04/04/2024: Beautiful place on the lake with excellent food for both lunch, dinner and sweet snack. It is advisable to book because the bar is always very popular, the knowledgeable person is very friendly. You eat very well, but if you only have a dessert after dinner, stay light because desserts are truly a bomb of happiness.

25/03/2024: Aesthetically pleasing place, but very chaotic... the food and pizza leave a lot to be desired. Applause for the staff who "almost always" manage to disdain themselves in the chaos. At midday, if you can, go after 1.30/2.00 pm... the crowd starts to thin out. In the evening there is much better in the area

02/04/2024: We took advantage of the bar service, so I can't express an opinion on the food, but I saw that it is in the Michelin guide and therefore I think we have a refined menu worthy of the wonderful place they occupy, right at the top of San Virgilio as soon as we leave from the funicular! Of course the prices are high, as is logical given the location. Consider that a coffee costs 2.40 euros and a slice of dessert 10 euros.

31/03/2024: Very very nice place, and really polite staff. However, 5 casoncelli counted on a plate are decidedly few, and for children the choice is practically non-existent. Let's hope they improve this aspect.

29/03/2024: Lovely cenario with very tasty food. The coffee was incredibly bad. Very toasted and drak, not as usual Italian espresso. We tried to explain to the waitress and she was not very comprehensive. The starters were a bit expensive.

02/04/2024: Spectacular! The best ice cream I've tasted, lots of flavors and lots of free ice cream and cream on cones and cups.

01/04/2024: I read the reviews and perhaps the owner should start hiring those who take care of the service. I also had a bad experience, faced with obvious rudeness I left and neglected to take the cone even though my husband had paid for them. the blonde lady will remember me on Easter evening. We ask for two cones and a coffee, the first time he pretends not to understand, the second time when asked for coffee he replies no, the colleague offers to do it and she warns him that no he won't do it. The car had already been cleaned...ok...but while my husband was choosing what to get he asked irritably...just two cones then. I advise you to start taking baths of humility and courtesy and if you answer me...I should have already been closed for twenty minutes...but I find the lights on and the door open, for me the place is open. I smile at my customers out of hours, thank them and say WE ARE CLOSED... it's not difficult. Be careful that you are always annoyed and then people go elsewhere. You won't see me anymore unless you change personnel.

05/04/2024: Am not in the habit of writing negative reviews but we just didn’t have a very good experience here. Service was… definitely not with a smile, though I noticed other servers seemed much happier than ours? Mediocre food for non mediocre prices. Skip this place, there’s better in Bergamo.

05/04/2024: Very good food. Ravioli in peanut sauce is delicious. Tiramisu is the best of the three I have eaten. Good wine. Very nice service.
