07/03/2026: Very good food, very nice atmosphere, but the whole room smelled of garlic. A word of advice: don't go on special days or anniversaries because they raise the menu prices. They even rewrite the new menu for the event with the same dishes as the regular menu, raising them by 3-5 euros depending on the dish. We asked for a pas dose and they gave me a Satèn as if they were dealing with someone who didn't know much about wine. The bill was very high for a restaurant like this. The meat was very good, for two people: 3 glasses of wine, 2 meat dishes, 2 desserts, 1 coffee, and 1 liqueur = €145.

14/02/2026: I just went for a beer with my partner here. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean, and the waiters were quick and professional. The food was nothing special. The welcome was terrible; the two old men at the bar were more suited to a funeral service than a public place, and the first thing he made a point of pointing out (despite the establishment being a typical German stube) was that the kitchen wasn't open yet. I understand it's Saturday and Valentine's Day, but if you can't even offer a decent, smiling welcome at the bar in a public place, consider doing something else!

25/01/2026: Excellent overall quality, both in terms of products, service, and ambiance. However, we were a little perplexed when we read that much of what we ordered was frozen. Overall, it was good and enjoyable. The first-time loyalty discount offered and implemented was very welcome.

30/11/2025: A quaint restaurant in Maddalena, large and welcoming. We had rib-eye and fillet steak with side dishes and dessert, all excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Il locale è drasticamente peggiorato nel corso degli anni. La clientela è diventata rozza e maleducata, rovinando l’atmosfera. Ma la cosa più assurda è stato il comportamento del buttafuori: ha trattato me e la mia amica come due bestie, usando un tono aggressivo e del tutto ingiustificato, nonostante fossimo lì per PAGARE il conto.
Con un trattamento così irrispettoso, verrebbe quasi da pensare che la prossima volta convenga andarsene senza pagare, visto il livello di insistenza e maleducazione. Davvero un’esperienza deludente. Sottolineo: Da cliente fedele per anni, trovo inaccettabile che il locale sia caduto così in basso, sia nella qualità della clientela che nel servizio.
Prima volta in vita mia che vengo trattata con una tale arroganza.
Non mi vedranno mai più.

10/06/2025: Oggi x la prima volta io e i miei 2 figli abbiamo deciso di provare Birra &Brace ,innanzitutto il locale è particolare ,pulito e accogliente, il personale 2 ragazze splendide ,gentilissime e alla mano ,parliamo del cibo dove io ho mangiato veg essendo vegetariana, mia figlia un hamburger e mio figlio coscette di pollo spaziali a dir poco dice .Ci ritorneremo più spesso .Complimenti allo chef anche x i dolci fatti in casa.
