The place is nice and the croissants are good, but the staff is a bit lazy, in fact others have written this too, if you want to sit down you have to bring what you eat to the table yourself, so I'd say the customer service is pretty poor, at the Madone location it's better.

I use this bar when I depart from Orio al Serio.
Exceptional brioche quality.
High-quality pan au chocolat dough and chocolate.
Average cappuccino.
The staff is a bit reserved. Considering I go there once a month, I'm not particularly interested, but if I were a regular customer, I might not accept such superficiality and arrogance from the staff. Not all of them, obviously.

The pomegranate pizzas are a must. Buttery, flaky, and delicious.
The mini pies are good, but unfortunately, they're often monotonous despite the variety. The gelato is well-executed. I loved the Dubai chocolate, which, while it might seem like a trashy accountant, is truly DELICIOUS.
Service is sometimes slow considering the number of staff.
In any case, it remains one of the best pastry shops in the area 💓

Pasticceria Il Melograno in Urgnano offers top-quality desserts, pastries, and ice cream, made with fresh ingredients and offering vegan and gluten-free options. The place is modern, well-maintained, and a pleasant place for a break. On the downside, service is often slow and inconsistent. In short: excellent for the quality of the products, but less so for the management and timing.
