07/02/2026: STAND AWAY !!! I showed up at this hotel for check-in a little before 2am on a Sunday in July 2024. There I was met with a closed gate with no way to get in for check-in. I have my own car and it is almost impossible to park in the narrow street by the hotel, but I was able to temporarily park in the driveway of a neighbor of the hotel. The hotel is located within a fenced area with a large metal gate and it cannot be opened from the outside and it is therefore not possible to enter either by car or on foot. There is no poster or other information at the gate on how to contact the hotel. The hotel looks completely uninhabited and the neighbor with whom I parked said that there were nonsensical and problematic conditions there. I then called the hotel manager on the number listed on Booking.com and was told that check-in had to be done in the city center at another hotel and that that was the only option I had. To get to this hotel you have to drive through impassable narrow streets with masses of tourists and I told the host that this was out of the question and that he had to show up at the hotel so that I could check in normally. Important: There is no place in the hotel information that it says that check-in should be several kilometers away from the hotel. He refused to come to the hotel to check in there and I therefore had to just leave and find another hotel. This matter is in my opinion completely incomprehensible. I have been on vacation in Europe now for almost four weeks but have never come close to this behavior from a hotel host. STEER AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL !!

07/04/2026: I've never given negative reviews to restaurants, because I know it can hurt. But this one in particular deserve one! In all my life, this restaurant was the worst experience I had, besides the average food and super expensive dishes. My problem was that when I went to pay my card it was denied more than twice, the waiter started to disrespect me, insinuating that I didn't have the balance to pay the bill, he started to be very rude. Until other customers started having the same problem, at that moment he practically forced me to get in his car and go get money on Sunday with all the banks closed. I traveled from the UK to Italy for two days, and ended up losing my peace for a day because of this restaurant. Totally unprofessional and bad. eat a hot dog on the street but don't go there.

05/04/2026: Probably the worst customer service experience you will ever get in your life😡 unbelievably rude! Both the woman and the man! Avoid at all cost !!!!!!!

07/12/2025: I've never encountered a more unwelcoming and rude person than the lady who works at this establishment. I hate to pass this judgment on the entire establishment even though we didn't order anything, but quite simply, we dared to approach two tables in the outdoor area (there were six of us with a stroller) and, after being ignored, when we asked to order, she rudely told us it wasn't possible, even though we'd saved them the trouble. It's incredible how some people work with the public.
