06/07/2024: Un VERO AGRITURISMO !!! Non il solito ristorante travestito ... Quello che c'é si mangia ed é tutto molto buono ! Aperto solo venerdì, sabato e domenica con una scelta ristretta di piatti ma assolutamente di alta qualità. La polenta "uncia" è eccellente ed i secondi (a seconda di cosa si trova) per noi erano coniglio, molto buono, e cinghiale ottimo !!! Vini della casa onesti e prezzo corretto !

24/09/2024: La comida estaba bien y el servicio está bien si no te importa estar más - cobrado! Éramos dos de nosotros en una mesa para dos, pero nos cobraron por una 3a comida y un cargo de 3a cubierta. Lamentablemente, no comprobamos esto antes de pagar. Los correos electrónicos con una foto de la factura se enviaron escritos en inglés e italiano, pero no hubo respuesta del restaurante

12/09/2024: Visitamos este restaurante de pizza dos veces. En ambas ocasiones pedimos pizza de su extenso menú. Las pizzas se sirven estiradas en tablas de madera y son de estilo Napoli, que se consideran las mejores pizzas del mundo. Estas pizzas eran deliciosas y simplemente se derritieron en su boca con impresionantes opciones de sabores. El personal era atento y rápido Muy recomendable.

04/09/2024: Lunch taken on the terrace after being refused by several restaurants due to non-reservations. We went there a little out of spite and in the end we were not disappointed. Fast and impeccable service. Dishes served with a smile. And perfectly decent cuisine for a reasonable price in this ultra-touristy place.

03/09/2024: We went in the evening to eat tiramisu, it was simply incredibly delicious. No wonder the waiter said that he is the best in Belagio.

25/08/2024: Good food, beautiful place and great details like the tiramisu in a coffee maker and the drawn menu.

23/08/2024: Homemade pasta the way I wanted it all vacation!! Lasagna was different! Probably the best I've ever tried. Service was super nice and friendly and the artistic concept (with the painted bottles and drawn menu) created a cozy atmosphere. The tiramisu from this coffee thing – so nice! Clear recommendation, but you have to be lucky to get a table. Still worth the wait!

28/11/2024: I've known him for many years and he's always a guarantee in Bellagio, it's just a shame that you can't book

03/11/2024: Ribs with polenta and chicken Cacciatore really delicious! Right portions for the price paid, I would go back! Attentive and friendly waiters, even the interior of the restaurant is well looked after. Well done!

13/08/2024: We had a lovely meal at Antico Pozzo. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and the service was good. We did have to queue for about 20 minutes for a table but the staff were very apologetic. The restaurant is situated in a very nice outside terrace surrounded by Italian buildings and trees. All of the food was very good quality and they were good sized portions. There were a few vegetarian options to choose from as well.

10/08/2024: We needed to stand in line but waiter regularly checked with us , and others as they joined , regarding time that we might expect a table . Food was excellent. I had one of their specialties - as recommended by our waiter - risotto with fresh perch ( delicious ) Lovely location . Menu was very varied and hard to choose from as all good . They don’t serve pizza and I think that’s a reflection of a different kitchen ( in a good way ) . We sat in a very pretty outdoor terrace . Service was so friendly . Everyone here working as a team to ensure a good experience . There was live music that night and the singer was just so good .

06/08/2024: Historic establishment in one of the main squares of beautiful Bellagio. Indoor tables are available, but I recommend the tables in the square in front of the church. They do not serve food, only drinks and ice cream. Friendly and quick service. Reasonable prices even when seated at the tables. One of the few honest establishments in the area that issues a fiscal receipt (mandatory in Italy, which foreigners might not be aware of) and accepts credit cards or electronic payments without any issues. Recommended.

05/08/2024: Ho acquistato dei biscotti (pagati 35€ al chilo). La scadenza era sbagliata e, quelli che pensavamo fossero al cacao, invece erano bruciati. Una vera presa in giro.

30/08/2024: Lindo restaurante... deliciosa comida y el Tiramisu era genial! . buena relación calidad-precio y recomendaría encarecidamente cenar aquí! Merece la pena una visita si estás en la ciudad

19/08/2024: También recomiendo encarecidamente el restaurante La Lanterna. Aparentemente se trata de un dato privilegiado entre los residentes de Bellagio, por lo que hay pocos turistas. Asegúrese de reservar una mesa, ya que el restaurante no es muy grande. Sirven pasta casera y tiramisú, y el interior del restaurante es simplemente fantástico.

29/08/2024: Probably the best Buffalina pizza I've ever had. The tiramisu was also very good. Can highly recommend the restaurant. However, you should arrive before 12:00 p.m. as the restaurant fills up very quickly and a queue forms.

11/09/2024: Nice place, facing the sea, excellent breakfasts, always with music in the evening, excellent dinners including pizzas.

25/08/2024: I put one star because you can't give 0 stars. With my friend, we came to eat in this restaurant we chose the same dish for 18€ black spaghetti with 2 shrimps and some squid not at all presentable, the color served on a white plate and the taste of the pasta was horrible. My friend ate one reluctantly because he was polite and I left 3/4 on the plate. When paying the bill we asked for a commercial gesture, the waiter told us to check with the owner of the restaurant (a blonde who was very nervous with her employees and ourselves) she understood our complaint very well because the waiter also told her our discontent. Passing customers looked at our plates with wonder. The boss didn't want to know anything, so an employee started coming to attack us to defend her. The scene did not go unnoticed. It's not like other Italian restaurants. The oldest, very aggressive waiter wanted to call the police, we wonder what they are both doing to defend her so much (waiter + boss) If you want to stop there to eat, avoid this restaurant, there are much better places elsewhere.

31/08/2024: I've stayed in so many hotels through Italy, and this has to be the worst. As a solo traveller, I am used to paying the same cost as others sharing a room. Firstly, Hotel Silvo put me in the only disabled access room in the hotel - when I booked a double room with a balcony - not the disabled room. Secondly, the drain in the shower was blocked, which I discovered while showering. This resulted in standing in disgusting drain water that pooled in the shower floor. Thirdly, as the room is for disabled access, the shower had a very minimal lip. With the water pooling in the base, it leaked all over the bathroom and out to the bedroom. Fourthly, the only powerpoint with the plug that fits the adapters, was on the floor outside the bathroom. With the water running into to bedroom, all my electronics which were charging got wet. Fifthly, I tried to call the hotel from the phone next to the bed, inly to discover, the phone was not working. Sixthly, I reported to reception the next morning, who was very nice and helpful. However, she couldn't give me another room as the hotel was fully booked. I requested a refund, as this was not the room I paid for and all the drama with the room. Reception asked her manager to which the answer was no, they offered me a free pass to go to the 10 euro beach next door. And lastly, there are no hangers to hang towels, so had to use the shower rail. As the drain is a health and safety issue, as well as not the room I booked, a refund should be expected. Absolutely would never stay here again.

18/08/2024: Hotel Silvio is in a good location, walkable to the town of Bellagio within 20 minutes. Room was clean with great view to Lake Como at a great value. Breakfast was decent enough, it could have used better quality pastry and bread. Service was ok, except for one reception person who called me out on refilling a bottle out of the freezer water offered at reception, she said that was only a welcome drink that were supposed to drink that water only at arrival, which is kinda weird given it’s tap water jug with some lemon and mint. Bedding and bathroom could be upgraded a bit. Note that the restaurant doesn’t offer dinner, just some small menu items. overall, we enjoyed it.

20/10/2024: The wait staff needs to be trained better! Food came out separate … then they just plopped it down on the table. Not impressed at all.

12/10/2024: Tasty pizza, but without the wow effect. Food served quickly, coperto €2, average prices, drinks could be a bit cheaper.

10/11/2024: Pinse guarnite fredde a novembre senza che il menu lo dica. Pomodori a tocchi e mozzarella da frigo senza un filo d'olio. Preparazione sciatta e sciocca. Tavolo fatto pulire. Unico punto la terrazza con parziale vista lago.

26/10/2024: Qué gran sorpresa encontrar una fábrica de cerveza en Bellagio. El día era un poco fresco y parecía que podía llover, pero vimos el cartel de la cervecería y la cubierta de la azotea y solo teníamos que tomar un vuelo. El personal era experto.

18/11/2024: You pay for the view (which isn't that good). The food is ok and expensive. The service was not good: the waiters were not polite and showed a lot of agony in the service; Everyone walked super fast between the tables, giving the feeling that they were losing control. Conclusion: not worth the visit.
