30/03/2024: Wonderful hotel and Marco was superb at his job!
29/03/2024: Historic hotel restaurant. Menu with lake fish dishes such as the famous rice and perch (very good) with fish caught directly by the owner in front of the restaurant, so much so that in the courtyard below I can see the nets being used. He returned one last time after asking for a plate of rice with the other portion to take away, he forced me to eat from the double tray, also criticizing the waiter for what I had asked, incredible, I couldn't believe my eyes, astonished, I then ate, unable to digest the rudeness I had suffered. I rightly complained via Wats app to his wife who tried to defend him by climbing on the glass so I said to myself never again!
I don't want to see this rude and presumptuous character again!

05/02/2024: Nice environment, but not too clean, too expensive and the owner not very kind.
21/01/2024: Logistically wonderful place. A stunning view. The place is typical and nice in appearance and the food is good.
The service is average and fast although the owner could be decidedly more welcoming.
The toilets are poor and this is definitely something to improve.

25/02/2024: Bellissimo ristorante con fantastica vista sui Giardini di Villa Melzi. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione con abbinamento vini. Ottimo il servizio e la presentazione di ogni singolo piatto. Sulla proposta complessiva invece suggerisco di insistere con decisione per un risultato di maggiore carattere. Alcuni piatti sono risultati a mio parere più belli che gustosi. Tra tutto ho apprezzato il dolce, crema catalana con fragole.
05/02/2024: the pizzas were horrific. I've never seen such brown tuna and a seafood pizza with so little seafood. cleaning? zero. dry insects everywhere, dusty lamps and vomiting bathrooms. in the meat display case some things seemed to be fresh, others seemed to be in an advanced state of composition. the waiters kept taking the wrong table for orders and bringing us things from the next table. the sausage on one of the pizzas was undercooked. the highlight of the evening? a small aquarium with a poor goldfish next to the box, abandoned to itself.

And damn it's difficult to find a taxi back to Como.

05/11/2023: Wonderful food, excellent service, good wine recommendations. Such a pleasant evening spent here. The service and food were particularly good. Complimentary lemoncello afterward. Would eat here again!

03/04/2024: Portion pasta was very very small. The pizza tasted like soap and the other pizza was weird. The menu said ‘green salad’, we thought it would be Rucola but it was just iceberg lettuce, it looked like a salad on a pizza. Pasta was good, but small portion. The ladies who worked here were very sweet, but the man looked weird at us.
31/03/2024: Quería comentar varios puntos para tener en cuenta para no ir a este restaurante:
1. Falta de organización, no hay personal para atender sino que desde la barra te gritan y te manda para fuera.
2. A lo hora de valorar el trata no existe un trato adecuado si tuviera que definir denigrante ya que te mandan para fuera del local ni te apuntan, sino que el trato es desagradable
3. Consejo las vacaciones son para disfrutar e irte con buen clima.

03/04/2024: We went to the restaurant with my husband, we arrived around 10:15 p.m., when it was already closed, we walked all over Bellagio looking for something to eat but we realized that it was too late, that's when we arrived at this place where the man welcomed us. Mr. Tereso, who kindly told us that it was closed but still, as he knew there would be no other options, invited us to take a seat and helped us so that they could give us a lasagna, which was very delicious otherwise. His treatment and that of the rest of the staff was excellent, we felt at home, something that is a little difficult to find in a Restaurant that is so well located here in Bellagio. Thank you so much for saving our night, for your permanent smile and for the kind treatment you had with us, we hope to return without fail before leaving Bellagio.
03/04/2024: IT WAS HORRIBLE!! It's just a quick cash grab. I was hungry so we went here because my parents wanted to drink coffee and it had a nice view. When we got there, there weren't any tables for 4 people so they just pushed 2 tables together. They seated us there because my parents said we will eat. So we got to ordering and when my parents said they only want a cappuccino the waiter just looked at them very rudely. The order was 2 waters, a lasagna, 2 cappuccinos, a tiramisu.
I ate, my sister ate. We got to the bill and IT WAS 60 EUROS!!!
Don't recommend this place, ever. If you're rich and want bad service, go here. But if you want to dine at a normal place, do not go here.
Edit: They charged us 10 euros because they pushed the 2 tables together. And they also didn’t give my sister a spoon for her tiramisu so she ate it with a fork.
