza es lo barato que es en Italia en comparación con lo que hemos estado pagando. Estábamos basados en Varenna, así que usamos mucho los transbordadores durante 2 días, así que nos bajamos en Bellagio, que es hermoso pero muy ocupado. Caminamos por una calle trasera para encontrar una plaza bastante tranquila donde por suerte tuvimos una mesa afuera al sol. Cerveza grande 6€ y cerveza pequeña 4€ , con este café hay una tienda adjunta donde pudimos comprar un gran paquete de patatas fritas a 3€ . 50 y los comeremos con nuestras bebidas.

06/02/2025: Great pizza and coffee, even talked with Rossano and told him about a car issue we were having and he just called his friend for us and tried to help us. 10/10 service!

07/05/2025: Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour le déjeuner par jour de pluie. Côte de veau à la milanaise qui était excellente. Cadre sobre, bonnes recommandations de vin. Nous avons passé un bon moment.

02/05/2025: Posto molto bello in centro storico Bellagio, ma paghi solo la location , troppo caro per quello che mangi . Non ne vale la pena , cotoletta con patate dure a 28 euro , risotti a 23 euro , 5 gnocchi messi nel piatto che sanno solo di zafferano a 18 euro , manco da Borghese sono così i prezzi servizio di bassa qualita'. Locale solo per stranieri , giusto pagare il buon cibo ma non è questo il ristorante , evitate!

30/03/2025: Sono stato con mia moglie oggi a pranzo e al di là del servizio il pranzo non mi ha soddisfatto. Il menù è fisso senza possibilità di scelta, e prevede: antipasto (secondo me' un po' scarso soprattutto come contorno ai salumi), Nessun primo piatto (che io adoro) Due secondi con la polenta uncia come contorno (un po' pesante, il gulasch un po' duro, mentre il coniglio buono) Il dolce (solo Due scelte) ed il caffè, 2 bottiglie d' acqua, il tutto per 30€ a testa (non poco per la qualità ed il tipo di menù), per questo non ci tornerei e non lo consiglierei, mi spiace ma non sono d'accordo con altre recensioni lette. 30/03/2025: Three stars tending to two, because I didn't like it. The menu is fixed without the possibility of choice, and includes: appetizer (in my opinion a bit poor especially as a side dish to the cold cuts), No first course (which I love) Two second courses with polenta uncia as a side dish (a bit heavy, the goulash a bit hard, while the rabbit is good) Dessert (only two choices) and coffee, 2 bottles of water, all for €30 per person (not a little for the quality and type of menu), for this reason I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it, I'm sorry but I don't agree with other reviews I've read. 19/05/2025: Nunca me habían tratado tan horriblemente entrando en un restaurante. Vine aquí el año pasado y me encantó mi comida, así que volví para tener el tiramisú de nuevo. El anfitrión estaba a punto de sentarnos cuando dije que queríamos tiramisú y dijo que esto no es un bar. No veo cómo un postre y bebidas implica que el restaurante es un bar cuando el restaurante está completamente vacío en primer lugar. Una interacción horrible y grosera. Nunca más volveré a darle mi negocio a este lugar.

18/05/2025: Vu la foule partout, nous sommes entrés à la Lanterne où il y avait de la place, nous avons commandé chacun un plat de pâtes, mais constaté que les pris ne figuraient pas sur les menus... les pâtes étaient bonnes, sans plus. deux personnes sur quatre ont pris un tiramisu en dessert, servi original dans une cafetière Bialetti (partie haute), bon comme partout ailleurs, et 4 cafés + 2 bouteilles d'eau. total 136 euros !!! en fait chaque plat de pâtes est facturé 22€ et chaque dessert 15€ soit le double habituel des restaurants. déco sympa, service rapide et personnel gentil, rien à dire sur ce plan. cependant bilan négatif : piège à touristes des pires. A fuir !!! nous avons vu plus tard d'autres restaurants beaucoup plus abordables avec vue sur le lac en plus...

13/05/2025: We visited this restaurant after recommendations but it did not meet our expectations at all. There were people waiting which makes sense due to the restaurant's reviews combined with its size. The waitress was unpleasant to rude. The food nothing special at all, the bread not fresh, the sizes of the dishes small and generally I felt I shouldn't have visited this place. If you happen to come accross it and there is table maybe it's worth it but definitely not waiting to find a table.

12/05/2025: Great food and drink, superb service, arrive by 7pm to avoid waiting. But it would be worth the wait.

11/05/2025: Our family of 8 visited Salice Blu for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The food was excellent, and the chef Luigi made us feel quite special. The decor and the service were all excellent. We made our reservation in advance through the website.

21/04/2025: Nuestro restaurante favorito en Bellagio. Es un taxi corto desde la orilla del lago, a solo cinco minutos en coche hasta la cima de la colina. El restaurante es precioso por dentro y por fuera. Nos sentamos dentro donde pudimos ver al chef Luigi y su familia preparar las comidas. Luigi seleccionó el vino y preparó cócteles junto a la mesa. Camilla seleccionó un aceite de oliva fantástico que era tan bueno que nos llevamos a casa tres botellas extra. Mamá Flora preparó con cariño una ensalada con piñas y tomates que fue la perfección. Luigi era muy servicial a nuestras alergias alimentarias. Nuestra primera cena fue tan encantadora que cambiamos nuestra reserva para la cena de Pascua para poder comer en Salice Blue una segunda vez antes de salir de la ciudad. Durante dos noches comimos pasta, carne de res y langosta, todo cocinado a la perfección. Nuestras cenas en Salice Blue fueron lo más destacado de nuestro viaje a Bellagio.

17/05/2025: The food IS expensive, no doubt about that; however the quality is incredible, extremely enjoyable atmosphere in arguably one of the most premium locations on the lake. I would personally recommend the lamb and risotto; both with incredibly rich flavour. My partner was particularly fond of the spaghetti salad. Amazing experience, incredible staff, very much enjoyed.

10/05/2025: We went to the Belvedere hotel to have dinner at the Albóri restaurant. It was an unforgettable experience. We arrived around 7pm starting with a very elegant aperitif and then moving on to dinner overlooking the lake. The large windows allow you to dine in front of a view that relaxes body and mind. Chef Marco offered us the tasting menu which turned out to be amazing and highly sought after. The sommelier Stefano accompanied us brilliantly for every single dish with a dedicated wine paring. We would also like to mention the attention and professionalism of the guys in the room, mentioning in particular Youssuf who was very kind and nice. We will definitely return, also hoping to stay in this very elegant hotel.

01/06/2025: The lasagna was served in pre-portioned pieces, not cooked fresh or separately. It tasted like a frozen product from LIDL. Was not terrible, but definitely not what we expected. The burger buns were slightly burned. No complaints about the waitstaff - our issues are solely with the kitchen.

21/05/2025: The food was just okay for the price and portion size. Pretty expensive. What really surprised me was when two girls next to us wanted to share a meal, and the waitress told them they couldn’t — that they had to order more than one dish. They ended up leaving. It was really awkward. This felt like taking advantage of tourists. I wouldn’t recommend it.

19/05/2025: Horrible host. So rude I can never step foot in this establishment again. I came back after a year to have the tiramisu again and I was treated horribly because I didn’t want to have a full meal. I was told this is not a bar. True horrible Italian hospitality.

17/05/2025: The place is great with a great atmosphere. But keep in mind that everything here is geared towards tourists, more than in other cities. The food is mediocre. We waited for the waiter to take our order for about 25-30 minutes.

17/05/2025: A place chosen by chance, during a walk, but we regret that we ended up there. Cappuccino was ok, orange juice was good, but the croissant with chocolate tasted and looked like the one from Lidl, and it was stale. However, the tiramisu was a disaster, the worst I've ever eaten, I ate half of it, afraid of food poisoning. And for 8 euros... You only make that mistake once. We don't recommend it. A mass market focused on tourists, like most in Bellagio.

16/05/2025: Delicious pizza! Really one of the best around Como, we’ve tried 3 different ones and all were amazing. Drinks are ok and service could be a little bit nicer. Nice view.
