21/02/2026: Avoid at all costs; the staff is absolutely appalling.
A waitress offered me a table in 10 minutes and asked me to wait to the side. When a table became available, the owner refused to give it to me and instead seated a group of Italians who had arrived 10 minutes after us.
When I explained that her waitress had told us to wait to the side, she maintained her refusal, claiming that I hadn't queued in the correct spot, even though the group she was seating had waited in the exact same place as us without going to the bar entrance like we had. I found the excuse strange and unconvincing.
Faced with my confusion, she responded in a particularly disrespectful manner, saying that it wasn't her waitress's job to decide if seats were reserved, but hers, and that she didn't care that I had waited for nothing.
I pointed out to her that she could have remained polite since I had been respectful and had simply followed the instructions of one of her employees. Displeased, she ignored me and continued speaking Italian with the other customers. I clearly heard the manager use the word "franchese" (French), as well as insults, even though we had been respectful. I realized that the fact we hadn't waited in the designated area was just a pretext and that she was actually refusing us a table for purely xenophobic reasons, simply because we were French.
This bar is nothing but a tourist trap whose staff doesn't even bother to be friendly to the very clientele that makes up their livelihood. Don't waste your money on people like them; there are certainly other establishments that are much more worthwhile.
Advice to managers: if contact with customers bothers you this much, you would be better off changing jobs, you are not made for this.

The pizza is very small and tasteless, some burnt edges, not worth the price.
We took pizza margarita but still could be much better..
In the pictures I compare the size to my hand
30/07/2025: It's low-scoring, but we liked it. We ordered pizza, and it was enough for two. It was delicious. We tried the No. 10 Italian pizza. It was made entirely of cheese and tomatoes. I recommend it.

07/02/2026: STAND AWAY !!!
I showed up at this hotel for check-in a little before 2am on a Sunday in July 2024. There I was met with a closed gate with no way to get in for check-in.
I have my own car and it is almost impossible to park in the narrow street by the hotel, but I was able to temporarily park in the driveway of a neighbor of the hotel. The hotel is located within a fenced area with a large metal gate and it cannot be opened from the outside and it is therefore not possible to enter either by car or on foot. There is no poster or other information at the gate on how to contact the hotel. The hotel looks completely uninhabited and the neighbor with whom I parked said that there were nonsensical and problematic conditions there.
I then called the hotel manager on the number listed on Booking.com and was told that check-in had to be done in the city center at another hotel and that that was the only option I had. To get to this hotel you have to drive through impassable narrow streets with masses of tourists and I told the host that this was out of the question and that he had to show up at the hotel so that I could check in normally. Important: There is no place in the hotel information that it says that check-in should be several kilometers away from the hotel. He refused to come to the hotel to check in there and I therefore had to just leave and find another hotel. This matter is in my opinion completely incomprehensible. I have been on vacation in Europe now for almost four weeks but have never come close to this behavior from a hotel host.
STEER AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL !!

07/12/2025: I've never encountered a more unwelcoming and rude person than the lady who works at this establishment. I hate to pass this judgment on the entire establishment even though we didn't order anything, but quite simply, we dared to approach two tables in the outdoor area (there were six of us with a stroller) and, after being ignored, when we asked to order, she rudely told us it wasn't possible, even though we'd saved them the trouble. It's incredible how some people work with the public.

14/07/2025: Heerlijk gegeten, vrij forse porties en bijzondere smaken. Net wat afwijkend van wat je doorgaans krijgt. Bijzonder smaakvolle gerechten en super vriendelijk personeel.
12/07/2025: Un prezzo medio/alto che andrebbe anche bene se i piatti fossero rapportati anche al livello qualitativo. Ravioli al nero di seppia, farciti con salmone e crema al limone, ma talmente pepati da fare scomparire completamente tutti gli altri sapori. Cottura eccessivamente al dente. Personale di sala simpatico, titolare/cuoco un po' meno. Al momento di pagare ho fatto notare le pecche e, invece di mostrare un segno di scuse (che so... almeno un limoncello) ha provato a giustificare il piatto quasi a contestare la mia annotazione come quella di chi non capisce la cucina. In genere, il pepe serve a nascondere la qualità scadente dei prodotti.

20/07/2025: We had a really fantastic lunch here. The service is impeccable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing.
This restaurant also has an excellent location with good views of the lake and after eating there is a lovely outside bar area you can relax with cocktails.
A top class experience.
12/07/2025: Fine dining by the pool and breathtaking views of Lake Como. This 5 star dining experience is nestled in the Grand Hotel Villa — a lodging experience that is unmistakably luxurious. The food here is good, but the service could be smarter and more attentive. But overall, it remains a memorable brunch experience.

30/07/2025: Primero, la comida era deliciosa y a un precio justo, y el lugar es increíble para la gente ver y simplemente relajarse. ¡Pero! Tengo que decir, que el servicio y la amabilidad del personal fue la mejor parte. Mi esposa y yo viajamos mucho y a veces, en lugares como Bellagio, tienes personajes esbozados que solo quieren tu dinero para una comida sobrecara. Este es un lugar encantador con agradables pies a la tierra y gente amable con buena comida. Gracias a ellos.
30/07/2025: Gran servicio, el personal muy amable en cuanto entramos, gran carta de vinos y comida, todo por un buen precio ya que los lugares aquí pueden ser caros

07/07/2025: ¡¡¡La familia más increíble!!! Hemos estado visitando a estos muchachos durante más de diez años desde Nueva Zelanda y la ubicación, el servicio, la comida, todo en este lugar es para morirse. Bajando por un pequeño sendero al costado de Bellagio, se puede nadar. La última vez nos quedamos 8 horas y fue el mejor día.
Hoy sólo tuvimos unas pocas horas -
Te amamos: de tu familia de Nueva Zelanda. Nos vemos pronto

21/07/2025: Este restaurante es perfecto! La pasta es deliciosa y definitivamente es fresca! El tiramisú es el mejor que he probado y literalmente viajaría por todo el mundo para comerlo de nuevo. ¡VEN AQUÍ!

03/04/2025: Lo que notamos después de venir en tren desde Suiza es lo barato que es en Italia en comparación con lo que hemos estado pagando. Estábamos basados en Varenna, así que usamos mucho los transbordadores durante 2 días, así que nos bajamos en Bellagio, que es hermoso pero muy ocupado. Caminamos por una calle trasera para encontrar una plaza bastante tranquila donde por suerte tuvimos una mesa afuera al sol. Cerveza grande 6€ y cerveza pequeña 4€ , con este café hay una tienda adjunta donde pudimos comprar un gran paquete de patatas fritas a 3€ . 50 y los comeremos con nuestras bebidas.
06/02/2025: Great pizza and coffee, even talked with Rossano and told him about a car issue we were having and he just called his friend for us and tried to help us. 10/10 service!

17/06/2024: Ich wollte mit meinem Sohn in dem Restaurant zu Abend essen. Es wurde uns gesagt, dass es keinen Platz für uns gibt, obwohl nur ein Tisch besetzt war. Seit Jahrzehnten bin ich in 5 Sterne Hotels zu Gast. Dieses Ereignis habe ich zum Anlass genommen Bellagio zu verlassen. Das Personal ist nicht nur unhöflich, sondern hat scheinbar keine gute Menschenkenntnis!
13/06/2024: Paramos en el bar para tomar unas copas por la noche (nos alojamos en el Hotel Florence de al lado). Hermoso bar, un montón de cómodas zonas de estar, y un gran pianista le dio un ambiente maravilloso. El servidor era muy atento y realmente tratan de que sea una experiencia para sus huéspedes. Muchas bebidas / cócteles en el menú llevan el nombre de personas famosas, caro pero divertido. Una buena manera de terminar una noche.
