Piatti squisiti ( caponata pazzesca, cannoli wow) i piatti fuori menù poi sono deliziosi , servizio veloce e attento, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo!! 04/04/2024: Terrible Easter lunch experience 2024 We were guests of this famous and once renowned restaurant for the Easter holiday. We received the first unpleasant surprise upon our arrival, at the table they told us that the menu we had seen on the site and for which we had decided to book was not complete but that we had to choose an appetizer, a first course and a second course from those offered. Nowhere on the website or on the menu was it written that this would be the method of consumption, as 60 euros per diner excluding drinks would never have convinced me to book considering it excessive, obviously also comparing it with the proposals of other, much more balanced places. We think that the dishes will be of quality and plentiful, so to avoid arguments I won't comment and we will order. Unfortunately, we will soon find ourselves noticing the very poor quality of the food offered both in qualitative and quantitative terms. The culatello is terrible, unfortunately salty and dry, a decidedly vinegary giardiniera. Pasta with a salmi that should have been hare, but which only had a vague hint of it (they probably also thought of using other meats to save the hare, if it was there...) and it also seemed reheated. The second course was supposed to be the main dish of the Easter lunch, the kid, unfortunately not fully cooked and decidedly poor. Two small pieces each, one of which is figurative because if you get the part with only the bone... what will you eat? Not even the foresight to put an extra piece on the plate, even the potatoes were behind cooking... At the end of the meal the colomba was included, even the very thin one, difficult to taste because the slice given was so thin. Could it have been just our table that was so unlucky? I would like to point out that I called to book a month in advance, and even on the phone they had not specified how they would understand the proposed menu. Definitely disappointing experience and I dare say bordering on fraudulent. I'm really sorry to write this review, I realize it's heavily negative, but this is what happened. I remember that the previous year they had a menu that specified the choice of one course per category and I did not call, considering it inadequate in my personal opinion. I was at least counting on more reasonable quantities and of decidedly different quality, unfortunately the level of the place has become touristy. I hope it doesn't happen to others, based on personal experience I don't recommend it at all.

31/03/2024: Wonderful setting, located at the foot of a hill, with a lovely external courtyard, porticoes and large internal spaces. Very friendly and quick service staff, extremely helpful. Excellent food, and prices absolutely in line with the quality of the product served. Too bad about the little parking available.

Cucina casalinga davvero superlativa (io, ad esempio, ho mangiato un piatto di lasagne formidabile), personale gentilissimo e locale assolutamente dog-friendly. Promosso a pieni voti e consigliato!

21/03/2024: Quiet hotel, well located on the outskirts of Brescia. Very courteous welcome. Perfect room in new condition as it was redone very recently with walk-in shower and large firm bed. Excellent breakfast, very generous and very varied. I recommend this hotel without hesitation. A big THANK YOU to the staff.
