I dined here recently and overall had a positive experience. The restaurant is well-kept, the atmosphere pleasant, and the dishes well-presented. The service was also friendly. The only thing that could be improved: the vegetarian options are very limited (only one dish, excluding desserts). It would be nice to see a more inclusive menu.

Shinto-ryu Restaurant & Lounge bar

11/03/2026: Writing a review after the third time I’ve been coming here. Giving a review to a sushi place is always difficult, this is why I waited a little bit before writing this. The food is always great quality level. My fav is sashimi special, oysters, and red shrimps tartare. The ambience is good for a solo or a date. The service is great. The manager (and wife of the owner) is just impeccable. Every times. Good selection of wines, I usually take white wines with sushi, lugana ca dei frati or Chablis Charley Nicolle were my choices. Highly recommend restaurant.
07/03/2026: Saturday lunch, very nice and clean location, excellent service, top-quality food, especially the tartare, the salmon one was amazing. Fair price for the setting and quality.

Zushi Brescia Japanese Restaurants

02/04/2026: Great location, great atmosphere, outdoor seating in the heart of the city...very fresh food and fantastic staff! Lots of options for all tastes, including vegetarian/vegan options, and a rich selection of desserts. Trying is believing!
08/02/2026: Great experience, we really enjoyed it, we'll definitely be back! The staff were very welcoming and attentive to detail.
